Very Happy Newbie
I am new to self management of our short term rental and Lodgify has been instrumental with my current success.
Avantages
Intuitive, Very easy to understand and use. Excellent on-boarding and on-going support. Unlike other services that drop you after you have subscribed and paid for service. The customer support staff are very competent, knowledgeable and patient.
Inconvénients
The website development page can use some improvement by offering more options and AI assistance to improve your website.

The customer support is top notch. Airbnb integration was seamless. All the Lodgify agents I have spoken with are super knowledgeable and have been able to answer all my questions.
Inconvénients
I had some issues with VRBO integration but all the problems are on VRBO's end and not on Lodgify.

Front End of site is not the same is the Back end
I am surprised that the onbaording lady appeared to be un aware that if I used Lodgify to take Airbnb bookings that airbnb would add a hefty fee...

Did not get far enough as I could not create the website

Customer service were very keen to please me, initially because they thought I was going to take airbnb bookings through Lodgify. I felt they mislead me because they inisisted that it would not cost me anything. I was (of course) suspicious. When Lodgify eventually confessed that airbnb would add a hefty charge if I took their bookings via Lodgify, and I thus dropped the idea, the Lodgify onboarding lady somewhat lost interest in me. The text which I saved and published on the website was not the same as on the front office. She could not help me with this and forwarded it to the tech team who advised me to retype the text in again. I did it several times and it still did not appear correctly on the front end. All very frustrating. I am asking for a refund now, so let's see what happens...

Has been very good for my small amount of properties. I think it could be better if I upgraded with more automations, reports, etc, however with only 3 properties don’t know that the additional features are worth it to me.

I would have to write like 20 paragraphs on how bad they are but if you are not experienced in mapping a property to a channel manager - RUN

Signing up is easy
Connecting to the OTA's (booking, airbnb etc) is a NIGHTMARE
They are unprofessional, slow, rude and worst of all cannot even assist when there is an issue. They send an email on your behalf to support who then tries to get back to you soon. Its a joke.

I feel the onboarding process was rushed.

I like the seemless AirBNB integration from my other platform to Lodgify. Better website than other platform.
Inconvénients
The integration with VRBO was a terrible experience. I had no clue it was going to be so difficult and change the way we charge customers.

Lodgify is better than I expected!! Highly recommend!
My overall experience with Lodgify has been better than I expected. For months, I researched various platforms such as Ownerrez, Hostaway, Hospitable, Uplisting, Guestsy, etc. I was extremely hesitant to move forward with any of them due to mixed customer feedback from all these platforms. I had a hard time finding a good source of truth. I finally decided to take the risk and try Lodgify based on all their features. Especially the website builder which I heard was amazing (this is what sealed the deal). I can say wholeheartedly that I have no regrets. I am very happy with my decision and would recommend Lodgify to others. I am extremely impressed with how fast I was up and running and their excellent customer support team. No matter when I call, someone always answers and is able to answer my question right away.
Avantages
There are so many things I like. For starters, their website builder was very easy to learn. Creating my first rental website was quick and if I ever got stuck I called customer support and they helped me right away. Integrating my OTAs to Lodgify was a seamless process (it did not cost a thing and the customer support was amazing). The customer support team set up time with me to ensure all my connections and information was working well. I was up and running in no time. Lastly, I can't say enough about the excellent customer support and service you can expect to receive from Lodgify. Whenever I have called with questions, they have been able to answer them. Their knowledge article base is very helpful. They make learning their system very easy.
Inconvénients
I wish their Professional plan included ability to set up various bank accounts for multiple properties. I had to upgrade to the Ultimate plan for this feature but Lodgify was kind enough to give me a big discount.

- The onboarding process. I needed to have two sessions with [sensitive content hidden] in order to setup my website, connected external platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, understand and setup the payments and nightly prices. [sensitive content hidden] is a fantastic onboarding specialist and helped me a lot to setup everything I needed without rushing things up because our meetings were usually running overtime.
- The option to have my own website, connect my own domain and the freedom to add pretty much everything that I need to add there.
- Sync between my website and the external platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc)
- Comms, I really like the auto-replies and the emails go out to my customers.
- Season rates is a good concept.
- Lodgify Roadmap: brilliant idea! Listen to your customers and get driven by them shows the character of a company with future!
- Accepting reviews is another nice feature in place.
- I like the blog that includes article to help you regarding setup your account, website, etc, it also helps you understanding how you can promote your website (webinars) and finally to show you success stories and some brilliant examples of rentals.
- Support is also really good, helpful, descriptive and quick.
Inconvénients
- The fact that I have to calculate the weekly or monthly offer that I need to add in a flat amount because it does not accept percentage. For instance, €10 per night, €70 per week, desired weekly offer (10%), I need to add €63. I would prefer to be able to add the percentage (10%)
- I would prefer to have the option to update the prices in the other platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc) and get updated back to my website and vice versa.
- It would be nice if Lodgify was proving services for promoting and advertising your website.

I appreciate that Lodgify’s channel manager allows me to see the vacation rentals and reservations from multiple sources such as booking.com, expedia, and airbnb.

Sometimes Lodgify is difficult to work with. Recently, I was locked out of my Lodgify account for 3+ days and they were full of anxiety because I wasnt able to collect payments etc.

Every call has been great. My short term rentals are brand new and will be available to start renting in January 2025. I'm excited I was able to get everything set up and I'll be able to click Publish and I'll be in business!

Property Management Software (a first)
My experience has been in the middle a 3 or a 4. I don't feel completely lost, but I don't feel completely confident yet. I think it is a building experience and you have to trust the process. It was really frustrating at first, but the onboarding helped a lot.
Avantages
I like that everything is now on one calendar. It was good to have an onboarding specialist because the VRBO and Stripe issues to get it set up. Airbnb was great because all I had to do was put my listings in Lodgify. It was overwhelming at first, but now I have a better handle on it.
Inconvénients
I am finding that I am getting started on building the website. I don't know exactly what to do with it, but trying to figure it out. I may have to reach out to someone to help me put it together and get it up and going. It would be nice if there was onboarding for that part, but I just need to sit down and do it.

Excellent Vacation property platform

Payments are really easy and intuitively set up. Support is good.
Inconvénients
Many missing functionalities and integrations.
I used their dynamic pricing tool which cost me a bunch of money as it is wildly ineffective. They weren’t able to get any bookings which was higher than the minimum price I already set and had prior. Waste of money. I asked for a refund as they effectively destroyed my profits, they denied. I then wrote a bad review. They had me go through the process once again only to give the same answer. Waste of my time and money.

Better than any other platform I tried.

Easier to set up than other platforms I tried. The 3 sessions included with membership from [sensitive content hidden] sold me on Lodgify and gave me the confidence and help I needed to succeed. Thank you [sensitive content hidden]!!

Some times there are glitches in the program that I can’t rectify nor can IT person, but they know how to get around it. Need more description option's in some categories to fit my rentals, or at least an option to fill in my own word.

A Hands On approach
So far, we are happy with the performance of the program. The people are patient and happy to help with issues that need to be solved. They are quick to answer and knowledgable.
Avantages
I wanted to see more of what was happening with my rentals. My previous channel manager did a good job too, but was unable to set the price structure I wanted. Lodgify gives us a lot of options.
Inconvénients
Because Lodgify gives so many options, decisions need to be made that can sometimes be difficult. Also, after looking over our initial setup, there were a few things that I missed and didn't realize it by our onboard help also. It was fixed, but there are a lot of details that need care.

Lodgify is not what it seems
Worst experience ever!!! And I am not getting my money back. I just wanted to rent my dads home so I can afford the mortgage and keep it in the family. I didn’t meet to make a profit. Just wanted to break even and this has been a difficult experience on top of worrying about loosing the house. Now I am loading almost $500 to a company that is crap and is making enough money to refund me but won’t. Thanks for nothing.

Nothing. Nothing worked. It took forever to set up and I am sure I lost renters due to the syncing errors and conflicting policies.
Inconvénients
Nothing syncs correctly and when it did it took one month. The policies don’t sync correctly so it shows different policies in different places. When I call customer support it takes them 10 min to answer a simple direct question. They are also not open on the weekends for customer support when most of the business for a vacation rental happens over long weekends. The send you a ridiculous number of emails asking if you need help which are clearly automated. But when you ask for help it is a nightmare to get straight answers. Not to mention it is almost $500 for their best plan which looked great. But now I realize how horrible it is. If I cancel my plan I won’t get a refund for the 10 months that I will not use it. I would suggest not giving them any money because you won’t get it back.

Great Functionality but Poor Connectivity Support
Both positive and negative. Lodgify needs to focus on meeting the needs of Property Managers who regularly change and gain rentals with the proper support, tools, and resources. The Connectivity team needs to offer phone support and an account manager should be assigned to each client so that when there are urgent or unresolved issues. I have offered this feedback to Lodgify on numerous occasions over the past 2.5 years that I have been a client and have never gotten a response, so I feel comfortable sharing it in a review in hopes that they will make more positive changes and they will continue to get better and better with time.
Avantages
Lodgify meets my needs for managing 14 properties for an affordable price (about $340 per month). It is reliable in syncing calendars to prevent double bookings, and managing pricing and fees. It has a slick feature where you can flip between all your properties to make one change on a particular page (pricing for example). It's pretty user friendly for basic property management functions. The dashboard is a great feature and the automated responses are great. It also works well for managing direct bookings as well as platform bookings all in one place. Customer support is responsive and effective for getting quick help for basic platform management and functions. The website builder is basic but effective. I am hoping they will improve their design features moving forward, but I have noticed that Lodgify is regularly making improvements to many of their features, and that is appreciated very much! It is highly defintely effective for the day to day management of your properties.
Inconvénients
Three things: Starting up as a new customer was extremely slow, time-consuming, and frustrating. Primarily because their training material is not written in a simple, straight-forward sequential process with steps. Rather, it is organized as a list of topics so you have to scour over pages of info to find what you are looking for. Second thing: Onboarding new rentals takes about a week per rental, and I am very computer savvy. Customer support tries, and they are nice, however, there are no manuals or directions geared for onboarding new properties on all the main platforms easily, and there is no live phone support for connectivity. Live support for simple issues is great, but anything related to connecting new rentals requires email communication and waiting. Their connectivity team tries to respond in writing within 24 hours and often the issues are complex. They also respond in the middle of the night and if you are unable to fix things with their guidance, you won't hear back until the following night. Most recently it took me 4 weeks to resolve payment issues for 5 of my rentals, which resulted in massive cancellations. They never did send me instructions in writing. I understand the complexity because Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc., all have different policies that impact connectivity and they change over time as well. They could easily solve the problem by organizing their training materials more effectively. I have developed my own manual for onboarding properties that is beginning to work for me. I have it down to three days if I'm lucky and all the stars align. 3rd thing: Most of the 'Property Manager Modules' for managing work such as cleaning and communication for your team, have no value and aren't effective for use for my properties - I deal with vacation rentals, primarily luxury homes. Perhaps they are better for Hotel rooms, I am unsure. If I were only rating the day-to-day functionality of the platform, I would give 4-5 stars, but since onboarding new rentals is so ineffective, and time-consuming, I have to go with 2 stars.

Soy propietario de varias propiedades en renta en mi casa, adulto mayor, sin experiencia en el hospedaje y menos en el desarrollo web y con Lodgify lo pude hacer con facilidad como si fuera experto, gracias al apoyo contante del equipo de Lodgify, puedo ver un panorama muy claro de mis propiedades y asi poder hacer la planeación estratégica y competir mejor y así poder brindar un excelente servicio a clientes, proveedores y pago de cargas fiscales etc!!

La integración es muy amigable con las diferentes plataformas incluso con Google así tomar el control de tus reservas y de tus publicaciones y ser más profesional y productivo; además puedes crear una página web de reservas propia con dominio gratis !!

La interfaz para hacer la página web esta demasiado limitada, la mayoría de las reservas entran por celular (según booking) y no manejan uña interfaz para celulares

Per quanto utilizzato fino ad ora, ritengo che per property manager con strutture di affitti brevi turistici o case vacanza possa essere lo strumento adatto e soddisfacente.
Avantages
Soluzione adatta alle mie esigenze, ad un costo contenuto, permette di gestire in modo integrato le attività di gestione della mia unità di affitti turistici brevi in modo centralizzato con diversi ausili che semplificano la gestione ed il controllo.
Apprezzata la possibilità di poter ottenere gratuitamente un dominio .com con il nome della propria struttura, e il supporto iniziale di onboarding strutturato nelle due sessioni di 30 minuti ognuna.
Inconvénients
Più che uno svantaggio un suggerimento: le sessioni di onboarding sarebbe utile fossero registrate e consegnate all'utente per avere la possibilità di rivedere i vari passaggi e poter quindi operare in autonomia nel caso di inconvenienti come la perdita di sincronizzazione con uno degli OTA collegati, cosa che sta avvenendo a me con Booking, in modo da poter rapidamente ripristinare l'eventuale problema.

Un B&B anarchico: si gestisce completamente da solo. (grazie a Lodgify)
Lo uso da circa tre settimane è ancora presto per parlare di esperienza complessiva. Ho guardato mille comparatori e mille video su YouTube prima di sceglierlo. Ed ho la certezza di aver scelto il migliore sul mercato. In quanto non esiste una funzione che non sia compresa in Lodgify. Il pannello di controllo mostra le funzioni più comuni, ma se ti addentri nei settaggi puoi scoprire funzioni che sognavi da anni. C'è TUTTO. Messaggi automatici, SMS, assicurazioni, CheKin.com, il sito web è davvero bello. Ma è anche possibile personalizzarlo completamente, aggiungere un numero qualsiasi di pagine, oppure farlo con WIX (sono pre-collegati). Nessun altro offre un sito web così personalizzabile. Di questo sono sicuro. Inoltre è molto veloce e anche l'APP è molto completa.
Avantages
Con Lodgify posso differenziare i prezzi per ogni OTA. Tutti i processi sono (dopo il settaggio avvenuto tramite l'omboarding gratuito offerto da personale molto esperto e molto paziente di Lodgify) completamente automatizzati. Gli Ospiti fanno in totale autonomia l'online check-in, quindi ricevono automaticamente la password e le istruzioni per entrare in casa. Inoltre ricevono mappe e una APP personalizzata per gli Ospiti con tutte le INFO sul B&B (wifi, istruzioni per arrivare, self check-out). Il sistema mi informa se devo intervenire manualmente (ma succede assai raramente perché se gli Ospiti non sono solerti vengono sollecitati da mail, messaggi tramite chat (nella chat dell'OTA che l'Ospite sta utilizzando) e pure via SMS automatici e gratuiti. Le sincronizzazioni sono istantanee quindi è impossibile un overbooking. E il costo comprende anche un bellissimo sito internet del B&B, dove si ricevono prenotazioni senza le commissioni degli OTA. I competitors fanno pagare il sito web a parte, mentre Lodgify no.
Inconvénients
Se si vogliono usare tutte le funzioni, allora all'inizio c'è da lavorare un pochettino. Anche se il 90% lo si fa in video chiamata con un Agente di Lodgify, gratuitamente. A me la Signora Alessia ha fornito due lunghe videochiamate, dove mi chiedeva come volessi i settaggi e lei li faceva al posto mio. Inoltre mi ha spiegato tutte le funzioni e ha fatto le connessioni con gli OTA e con CheKin per la consegna delle chiavi virtuali agli Ospiti e la registrazione delle schede (invio alla Polizia e all'Istat). Insomma non devo fare più nulla. L'unico svantaggio è che essendo io molto poco tecnologico sono stato in ballo diversi giorni. Ma poi ne è valsa la pena. ora non devo fare più NULLA!!! (mentre prima passavo 3 ore al giorno al PC)

Our Success with Lodgify
Very positive and professional - from sales, to onboarding, to post-launch to all the support from the team. I want to thank the team for the best combo of holding our hand and pushing us to ensure we transitioned in the timeframes needed.
Avantages
We chose Lodgify for it’s multi-channel support, remote lock integration, website builder and mobile phone support — all that was delivered as expected. In addition, the onboarding and post-launch support, as well as customer support has exceeded our expectations!
Inconvénients
There are a few features we hope to seem come more quickly in the roadmap, including support for sms/text messaging (this is how most folks prefer communicating) and some additional options on payment policies. We also would prefer an easier approach to handling phone reservations, as we do have guests who prefer to give us all their info over the phone and have us make it for them, versus online.

Overall it’s a great tool. Some updates are still needed periodical follow up calls basically make the a difference vs other providers makes a huge difference in costumer experience too!
Avantages
The constant check back and follow up calls! Please continue this feature because it’s very helpful and makes your product way more valuable than other competitors on the marketplace. It really helped me to have a call with Alice at least every 3-6 months to discuss changes updates we had experienced on our accounts. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand the system a little better after each call! I have forgotten a lot of information that I received during the set up calls. These calls help me to also make changes and add new features that I did not have originally.
Inconvénients
Taxes for the service I would like to have official invoices provided for bookings made over Lodgify only. This is very important for the user and there are no solutions for the taxes at this moment at least in Mexico.
Automated language translation. The idea is to use only Lodgy to respond to all the messages but once you respond over Lodgy the message is appears in the language that was written so Airbnb will no longer translate to for example French if the guest is coming from France and using the French version.
This is a big issue we have received two very bad reviews on booking.com and our unit is not being received any new bookings since because the guest were upset that the messages were sent in English and not Spanish!

Ich finde, dass alle Seiten die Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung bieten sollten mit mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten, so z.B. dass die Telefonnummer in der Fußzeile die gleiche Farbe hat wie alle anderen Elemente. Feiner Skalierung der Webseiten. Bilder in exaktes Maß einzubinden bzw. Bilder beschneiden zu können. Werkzeug-Tool zum Entfernen der alten Formatierung.

Ansonsten ein gutes Programm jedoch sollten die oben genannten Mängel behoben werden und nicht schön geredet werden. Etwas mehr Zeit beim Onboarding würde ich mir wünschen auch dort schon hand in hand mit der Seo optimierung anzufangen nicht nach 60min Gespräch zu Ende. Eine klare deutsche Support Telefonnummer müsste irgendwo klar aufgelistet werden um in Notfällen nicht erst lange Telefonnummern suchen zu müssen.
Hervorzuheben ist Mitarbeiterin [sensitive content hidden] die wirklich alles getan hat um es mir so einfach wie möglich zu machen und sehr sehr freundlich war.

Einfachkeit. Die App läuft bis jetzt auch super.
Inconvénients
Das während des Setups in dem channelmanager eine Liste von Zahlungsgateaways angezeigt wird die man zwar anklicken kann jedoch dann nachtäglich die Information bekommt das nur Stripe und Paypal und payyo (kompliziertes verfizierungsverfahren für private unterkunftbesitzer) angeboten bekommt. Wozu dann all die anderen Zahlungsanbieter fuer Kreditkartenzahlungen in der Liste aufführen. Stripe funktioniert ausserhalb von Europa nicht zumindest in Montenegro nicht. Weitere Nachteil es besteht nicht die Möglichkeit auf der eigenen Website die man über Lodgify einrichtet die Preise pro Nacht anzupassen das Sie günstiger sind als auf booking und airbnb die option besteht einfach nicht. Weitere Nachteil bei der SEO Optimierung damit die eigene Website in google Suchergebnissen weiter oben angezeigt wird erhält man garkeine Unterstüzung höchstens den Verweis es nachzulesen und sich die Kenntnisse durch Lexikon lesen selbst beizubringen. Jetzt hat man am Ende eine Website die niemand findet und die Gäste können einen nichteinmal mit Kreditkarte buchen. Letzter Nachteil bei Vertragsabschluss wurde mir versichert das die unterkunft die ich nicht über Lodgify verwalten möchte ich weiterhin über Booking verwalten kann was NICHT der Realität entspricht. Nach vielen Versuchen von Booking das Problem zu lösen und von Lodgify war es nicht möglich im bookingkalender das nicht in lodgify verwaltete Apartment buchbar zu stellen bedeutet seit vertragsabschluss war das apartment was über Booking laufen sollte ca. 1 monat dank blockierung durch lodgifys schnittstellenverbindung XML nicht buchbar. Einzige Lösung war den Vertrag auf ein weiteres Apartment zu erhöhen. Der Fehler lag definitiv nicht an Booking.

Am Anfang war alles für mich neu und ich war tatsächlich etwas überfordert! Da ich mich noch nicht auskannte, war ich leider etwas enttäuscht im ersten Moment und vor allem auch nicht zufrieden mit meiner ersten Ansprechpartnerin. ....Nachdem umgehend das Team von Lodgify auf meine erste Bewertung/ Nachricht reagiert hatte, wurde mir schnellstmöglich eine neue Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung gestellt und ein weiterer Ansprechpartner per Email, hatte mich dann sehr gut unterstützt beim weiteren Verlauf der Einrichtung. Nun habe ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl, da ich bestens betreut bin und das System läuft und online ist. Hoffe das bleibt auch nun so! :-) Vielen Dank für eure Unterstützung!

Avantages
The visual interface of Lodgify is very easy to view and therefore navigate around, we are still early days in transitioning to this platform. The onboarding process with [sensitive content hidden] was very good, she was excellent.
Inconvénients
Since fully onboarding I can see it does have several limitations, there is no invoicing system which is highly inconvenient, unable to edit the order of the listings making it confusing for us to manage our site and bookings, the sync process distorted all the images, it would be good to be able to catergorise images of the general property and facilities and individual rentals so we dont have to have repeition in the listings that show on the website .

Highly recommend Lodgify
They are very professional and give help when needed. They continually improve the capabilities of the system and add new features and integrations with other apps. Somebody always answers an email and sticks with it until the issue is resolved.
Avantages
It was fairly simple to get my website up and running. I am not tech savvy but format is very user friendly.
Inconvénients
The fact that they are not headquartered in USA some times slows response time a bit...hasn't been a problem though.

I have amazing experience especially with your support. Because I am from Czech, and I do not speak english so well, our communication is just about writing..I appreciate immensely writing to a living person!!!!!!! What I really hate on similar platforms is, when is big problem I have to deal with it immediately, on other platforms robots talk to me, throw me information to read, and by the time I get to a live human, I get "burned".
When it happened initially with you that I set something up wrong, and I had to fix it IMMEDIATELY, your support helps me IMMEDIATELY, even though it may have been something I could have retrieved in the end. This is what makes Lodgify resposible platfortm. Mistakes happen. We have small bussines and we comunicate with many people, so every mistake is problem. With Lodgify I have no fear, that everything will be okay.
Avantages
All the system of Lodgify is clear, logical, quick to operate. Everything is logically placed where it should be (and this is important, it saves time and nerves). I have tried lots of platform, and must see that I have never been so happy with system as is Lodgify. Second thing i like most is the support.
Inconvénients
Connecting with Airbnb was a bit stressful for me, but I understand that it must be this hard. Otherwise, the way you guided me through this challenging journey was the best solution :)

Customer Service
We have been with Lodgify since the summer of 2023. Their first-tier customer service reps on the phone are great, they get 5 stars. They solve most issues/questions. However, if they cannot solve the issue and it is sent to their "tech team" (located is some other place, far, far away) service drops to a zero. We have been waiting over 5 weeks on one open ticket (messages to guests were not being sent) and over a week on another (VRBO attachments were no longer being sent). We are in the process of looking at other providers, likely to switch to Hostaway. It's too bad because in many ways they are great, but in the guest services business we can't afford to have them cost us thousands in lost bookings due to poor service.

My Lodgify experience
I was very happy with the on boarding process of Lodgify, they took me through the setting up of the system, very methodically, and ensure that the channel managers were linked up and working. The helpdesk responds very quickly and provides great customer service.
Avantages
The pros of Lodgify are that it is exceptionally easy to use, as a fantastic help desk and has really helped me increase my bookings and work life balance. It does what it says on the tin.

Looks like I made the right choice choosing this channel manager
Very positve experience so far thanks to the extensive onboarding sessions. This really made the difference in getting me quickly setup and running.
Avantages
Really nice platform that can synchronize all the data from the top vacation rental sites. The onboarding is quite involved but luckily they provide you with an expert that sets all the backend rules and default settings for you while showing you around. I spent a very productive 2 hours online with this agent and came out feeling very confident. I had spent some time playing around with a demo account before deciding to jump in, and that did not give me an overview of all the depth and flexibility that Lodgify offers. I'm really glad that I went with them.
Inconvénients
The single calendar view can use some optimizations (the multi calendar view is perfect). But they already told me they were looking into this and that there will be an update soon. In general it seems like they are constantly developing the platform further and so there are constant improvements.

Using Lodgify
I like this company and it’s services. The customer service is good. There are some things that could be easier but all in all I’m happy with the service.
Avantages
Putting everything in one place. Having the calendar, inbox and channel manager together so you can check messages, booking dates etc.
Inconvénients
The onboarding was a lot of work and overwhelming. Not having an overview to start with and not knowing how long it would take.

Auch wenn ich am Anfang dachte, mensch ich wähle doch keine Plattform danach aus, weil der Kundenkontakt - sprich das Support-Team - so klasse ist: Oh doch...
Erst dachte ich mir: Am Besten ist es doch du, du brauchst den Support nie. Doch das fängt schon mit einem grandiosen On Boarding an und geht weiter mit den Menschen, die da sind, wenn du Hilfe brauchst.
Die Bedienung und das handling ist wirklich very easy und sehr intuitiv. Wenn ich es mit Airbnb und Booking vergleichen kann oder mit Windows und Mac:
Lodgify ist der Mac unter den Plattformen, also wie Air bnb
Smoobu etwas sperriger - Windowstyp - wie booking
Und als Mac-User der Steinzeitgeneration ist es unabdingbar sich dann für Lodgify zu entscheiden. Bitte bleibt mit euren Preisen so genial - immer zur Black Friday Zeit. Ansonsten muß ich als Privatanbieterin schon zweimal schlucken...
Auf meine Wünsche wurde echt super schnell eingegangen, auch wenn hinter den Kulissen gerade Manpowerknappheit war.
Alles in allem - so ein Klassiker in der Wortwahl - bin ich echt mega happy mit Lodgify.
Wenn Lodgify jetzt noch ein Tool entwicklen würde, wie ich dauerhaft zu meiner Traumauslastung komme - dann wäre das die Krönung!
Und so ist es auf alle Fälle schon mal Erste Sahne. Auch für Veganer geeignet.

Poder ver en el calendario la vista mensual entera de un alojamiento en la pantalla vertical para poder ver mejor todas las reservas del mes en toda la pantalla, no todos los channel manager lo tienen. Tambien el soporte lo facil que es su uso y que te conecten a varias plataformas más importantes de reservas ellos mismos.
Inconvénients
el precio siento que es muy caro, sobretodo para los que tenemos pocas propiedades y estamos empezando el negocio.

We initially chose Lodgify for our Australian business, believing it to be the best option available. The onboarding process was smooth, and we were optimistic about going live. However, during the final session, a critical issue arose - Lodgify was unable to generate invoices with our ABN, a requirement for Australian businesses like ours.
This revelation in the final onboarding meeting was a deal-breaker. Lodgify's inability to meet our invoicing needs rendered the platform unsuitable for our operations. Despite the fact that it took longer than 14 days to set up the account, Lodgify adamantly refused to provide any refund for the upfront payment we made for a full year of service.
For Australian businesses looking for a comprehensive solution, Lodgify's insistence on using a third-party app for invoicing undermines the concept of a one-stop shop. Our experience with Lodgify has been a costly mistake, with over $2000 wasted. We caution other Australian businesses to steer clear of this software to avoid similar frustrations.
In conclusion, Lodgify's failure to address basic invoicing requirements for Australian businesses makes it an impractical choice for those seeking a seamless and integrated solution

Lodgify is terrible
It has been frustrating from the start but now that we have 4 rentals and are invested in it, it is difficult to switch to another one but I would do it in a heartbeat. Do not waste your time with Lodgify!!!
