Nessuno in particolare al massimo vorrei un calendario più semplice da interpretare rispetto al precedente Channel manager che utilizzavo.

New platform for us

So far, our experience has been positive. We have been on the platform for less than two months, but have no reason to believe that things won’t continue to be satisfying and productive.

Avantages

Customer Service. Our initial set up was guided by one-on-one help from Logan over two one hour sessions. Logan is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns concisely.

Inconvénients

Too new to answer. We need more time to evaluate all uses of the platform.

Gute Fewo Software

trovo lodgify un buon prodotto ma migliorabile!

in generale mi trovo bene, secondo me il personale di pulizia dovrebbe ricevere delle notifiche di prenotazione come le ricevo io ma senza le tariffe!

Lodgify good price point but ongoing integration problems means regular payment & booking...

People are great, good price point, but poor software integration continues to prove costly, and with no motivation from the big players to fix four years on.

Avantages

Interaction with staff and instant calendar overview we use daily.

Inconvénients

Poor integration between VRBO/Bookabach and other related brands has meant lost business, incorrectly stated property details etc. all resulting in a loss of trust and business immediately after. 1 in 4 VRBO bookings since VRBO and Lodgify were integrated. Inbox has never passed on VRBO or Booking.com message since inception. Have tried working this through with Lodgify and agencies but for no result other than "provide (the other partie) with feedback."

Brilliant tool for simple rental management

Setup video call was really helpful, having someone actually do most of the setup for you.

Avantages

Adjusting the rates across different calendars and the website builder.

It is quite technical for people not used to it.

I’ve recently signed up my B&B with Lodgify to help create a website and for the channel management. Still in the process of finalising the end product, although everything has been seem less so far. Very happy!

Easy set up with multiple onboarding calls to ensure everything is set up correctly

Easy to use and self explanatory once you get used to it. The support team responds quickly, Our onboarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden] explained everything very clearly with screen sharing and made sure that we got everything correctly to link our rental platform to the Lodgify account. Ever since we started using our booking account, our sells have gone up and we have received positive customer reviews for the past year.

Avantages

This is an easy to use website that has helped multiply our bookings. We receive payments instantly from the very first day and it integrates numerous payments including paypal and stripe and in all currencies.

Inconvénients

Lodgify has been of great help tou our company and there is nothing to dislike about it. Kudos to the administrators!

Intuitivo, fácil de utilizar, la verdad es que llevamos poco tiempo, pero la formación muy buena.

Erst seit kurzem Lodgify User

Dank der beiden Onboarding Termine wurde ich gut in die Möglichkeiten und Funktionen von Lodgify eingeführt.

Avantages

Die Anbindung an verschieden Plattformen über eine API macht die Preisgestaltung einfach und zentral. Das gilt auch für viele andere Änderungen oder den Kalender, der ohne Verzögerung synchronisiert wird.

Inconvénients

Ein hoher Befassungsaufwand am Anfang. Vor allem, wenn man nicht aus der Vermietungs- oder Hotel-Branche kommt. Das Onboarding hat allerdings sehr geholfen!

1) it's impossible to separate multiple listings into independent websites.

Fantastic Product!

So far, everything has been great. And the customer service reps are the best. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, easy to understand, and efficient in their assistance. I wish ALL customer service agents were the same!

Avantages

We haven't opened to the public yet, but setting up Lodgify has been a breeze and all the features are amazing! I am sure we will be even more pleased once we're able to integrate channel management as well.

Inconvénients

The only thing is switching from the general features to the rental specific features. I know why they are separate, it would just be nice to be able to access all features from "each" rental.

Poor customer support and a lot of bugs

Onboarding is a waste of time. Synchronization problems. No Ukrainian language but Russian. You cannot see a clients photos when they send it to you and more

un software para gestionar viviendas vacacionales muy recomendable

Estoy empezando, de momento todo parece funcionar muy bien, seguro que con el tiempo saldrán más preguntas para e servicio de soporte, que por cierto es estupendo.

Avantages

Como una novata en el mundo de creación de paginas web, el equipo de soporte me ha ayudado en varias sesiones a entender el funcionamiento, crear mi propia pagina, enlazarla con los alojamientos actualmente publicados en otras plataformas y conectar la pasarela de pago.

Inconvénients

Probablemente permitiría mas personalizar el diseño de la pagina (e.g. poder mover el panel de selección de idiomas de pie a encabezado.

Onboarding

Excellent onboarding service with lots of help from onboarding specialist so far, that was a great help.

Avantages

More easy to use then the booking websites and the possibility to sync calendars & prices on platforms => It saves time

Inconvénients

Onboarding took way longer then we thought it would take.

Ich bin noch am Anfang aber bis jetzt habe ich nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr sehr einfach zu bedienen. Das meiste konnte ich ohne Hilfe einrichten.

Inconvénients

Leider kann man die Ortstaxe nicht zu Erwachsene ab 18 Jahre zuordnen.

Sehr gutes Onboarding

bisher sehr gutes Onboarding, viele Dinge intuitiv bedienbar. Gute Hilfe, Erklärung, Videos ...

Avantages

gutes Onboarding, viele variable Funktionen bzw. Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten, API-Anbindung der wichtigsten Channels.

Inconvénients

Es ist wirklich sehr umfangreich und man kann es nicht in 1 oder 2 Stunden einrichten. Insbesondere die Channelanbindungen waren aufwändig und haben nicht sofort funktioniert.

Highly recommended - the product is so helpful and I would rate the support set up as excellent.

Excellent support to get the product working - [sensitive content hidden] was so helpful in the meetings we had, and we have has very fast responses to any questions we have raised.
The product is also really good - will save us a huge amount of time.

Good so far. Have not had any bookings yet but look forward to receiving some.

Took a bit to figure out. On boarding call was paramount. Once I had that I was good to go.

Complicated and obsolete

Nice on boarding, but honestly if you have to do an hour long on boarding call for someone to set it up the software is not where it should be

Inconvénients

Very difficult to navigate. Things did not sync up easily. Some info would sync to airbnb but not vrbo. Vrbo never really connected. Originally got the software because I wanted the calendars to sync between airbnb and vrbo, come to find out you don't need any extra software to do that. Finally got fed up with it and emailed to cancel. They offered 0 refund, so $700 down the drain. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Andrew fue un excelente guía con el Onboarding, te conectan con los canales como lo mencionan ellos en sus publicaciones.

Avantages

Puedes sincronizar todo desde un mismo lugar.

Inconvénients

Como en todo software necesitas tiempo para entender cómo funciona. Asi que preparate para leer, mover al software y entender a la perfección el sistema.

Inconvénients

precio alto en comparación a la competencia, poca oferta para el plan economico que es mas que suficiente pero caro si implementas mas casas

Ok so - für das Geld.

Einfachheit, Übersichtlichkeit..........

Inconvénients

Extras, die man zukaufen muss. Neuigkeiten werden nur in Englisch angezeigt. Nachrichten an Gäste kann man nur wenig editieren.

Lodgify is very easy to use, you get use to it very quickly.
