This is my first time using refnow and it was quick and easy to use, and input the required information.

Self explanatory, an illiterate can pretty much use this.

RefNow is new and very excitingly efficient
More-or-less efficient and good, of course it is dependent on a human picking up their email from an in box and during summer vacation that might lead to a delay in a reference being sent in good time for a new candidate.
Avantages
Quick easy to obtain references provided employers are using email
Inconvénients
If it is automated, there is the risk if someone is away the reference might sit in someone's in box.
