excellent - better than being on reception !!

Avantages

visitor setting up his profile so he doesn't have to spend ages filling in the IPAD ..
presetting up invitations for large groups attending .. and being able to sign them out with the click of a button ..

Inconvénients

printing: had a few issues with preprinting badges .. printing out duplicates and then the next day not printing at all .. and the printer going off line regularly which means the visitor can't print a badge ..
System: going offline regularly - so that it either doesn't work when visitors arrive or it won't scan their badge as its offline ..

User friendly software for guests signing in and out

Guest signing in and out makes easy. It's professional appealing, most guests are impressed with it, that makes us look like we are in the fore front of technology.

Avantages

Very easy to use for guests signing in and out, professional appealing software. Guest records with pictures are a plus if we need tracking.

Inconvénients

It gets a bit confusing for first time user, many struggle with it, but after first time use, most people are OK with it.

Overall this was a good experience and enjoyed using the software

This program is useful and I am satisfied overall. Sine is a great program and this has been effective throughout.

Avantages

Easy to use, gives specific details on identifying people and who they are meeting, efficient and reliable software program.

Very easy to use, good online support.

Avantages

As an administrator, it is very easy to track who is in and out of the office which is a big requirement for us when directing phone calls.

Inconvénients

That the iPad and iPhone doesn't 'talk to each other' and you have to use only one or the other. It would be handy if we could sign in with one and out with the other if needed.

Sine Review

Relatively straight forward.

Avantages

Very user friendly and easy to configure.

Inconvénients

Sine has an inflexible AD integration which is still causing us probelsm. The technical team have still not yet been able to resolve.

Easy to set up and teach people how to use.

Avantages

How easy someone can navigate the software without having used it before - visitors really embrace it.

Inconvénients

That the printer continues to disconnect and can't reconnect itself - doesn't look to be an electrical issue.

Very positive keeps a track of our visitors on site and a record of who has visited

Easy to use at Reception. Contractors can use app so don't have to come into Reception

Business Well upgraded

Not quite what I sined up for

ITs well known within Sine, but we are having trouble manipulating the system for use for our staff and as such we're only using it as a visitor management system.

Avantages

Iphone App

Inconvénients

The fact that people with the same name can't sign in form a phone and out on an ipad and visa versa

9 Hunter St

The only issues I have had so far is that I can't specify who can print labels. For example I don't want Security or Cleaning to have labels only contractors. it is wasting time and labels for all to be getting printed.

Best customer experience setting up the system. Super helpful.

Avantages

The notifications are great. When the receptionist is away I can still know when my visitors arrive.

Inconvénients

Nothing significant that we have found yet. This fit our bill quite nicely right out of the box. We would like to see some more customization in the future.

Senior Customer Service

Security is the name of the game and Sine has helped to enhance security and privacy with the combination of electronic check in and processed photo ID's.
Notifications have been essential and time saving.

Avantages

Sine is easy to use and the functionality of notifications upon client check in have been essential.
Our clients are impressed with the technology and enhanced privacy upon check in.

Inconvénients

Very good and very simple to setup

Easy to use and easy to setup.

Inconvénients

Need to be able to configure Font Size for name. Chairman complained the name is too small. Some systems have phone capabilities where you can call the person from the kiosk. That should be an option.

Still learning the features

Avantages

Still learning the features but good to take down contractors and I like the phone number that's listed in the text message to say they are on site

Inconvénients

Having to set up who they are seeing on site , contractors could just be there is do a job and not to see anyone.

Sinepoint System

System supplied and installed with little or no issues. Following system familiarization all staff and contractors have adapted and embraced the system especially ease of use.

Avantages

Using the dashboard and viewing all site access and contractor visitations and the ability to message contractors.

Inconvénients

The ipad and/or software occasionally freezes requiring a reset or system update.

Professional and easy to use.

Great software and easy to use. The visitor facing system is professional, intuitive and provides a very easy and seamless visitor log-in experience. The back admin side captures the necessary information without getting bogged down in too much detail. Overall, we are very happy with this software and the customer support provided by Sine.

Excellent investment into the day to day running of our business!

SINE is providing a much improved professional visitor management for our tenancy with increased host responsibility and improved timely responses for their guests and visitors. The system is extremely well received by all our visitors and guests and the reporting is a valuable tool for end of month occupancy reporting. The only downside is the recording of company names where if incorrectly entered or abbreviated, remain unedited and this lets the system down.

Is compact and small enough to put the recep counter.

Great for notification of visitors

Return clients don't have to complete all details again and notifications are sent when they're here

Inconvénients

There should be a barcode scanning function to be able to scan when logging out rather than having to remember what details you entered when you arrived.

Nice quick process

It makes my job less stressful and frees up time to answer phones and other front desk duties going on at the same time.

Receptionist

Avantages

Sine Pro helps with safety precautions. Having access to which clients are within the building as well as their contact information easily accessible online, helps in case of emergency.
Clients have also found it useful to sign out with just their bar-codes printed on the sticker.

Inconvénients

Sine Pro doesn't have too many faults so its hard to say there are cons.

Great software for visitor sign-in and compliance. Difficult to get label printer working

Avantages

Announcement of visitors to key staff via text or email.
Visibility of site activity by corporate compliance staff
data trail of visitors for ammonia safety and FDA intentional adulteration rule compliance.

Inconvénients

connectivity issues with printer occured during set up. Not sure 100% if due to our infrastructure and network or due to hardware purchased.

Integration are very lacking

Avantages

Easy to setup the screen interface and push to an iPad. Nice Web interface to upload pictures.

Inconvénients

Requires a third party solution (webhook) to make the product work with Aruba Clearpass. Strange that Sine does not provide a webhook a solution.
Additional, any time the app closes, it can take up to 1 minute to refresh. Similar products only refresh once there is a pending change on the web.

Kane - Sine

The system has been updated and is much easier for clients to use. The only issue we have is that the client information wasn't retained so all clients have to re enter their details.

Sine Pro is hosted on more reliable and robust servers, and because we've added a lot of new and improved functionality, yes, all visitors/contractors had to sign in as new users. This is done quickly and only once, and it¿ll remember thereafter.

Jasmax Sine

Reasonable product, a few small tweaks such as automated photo upload for our staff would be advantageous / a significant improvement. The website works well, and our devices respond immediately to changes.
LDAP integration opposed to exporting and importing CSV files should be a priority.

Avantages

Ease of use, great web portal, easy configuration

Inconvénients

LDAP integration, upload scripts aren't ideal, and the support / engagement offered around scripts is hopelessly low, given the success of the product in our site depends on them.

easy to use. Visitors have often used this or something similar elsewhere, so are used to it.

As stated in my review

Avantages

It has a professional look and feel about it. It also means that I don't always have to be around to greet visitors, as they contact whoever they are meeting directly on SINE.

Inconvénients

No tabs when entering data, but other than that I am very happy with it.

Compared with "envoy", "Team go" etc.. Sine suits us the best. and price is also very...

Avantages

All these apps have similar functions, however, Sine really has polished details to make it work smoothly.

Inconvénients

Can have a bit more features. and it would be great if the badge format can be more customizable, or more pre-defined layout.

It's very convenience and easy to use.

Avantages

There are multiple methods to check in. The dashboard is easy to manage for front desk receptionist.

Inconvénients

The badge is not able to be customized. It would be great if we can modify the badge to meet our needs.

Signing in at schools

The ease of relief staff signing in conveniently without entering the office when it can become very busy in the mornings.

Avantages

The ease and convenience of being able to sign in securely after arriving on the school grounds and without the need of going into the office to manually sign in, especially when on a morning duty and if the office was busy.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it would not work properly when signing out. I also clicked on the wrong person once when signing in and there appears to be no option to change or amend this.

Sine has replaced our complicated welcome/check in system with forward-thinking technology.

With a growing membership base and multiple visitors to our studio each day, Sine has brought simplicity and ease to our business.
As a non-tech savvy community manager I felt apprehensive in the early stages of implementing the Sine program to our business but I have been impressed with the excellence the customer service team have shown from installation through to day to day running.
The technology is ahead of the game and reflects positively on my business, yet incredibly affordable. We couldn't be more satisfied.
