Super! Saas
I am very happy to use supersaas to schedule appointments. It is easy to use for me and my patients. Support, when needed, is great. Fast and acurate, even on Sundays

It seems to being doing well for our customers and users.
Better use of our officers' time for doing vehicle inspections.
Avantages
Customers can make their own appointments, which frees up our officers' time by cutting down phone calls and data entry.
Inconvénients
Not being able to customize fully some of the automated email responses, and other various components of the calendars such as setting alerts based on certain data the customers enter into their appointments, and not having the ability to "link" calendars to be able to search for customers making multiple appointments across multiple calendars, or at least alerting people to when it occurs.

Productivity and Simplicity in a link!
We operate in multiple markets and now it's easy to track schedules and progress of each market from a link ....no matter where we are. Biggest benefits are productivity and much improved communication and scheduling.
Avantages
This program has allowed our entire team to stay connected as we make appointments and follow up on our market events. It's easy to operate and can be used across multiple events and markets. It's has absolute improved our productivity, communication and business success.
Inconvénients
Really no negatives on our end. It's clear that the software has so much ability than what we are using it for but we are extremely happy with the product.

Meets My Needs
No problems. I am still learning things after 8 years of using the system. I really like it.
Avantages
As a small Personal Training and Fitness Studio, I like that I can cap the number of participants in my classes off so they don't get too crowded and make for an unsafe and workout.
Inconvénients
Currently, each class I run has a description in it. I would like the option that you could click on a button or houver over the class title to get a description rather than have it there every time.

My experience has been great
The number of schedules that can be created at one time
The number of bookings that can be made at one time
Avantages
It takes some time to navigate and get used to setting up, but once you do it is really great. You have complete control of the schedule you create. The URL, the number of time slots, the times, the capacity, the users/superusers etc.
Inconvénients
The worst thing I have experienced using this site is there is no way to speak to someone by phone however when you e-mail they do respond very quickly. I cannot think of any other cons in my experience.

FAST customer service and support!!!
Avantages
works just fine. Had a support issue - sent an email - had an answer within 30 minutes. - then another 3-4 emails back and forth - quick quick quick! - Resolved my issue with their help same day. I'm happy - my client is happy - say's it all!
Inconvénients
Would love to see live chat support - but if the email support is so fast, then it may not even be necessary.

Customer for 5 years. Great service with 100% uptime
Avantages
Easy to configure with 100% up time. Easy user interface and very configurable. Most people this it is bespoke software and are unaware it is 'off the shelf'.
Inconvénients
It would be good to have full integration with Outlook Calendars. Multiple calandar integration could be improved from a user prospective

Great value for money
I'm having an overall really good experience so far, it's pretty intuitive for users.
I had some technical issue regarding different time zones, I contacted the support and I was impressed by the level of assistance.
Being a free user and not a subscriber yet, I'd have expected to be sent a support page link, but Sneha Mittal went out of her way to help me figure out my issue.
I'm most likely gonna become a subscriber and share SuperSaas with my business partners!

It allows a good number of functions also with the free plan

It could be more intuitive and user friendly for the administrator

Brilliant booking solution
SuperSaaS seems to be the perfect tool for overlooking 120+ clients with my Corporate Wellbeing Services at an international company with HQ in Vienna. The feedback from various of these clients has been terrific so far.
Avantages
Easy to use for both administrator and client. A big plus for the iCal icon to sync the date into an outlook calendar or whatever.
Inconvénients
Would be fantastic if a certain number of created groups and not just one or all could access the schedule at the same time and leave some groups for a later period. Would save the blocking of those needing to wait. No big deal but still....

SuperSaaS offers a LOT of possibilities
Customer service is amazing: fast and helpful! I couldn't ask for a better support team.
Avantages
I really appreciate being able to set up a system that lets my clients (students) book lessons on their own and pre-pay for their booking. SuperSaaS offers a lot of customization options which work really well for my company.
Inconvénients
I don't like that SuperSaaS counts each student in a group class as a booking. This bumps up my subscription package needs considerably. Everything is great if there is one student who books a one-on-one lesson, though.

One of the easiest schedulers I tried. Works great!
Avantages
Easy to use, very customizable. I used it to schedule time in my computer lab at a middle school and the teachers found it very easy to use and access.

I can't really think of anything bad to say about it. I really like the program. Everyone who used it found it easy to access and use.

Wonderful Customer Service
SuperSaaS is easy to use for me and our users. I like having the ability to run several different schedules from the same dashboard. And the price is extremely reasonable.
Avantages
Supersaas is so easy to use and responsive, it's very seldom that I have a problem with the program. When there is a little glitch - normally user error - a quick email to Customer Support results in a timely response and resolution.

I can't email directly from the program.

We Love having our studio schedule online and it is very easy to use.
Avantages
Very Easy to use and the price is very reasonable. Also that it is not automatically published so we can be selective as to who we give the link.

More appointment reminder options. And a memo area to remind those that sign up of the cancellation policy.

Excellent Program
SuperSaas made scheduling appropriate rooms a breeze; all staff adapted quickly to using the scheduler. Excellent program. Thank you.
Avantages
This program (Room Scheduler) was extremely useful in our school setting. Staff could book out computer labs; conference rooms, library, Chromebook stations, etc. at a click of a button. Staff had access from wherever they were. Top notch scheduler! SuperSaas renewed automatically (yearly) so we were ready to go each September.

This program ran perfectly for everyone, no issues at all.

Been using SuperSaaS for a number of years for gym class-scheduling and booking.
A cost effective solution for our class scheduling and member booking needs.
Avantages
Great product at a great price. Really easy to use and quite flexible. Easily scalable. Easy to maintain and modify to suit your needs. Basically does what it says on the tin.
Inconvénients
Perhaps the user interface is a bit dated? Remembering how to navigate to a specific administrative function after months of not having done so. But, this is common to all software.

That you can set different parameters. And you can download list for each day. That you can download a list of all of your volunteers and also see the last time that they signed in.

Now volunteers see circles and we have had a lot of complaints about that. They liked the check marks better

The most funtional platform out there
I used to use GroupOn and my classes would be overflowing with attendees. I have to quickly come up with a solution that addresses several issues and concerns. after looking for 2-3 days straight, I found SuperSaas.
Avantages
It served a few fundamental needs: ease to setup (once I learned the language), ease for members to rsvp, I could put limits on class size, and rsvp were anonymous to other members.
Inconvénients
the instructions were very 'wordy' and a few years ago, when I started using it - setup was very NOT intuitive. So, it took patience.

Most customers say its easy to create a user and log into. Nice application at low cost. Very intuitive.

Administration or Superuser on mobile devices are not satisfactory. Happens that appointments gets deleted -witout notification. Sorry.

We have used SupperSaas for 3 years in our executive suites and offices business. It has allowed us to empower our clients to take over enrolling in use of conference rooms and other resources with out having management personnel involved.

Ease of use for medium internet savy people.
Dependability of online presence - and ease of access

That it would automatically link to cloud based printer when updated -- small issue.

i think overall it has been fine for us.

i like the fact that we can strategically plan out our days by having the reservations ; it helps allow more/less walk ins depending on our day

-cant see past a certain time frame of reservations
-not all show up with info regarding client
-some dont show up that were imputed by a staff member
-blocking scheduling should be easier

I don't have to manage my class rosters. It saves a ton of work on my end. Now I'm using it to collect tuition which is even better
Inconvénients
I wish it could do reservations for my boarding kennel too but I haven't figured out a way to make it work for that.

Awesome software that handles all of my online bookings for me.
Avantages
The flexibility it offers, everything is customizable to fit my business. Plus, my tech guy was able to integrate it into my website easily, so my clients have a seamless experience.
Inconvénients
The same flexibility that I love also creates a learning curve. There are a lot of options and settings to manage when first setting up, but that's part of the power of Supersaas.

Simple administrator interface made for an easy rollout into production.
Avantages
Quick response from Customer Support, easy configuration of resources (in my case, boats for a homeowner's association), quick setup of authorized users, and interfaces for smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
Inconvénients
This is more of a "wish list" item. With multiple administrators, it would be nice to have an audit log of changes made by administrators.

easy to use and good support
great booking system with no risk of double bookings
Avantages
It is easy to update to reflect changes to my business so I can add new pilots and new planes very quickly. I can see my bookings in day, week or month format. I can choose to see just one plane or every plane.
Inconvénients
I would like to have an option to allow my pilots to book standby planes in the event that the plane they wish to fly has been booked.

Best online calendar tool I could find - and I look at a lot of them
My main criterion was the side-by-side view of multiple resource calendars, as Outlook does it (but I hate Outlook for 10 other reasons). This tool gives us everything we need including adding custom fields to the appointments, labeling the columns, very reasonable price. My only "wish list" items that haven't been granted are a drag-and-drop interface to move appointments to different times or calendars, and an "import" feature to slurp in a CSV file exported from Outlook. That would make it really easy for people to become your customers when they have a large calendar to transfer. They do have an API, which I plan to use when we make a booking system tied into our web site.
Avantages
It has an API, side-by-side view of multiple calendars in "Day" mode, and wonderful support. I was a little hesitant about buying an online subscription from an overseas company (I'm in the US), but the email support has been prompt, helpful, and great.
Inconvénients
Interface could be a little more 2017 with drag-and-drop and active interface.

Lots of Functionality
It's been pretty good so far. I haven't implemented it fully yet, but from all the testing I've done for an adventure company and a driving school it's met my needs.

I liked that it was able to do everything that I've required of it (so far). The customer support was very nice and timely as well.

It's not very intuitive to navigate and the interface could definitely use a facelift.

When I write a mail for support, I have answer the same day.

That it isn't possible to write a mail to all the subscribers of a lesson (for example when the teacher is sick, you have to copy paste all the email addresses).

SuperSaaS Appointment Schedule is terrific!
My husband is an attorney and a mediator. Having SuperSaaS on his website freed up his legal assistant from scheduling his mediation sessions. Now the paralegal has time to do the paralegal duties that were often superceded by scheduling the mediations.
Avantages
We use this on a website, where clients choose their own appointments, which we then confirm. It is easy for both clients and us to use. All the information you need is entered by the client, which saves a lot of time when it comes to invoicing. Using SuperSaaS enabled our business to reduce an FTE!
Inconvénients
I never could figure out how to get the client entered data to print out larger than about 8 point.

Lots of features and great and very fast support, the saas is fast and everything works, so I would recomend it.

The user interface is not easy and sometimes not logical, this could use some work, however the most important thing is that it works great.

Clients are able to view my availability and build own schedule without excessive amounts of back and forth text messaging or phone conversations.
Avantages
I have used the product for over 7 years, and have been very satisfied with the functionality, the prompt customer support and had many of my clients comments about the ease of use and convenience.

It would be nice if reminders could be set up to specific clients looking or time on my schedule say when I have cancellations.

Online Reservations
Supersaas helps our church goer to reserve the seats online during pandemic and lock down in our country. The price of the subscription is not too expensive.
Avantages
I used this SuperSaas during pandemic in our church and it's reliable when it comes to online reservations. It's very easy to configure and to setup.

The reporting tool is very limited. Sometimes it's so hard to view the lists of names in the reservations textbox. With limit number of reservations based on the plan.

It can answer so many requirements of admins who are not familiar with programming. although they need to be patient and learn the software and compromise with some old fashioned software features.
Avantages
It supports different events including reservation, booking, appointment. This means that the software is not a single purpose and can satisfy a wide variety of needs and customers.
It provides good flexibility for admins to automate reservation and payment at the same place.
The forms result export support UTF-8 encoding which can be used for the Arabic language.
Inconvénients
It needs some knowledge of working with the software. The user must understand the differences between Resource, Capacity, and service. It is right that they have described the differences, but It needs time for reading and understanding and it takes time.
The form designer is elementary and needs a lot of enhancements. I expected a more advanced form designer. For example, there is no uploader facility for uploading pictures in Comment (HTML) field and the user has to enter a direct URL of the picture.
Right to left languages is not fully supported also.

Schedule for multible things
Very flexible solution with lot of different configuration options.
Still reasonable pricing or even free for small usage.
Avantages
This is able show multible thinks on the same view. If needing two or more rooms at the same time, it's easy to see at when the all needed rooms are available.
Inconvénients
Access details: If selecting
- Anyone who knows the web address can see the schedule, no login required
- Anyone who can see the schedule can add something
Then is not possible to select
Anyone who can add something can update or delete their own entries (requires users to create an account)
This could be solved by allowing the user to add his own email to the reservations as "quick registration". The calendar would then send an email with a link to edit the reservation. In this way the occasional use would be easy and still in control so that others can not edit or delete the reservation.

We actually already have the option to allow the user to enter without registering, and then allowing them to make changes using a link sent in the confirmation email. The trick is to use the autotext word $modurl in the confirmation email.

It helps me run my business smoothly at a good price.

I like that I can have multiple calendars for different locations, and that it syncs with my google calendar
Inconvénients
I don't like that when scheduling a special day, you can only have one split, meaning available 4 - 6 and 7-8. Sometimes I need more splits than that. Also, I wish they would design a quicker way to schedule "special days, and that the overall look would be updated.

Avantages
You guys have thought of everything. A lot of the other appointment schedulers seemed like they had a particular end user in mind who would only need certain functions. I wasted a lot of time trying out their platforms to find that there would be one thing I need the software to do that theirs just wouldn't do. SuperSaas has a way to do everything I need. Also, your technical support was much more responsive and helpful.
Inconvénients
The setup was sort of confusing. There are a lot of links withing tabs within pages. Sometimes I couldn't remember how to get back to the page I had been on before. I think some video tutorials with someone speaking and showing you how to navigate the different parts of the configuration process would go a long way. I was even missing certain features you offer because I didn't realize they were there. Also the layout feels very Windows 2000 if you know what I mean. The visual could use an update. It just looks out of place on my modern website.

This has been a real gold find for me. I have recommended to a number of other people. The support is awesome and very quick.
Avantages
So far I have been able to create any kind of schedule to meet any needs I have. It's very customizable. I also like that I can upgrade and downgrade (or even cancel) my subscription as my needs change.
Inconvénients
Very little. Perhaps the large number of options is a little overwhelming, but it's not hard to figure them out.

We use SuperSaaS to coordinate the use and schedule of our commercial kitchen areas and shared spaces in our facility. We are non-profit focused on economic development by supporting the startup of new businesses.

We use SuperSaas to book hourly rooms for a revolving door of professionals. Super easy for the end user to utilize without any training. Tons of ways to customize with approval requests and invoicing - does take a learning curve for the admin. Highly recommend!

SuperSaaS Makes Scheduling Easy
1 - Drastic reduction in administrative work around training class scheduling.
2 - Customer administrators love the ability to schedule their people well in advance of the training day. It helps them better organize their work shift to cover people who must attend classes.
3 - The few times I have had questions about the site functionality or my subscription the site support has been very easy to work with and have answered by questions quickly and professionally.
Avantages
1 - I can point people who need to attend my training sessions to the SuperSaaS site and they do their own scheduling work. It has saved me hundreds of hours of data entry over the past five years.
2- When I need to prepare class documents it is very easy to download the schedule data into Excel and create attendance sheets and the like.

For my purposes, it works great just as it is.

A few more custom features might be good. In the registration process there are a few stpes in sequence so sometimes people thi k they have signed up when they haven't completed the steps.
