Avantages
The customer service. My contact person is doing a great job. Helping with any issue I got and he always respond really quickly which I really appreciate. Also I am not the most skilled person on softwares but he is always really helpful and pacient.
Inconvénients
Will tell you in 6 months still really learning about how to use it.

For us is little difficult (but not impossible) to use when we are in chat online because isn't in Italian as support documents that are only in EN...but any way no problem we need only translate.

We had a lot of options. We chose Trekksoft for a few main reasons- value, functions, but mainly quick responsiveness to inquiries and customer service

Evolution Process
This software is a good idea because it can simplify everything. Unfortunately we can see that during the design process there were contradictions in the making that are still unresolved...
Some parts are counter-intuitive but fine once you've learned how it works; some are missing like tours that demand "grandeur" and much preparation - we need for administration purpose an overlook on reservation completed, otherwise with an overload of information it is easily lost in the gaps; some are wrong, such as taxes that are removed from the current price to make net price when it is in addition to the nominal value.
On the bright side the connectivity with partners like Viator is really easy, although it is uncertain what information is exchanged with them. The reality, being that every partners have their requirements, makes it difficult to manage all different information especially when it comes down to the reports for accounting.
The fact is that normally "changes" is really difficult in any enterprise. People resist and they do not see why they should because it had work before. Right now I have difficulties on both side of the equation and it makes me wonder whether if all this will end well...

The software is very easy to handle and the connectivity to other Marketplace software is very large. The Customer service is very good and very professional. I truly say i am very happy making this experience of buying this software and having such a support for such less price. The chances to improve with the Software are very good. Workshops, webinars and so on, just amazing. comparing to the price paid and the service they'll offer you is just insane (wow). Amazing

i think the API could be also possible for the lowest amount paid at least a trial.

Avantages
We just started using Trekksoft so we`re still setting everything up but it seems very user friendly and simple to use. We look forward to seeing the results from booking through Trekksoft software because be have high expectations from it. The most important thing for us is that it enables us to minimize booking time, being connected to other big booking platforms such as Veltra, Viator, etc. Having all the bookings in one place is amazing, especially when the high season starts.

Really user friendly!

I'm really not good usually with tech, but even for someone like me with low capacity in using software, I find it easy to navigate into Trekksoft system. It helps a lot our work also as a new tour operator.
Inconvénients
The price is a bit high for a new company, but I think the value quality for money. I'm sure with time we will see it was a good investment for our company.

The best booking management and payment system for tour operators and activity providers
I find Trekksoft online in 2017 and I decide to join and their team teaches me via Skype how to familiarize with each feature on their software and how to integrate it to my website, that was the great experience with them. Also, I like their community and blog which teach me a lot as a tour operator what to do in order to grow my business online, thank you Trekksoft for this.

Amazing Customer Support
I took months to find the right company to help manage our growing adventure company. We use many different outlets and marketing strategies so the company needed to have its feet under it and provide enough bells and whistles to accomodate several specific nuances. After many calls, emails back and forth and contacts with various staff members, we finally decided to use Trekksoft and are very happy with our decision even almost 1 year later.

Highly recommended!
We initially struggled to not only find a product that assisted us to display our tours in an attractive and informative manner, but also a product that gave us a suitable and effective payment gateway that actually functioned in South America - which we finally found in TrekkSoft.
The inscription process was easy, painfree and affordable, and the set up of our information and pages was super fast (allowing us to recoup the time we lost in our fruitless searches for a product that suited us and our location).
The user assistance and support provided by Anthony and Eric is particularly noteworthy in their dedication to helping, impressive level of customer service, quick responses and patience. They have seriously outdone themselves on several occaisions with the assistance they provided efficiently and effectively.
All round, TrekkSoft has been a godsend for our business, a dream to use, and an amazing solution that continues to tick all the boxes.

Final a software for us.
Hi, my name is Thomas Pereira and I am the partner and general manager of GoMontanita travel company located in Montañita, EC. For the past three years our company had been struggling with misleading programmers and unprofessional designers that wasted our money and most importantly our time, but in the process of this struggle we I personally remained on the look out for the right platform for GoMontanita´s website. Then one day checking my junkmail bin i saw trekksoft and gave it a little read and clicked on its home page link. From there Trekksoft won my heart. I made an appointment online and avery friendly gentlemen by the name of Anthony Rodrick helped me better understand the system and get started. The page looks and works great. In the end Trekksoft is a simple program that could be free to use or paid for depending on your needs. I highly reccomend this system to other travel companies and tour operators. It´s a very good software to build, customize and set up my business

Our review of our first year experience of Trekksoft fors and room for improvement
Found the support at the start very helpful. The on going emails and the helpful e-books.
Very disappointed in the bookings that we have received via this system during the first year so making it not cost effective. Disappointed in the way that it displays on our website and would like some improvement in this area. At the moment it works with a book now button taking the customer through to a display of the activities that we offer all in one list and the customers have to scroll down the list to find what they are looking for. Would prefer that when the customer is looking at an activity that a book now button against the activity takes you directly to that activity only with the options available for that activity so they don't have to scroll through all the activities so in a nut shell need to be a better customer experience on our website. Would also like to attract more customers to book via all the different avenues. If someone could please give me a call to discuss how to improve the customer experience that would be much appreciated

Left after a month
Promised everything but got excuse after excuse and TrekkSoft never delivered. I received my annual fee of $3229 back through PayPal dispute process. I'll stick with PeekPro.

Avantages
Comparing to other tour operator systems the fees charged are competitive, and the support system is friendly
Inconvénients
The back office interface may be a little challenging to understand, some information is hidden and you have to lose some time. Since it's not a system we use daily, we would prefer less fuss, but this is the use we make of it, for other may be easy

A good booking software
Support was above and beyond
Avantages
The reports and ease of use was great. Customer support was fantastic, they went above and beyond to help me understand the software and work with me to see how I could use it for my company, including discussing customizations.
Inconvénients
The calendar just didn't work for us as I needed some more strict perimeters, so ultimately didn't go with the product in the end as it just wouldn't really work for us as we do a lot of different things. Its more for a simpler business then ours.

I'm really happy with TrekkSoft. Everything was really simple and fast.
Avantages
Options TrekkSoft have where I can customize my whole calendar and payment options. It's simple to follow up my schedule via app on iPhone or iPad and possibility to give my agents custom role and custom commission.
Inconvénients
This is hard question.
Old design of back-end. It's not important for business but still if they refresh it to more modern and flat version that would be epic!

Largely positive from the beginning, staff have been most helpful and available for any query.
Avantages
It is relatively easy to use, and make alterations where necessary. There are helpful tips throughout which makes the experience less challenging.
Inconvénients
Certain functions are not accessible, although this is not a reflection of the actual software more an issue pertaining to our subscription plan.

Good in general but a lot of problems
Hi,
The last month one of our office workers have spent 30 hours trying to get everything to work allright. And there´s still a lot of things that doesn´t work as i should.
Bookings is not showing in the calendar as it should etc. This is time consuming for us and a problem when we have to double check the system all the time... It´s obvious something wrong with TS because it´s showing the right way in or linked google calendar.
It´s would be good with some form of compensation for this, because it cost us a lot of money.

Great Software provider for Tour Operator
Trekksoft is a really good software for Tour Operators and it improves every year in order to make our job as easy as possible. We have been using it for 6 years now and we notice all the changes and the hard work they go through to improve the system.
It still has to adjust the accounting aspects in order to respect the laws requested from the different countries and improve some aspects related to martketing but besides from this, the software is great and it provides lots of tools for the Tour Operators.
We can customize our vouchers, website, emails, tour capacities and lots more. Also their team is always available to help in case of any difficulties or problems we might have with the website. We would recommend this software to all small or big tour operators.
