I love the interface and capabilities of the software. In particular, it makes it easy to copy/paste workouts so that I can make minor adjustments to numbers over the course of a few weeks as my clients progress.

Inconvénients

I would like a scheduling capability built into the software. I should be able to see a calendar with all my clients listed and their times of appointments (and billing dates). TrueCoach should be able to send automated reminders to clients about their appointment times. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST!

multimedia playing is easy = we can create, share, upload, download videos so easily, communications with clients are easy. You guys are so quick to implement stuff. The ''print'' button took 5 days to be alive.

I always need to program on my comp and I notice my sight is getting poorer. Lol

That would be awesome to wanna see my clients day of training on the same page, so trainers on floor would be able, on a glance, to know who does what today walking around the gym. But that's really because this field can't be left blank. Also, maybe sharing workouts online on the socials would be cool.

I could tag my friend on FB or IG saying : hey bro! Look at my PR, my video, etc. Then you add your fitbot logo and you are all over the place. (I'll take 10% for the idea :P ), then those comments you appear in the comments sections of the socials AND Fitbot.

maybe integrate a superslow to the video API?

Maybe add a dropbox feature in each client profile, so i could modify docs on the spot easily AND take photos in png format and do my consults follow ups.

maybe add a program design planification sheet option into each clients profile so we can get estimates of ''how long before client X increase X mvt/workout'' (if you need more info on that let me know I'll explain).

I like the ease at which I can write individual programs for my clients, while saving specific warm ups, cool downs, and exercises with videos attached.

Sometimes I wish I could just move one piece/exercise over to another day. Like a drag and switch/save option.

The app is very user friendly (I have people ages 18-60 using it with no problems)

There is a limit of 12 weeks per program. I would like programs to be infinite in length, but can understand reasons for a cap.

TrueCoach helps me communicate and keep tabs on my clients with their messaging and compliance ratings. It has many great feautures

The messaging can be improved as it doesn’t allow you to review which photo you want to send in the chat before it’s sent. Messages should also have a voice note option to improve client experience. The android app just redirects clients to a webpage which isn’t as good. The payment and other features aren’t available worldwide, just US. Often times, I upload workouts and they don’t save or the page reloads and erases what I had typed.

My clients love that there are videos and I can create custom videos where I guide them through exercises. The video library is pretty big so I don't have to make custom videos for basic exercises. I've noticed that people are more likely to actually do their exercises and get the results they want

Inconvénients

I wish it would tell me when a client's workouts were ending so I have a reminder to add in new workouts. Not that it matters much with this but I'm not sure that it's HIPPA compliant.

My path in virtual coaching started entirely manual, adopting systems from several electronic formats like email and Drive. This process, which now looks archaic, resulted in an entire workday per week to catch up with non-automated tasks. These tasks ranged from sending workouts, collecting results, engaging in outreach, hunting down Youtube videos, etc. Fitbot slashed all of those manual process, I had to learn on the fly, and drafted them into an automated system. In summary, you could say my favorite aspect about Fitbot is the 'admin' work it does behind the scenes for me. I get to do more coaching, and less busy-work necessary to the management of clients.

The software is still in it's infancy, and I do not default that. Universally humans are striving for connectivity. Ironically in an age of immediate internet access globally, our race is as LEAST connected as ever. Fitbot does provide depth in the connection of client-to-coach. However, Fitbot is missing client-to-client interactions. In the system of OPEX, for example, our immediate goal is to reach 1,000 simultaneous clients in a virtual system. My challenge to Fitbot is creating echosystems where that volume of individuals can meaningfully connect with tribes of 50-150 people like them. They need to feel engaged with seeing others' results and progressions, not watered down with a potential never-ending stream of results.

The thing I like most about TrueCoach is the ease of setting up a new client and getting them going on the app to kickstart their fitness.

Inconvénients

The new update where ALL exercises are scroll through versus the prior mobile platform of separating supersets in the swipe feature was preferred by us and our clients.

It is light and quick - easy to navigate. It is quick to program.

I don't like that you can't easily save individual workouts to drag and drop or load into the calendar. I don't find the programs feature useful. I need to copy and paste in two different tabs and can't see my workouts when programming. Not very functional for coaches. I don't like that there is no progression feature and that you need to type in text for sets and steps. It leads to too many user errors.

I don't like that you guys are adding features like payments instead of fixing these use issues. I don't have confidence that you are working on them or see the need.

I also do not like that the price doubles from 20 clients to 21. That does not make sense and is not friendly for mid-tier coaches with a moderate workload.

As both a client and a coach I love that I am able to easily switch from one account to another. From a coaching standpoint it allows me to be more efficient and thorough than any other platform I have used before. The level of detail I am able to track for each client is second to none (plus it is easy to do so). As a client of a coach who also uses TrueCoach, the site is super user friendly and consistent.

Inconvénients

I honestly don't have anything bad to say. It always seems that the TrueCoach team is working to fix any bugs or inconveniences as soon as they come up and they are constantly working on improving the platform. If there are ever any cons, they don't stay that way for long.

It keeps me in check when it comes to my workouts! Having it all right on my phone, from the exercise library to the checklist that I get to mark off and comment on. I like having it all saved so I can look back and see what I’ve done in the past and how far I’ve come. It’s so easy to communicate with my trainer as well!

I can’t think of anything! I have not encountered any mishaps or disappointments with this app!

The product is easy to use, for how many clients I have, the cost is not overly expensive. I like that you can make payments/auto pay directly with the app. Clients are able to use it easily.

What I love about TrueCoach is that it’s both web and app based. My clients love the emails they get so they get the workouts, see it, and get it done. It’s also really easy to save programs and upload video demos into the database for your clients.

Inconvénients

One area they can improve on is their app availability. Some of my clients have Android phones so they are limited to where they can access the material.

User friendly has all the tools needed for me to program efficiently and my members to send their notes and training videos for my reviewing.

The app crashes with the members at times and they wouldn't be able to upload their videos. They would be forced to open the website through a browser.

It's easy for the clients to use. There is some confusion of when clients get the email, they won't go directly into the app, so then they won't input their results in. Pretty easy to put in a template.

Would like the option of adding the sets and reps separately not just in the text screen. Or when client enters it in, have them choose the actual number of reps they did, then ask for the weight. So when we view their workout history it's easy to see on both the user and coaches end. Would like to see an option of being able to accept payment from clients.

I wish I could maneuver more quickly within programs to eliminate weeks for certain clients without having to cut and paste all over, but it’s rare I need to do it.

Truecoach has been my go to product for over 2 years managing hundreds of clients in that time, they do consistently add new features and try keep things on par with the competition or better.

The fact that a client needs to mark each section before completing a workout even if there is no result else it leaves a red cross and shows incomplete on the coaches side.

True Coach is an all in one platform for nutrition and fitness. It is very user friendly for the coach and the client.

I don't like the new upgrade that only shows the date for the workout on the client view. It used to show the day of the week, ie Monday. Now it only shows the date which can make you have to stop and think what day that workout should fall on.

TrueCoach is very easy to use on both the Coach and client end. It keeps all lines of communication in one place and the tracking of workouts helps to know when regression or progression is needed.

I wish you could delete specific exercises from the preloaded library rather than it being an all of nothing disabling option. I know they’re working on adding functionality for taking payments, as well as a coach’s app, but those are two areas that are currently missing at the moment. I also wish we could have a more complete client profile with their address info, too.

True Coach allows me to create programs, keep track, and communicate with my clients. The software is easy, integrative, and encouraging. My clients love the accountability and the interactive component.

Inconvénients

The only cons are in the editing process. Sometimes the drag option doesn't work properly. Also, the copy paste function is not always reliable. I just see inconsistencies in the creation and editing processes.

I can easily build workouts, search previous history, or move workouts when needed without a hastle. My clients can also see videos of any movement, whether it's already logged with central athlete or I find something off of YouTube.

Inconvénients

I don't like all of the demo videos from central athlete so I've had to either create my own or find something from YouTube. I also struggle to find some videos when I'm typing the exercise name out as it only pulls up some of the options with the similar letters that I've typed (even though what I'm looking for is in the video library). I also don't like or use the payment option through Tru Coach. It's a great feature/idea but I'm not willing to pay the higher credit card fees per client/sale to use it. There also should be an app that can be downloaded with Google/Android phones.
