Avantages

I enjoy the all-in-one aspect of the platform. It's a CRM, including scheduling, billing, and communication; plus a platform to deliver your training programs and plans to clients. You can set up the platform to be your very own app in the app store. Clients only need to use one single app rather than multiple apps for scheduling, billing, and training.

Inconvénients

The training plan part still needs some work to be able to easily create, navigate, and manage training programs, especially for in-person client sessions. For personal training gyms, especially those that train multiple clients, it's a necessity to create, edit, update, and manage training plans easily and efficiently on a daily basis.

Avantages

That it is an all in one hub. I have saved money in being able to cancel all other website tools I was using and I dont have to bounce between anything while working now.

Inconvénients

I am not tech savvy so learning the system to start was a little hard but having [sensitive content hidden] to walk me through it each week helped immensely and he was so patient with my lack of understanding! The customer support made up for! Some things are hard to see at first but a few weeks in you start to understand!

Doug was very helpful, informative, and insightful in guiding us through program development and strategies to improve our approach to hybrid training.

No cons about exercise.com. The platform has allowed us to grow and expand our community of athletes.

Avantages

How robust and comprehensive the platform is definitely the biggest strength. There's tons of tools and options that were able to customize relatively quickly. I have not seen this on another platform.

The only con is that there is not a mobile app friendly backend.

Working with a developer in house on a weekly / biweekly basis for ongoing support.

If I had to be picky it would be about the time it takes to launch the app - but that is part of the process. I don't mind because it makes the product more valuable.

Exercise.com Has made business operations 100x more efficient. They are always quick with responses and troubleshoots regarding maintenance and making sure we are up to date with every update.

Occasionally we have issues with our customers easily operating and understanding the app, but it is likely due to individual tech knowledge more so than the app itself.

The downside of any very versatile platform: It takes a while to navigate the many features. But they do tackle this well through excellent support

So far my experience with exercise.com has been superb. I had an app built and it turned out sweet. My contact with my exercise.com team has been professional. Responses to my many questions have been timely and my POC [sensitive content hidden] has been super patient with my lack of IT knowledge.

Inconvénients

There was a hick-up on the IT side of the house in the early phases when my app was being built. That situation was quickly resolved and we got back on track.

The one drawback of Exercise.com is that its extensive features can have a bit of a learning curve for new users. Additionally, some advanced customization options may require more technical knowledge. While the platform is comprehensive, it can be overwhelming for those just starting out.

This is really just a huge shout out and THANK YOU to [sensitive content hidden] for her fabulous customer support! She is A-mazing and consistently handles off the wall requests from us with quick responses and a patient ear for our problems. I always feel like we're going to find some kind of solution, new trick or easier way to accomplish a task when we in get in touch with her.

As far as exercise.com itself, what I like the most is that the platform is being improved as time goes on.

That the financial reporting was limited. It was also confusing for athletes to purchase training sessions and schedule them. This may be more a reflection of how we set up our on training options on the back end, but the customer's app experience was not particularly visually appealing and often times was difficult to use due to options menus or buttons populating to outside of the usable screen on phones.

The platform update was great and the customer service experience I have had with [sensitive content hidden] has been great over the years. This is a big reason why I choose to stay with Platform.

I would like to some development on the platform to run a In-home (Mobile) fitness business. A lot of the framework is there just needs some tuning.

Had some trouble communicating with the technical onboarding team and going through the process of getting the apps approved by google and apple.

Great customer service and support from the team. Weekly calls to get you up to speed are extremely helpful. The team members are very quick to respond to emails.

No real Cons, like with any new system, it takes time to learn it and get used to it. The app process takes a while to get started and move forward. Lot's of back and forth.

The cost would be my biggest complaint! While the services are great, I wish there was a little bit more of a costly option while building the app!

I love how easy the platform is to use for a technical guy like myself. I love the flexibility that it has and the ability to make basically whatever I want and need for my business.
