Avantages

Ease of use and all the metrics they provide. It can integrate with so many other programs like SugarWOD, Uplaunch, BTWB, etc. clients like it because there is a members area. Coaches love it because they have an app that makes charging clients take seconds. Highly recommend them. I used 2 other software clients before them too.

Inconvénients

No 24 hour customer support (which is totally understandable) and the occasional bug when dealing with payments.

Avantages

I like how easy it is to use PushPress. The staff has gone above and beyond from day one and continually advances their services and products. I also like how easy it is to integrate the PushPress software with other apps and systems.

Inconvénients

I don't like that I cannot pause memberships for a set duration so that the membership starts billing automatically after the end date.

It is pretty simple to use and they are always working to make it better and easier.

Inconvénients

As I grew it was difficult to understand how much more I could get out of it. But they always scheduled a meeting or two to make sure I could take advantage of everything at no extra cost.

Not all the integrations I would like and had to switch to some other programs. It wasn't too bad just a little bit of a pain :)

It's simple to use and easy to understand how to add new members/memberships and make any necessary changes.

The ability to create landing pages, assign personal training to coaches, and the ease of creating plans/products. Also it just LOOKS beautiful.

Clients cannot buy/schedule personal training options on their own; customer service sometimes takes days to respond (although quality answers are almost always eventually reached); reports are not customize-able at all (although they're updating that as we speak)

Avantages

The ability to scale it to whatever business size you have. PushPress integrates with a lot of other software to make it easy to keep your POS system in place while adding to your technology.

Inconvénients

Sometimes there are things you want to do that aren't part of the software but that means they aren't part of the software or integrations YET.

I love that when I'm sitting with a new member, I'm able to input info without complications and unnecessary steps. The system is very straight forward and easy to navigate. Also, customer service is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The chat window is convenient and the response time is usually within hours, if not quicker.

Inconvénients

In the 3 years, I've been using PushPress, I have to say that there isn't anything that I'm unhappy with. I probably don't use half of what the system offers, but my experience with what I use it for has been nothing short of exceptional.

Avantages

The dashboard itself has a ton of info that you don’t have to go seek out. Check ins, expiring members, new leads, new members, birthdays, at risk members, plus more all on the front page.

Inconvénients

The messaging system is lacking in being able to message multiple plan groups at one time. I have to go into each plan to send a message to my clients.

The simplicity of it.
There's no extra bells and whistles, just what is important for a boutique studio to function.
And doing it very well.

Every now and then, there will be some bugs. Although the development team rectify it really quick, but at times, there's just inconvenience.
For their website builder, it looks very amateur. So I'd rather they not have it totally.

Avantages

I love how user-friendly the software is, the customer service is, how clear the team was during our trial and how helpful they've been on issues big and small.

Inconvénients

There are longer roll-out times for some intuitive things me (or more likely my clients) recommend which surprise me, but it could be a function of how our gym is uniquely set up.

I really love the ease of use. Straightforward design and simple functionality. Push Press gives you all of what you need and none of what you don’t.

Sometimes billing issues arise; where billing cycles are skipped with certain clients.

-that had a user facing place to check in for class
-that the users entered/updated card info without me having to touch it
-that had class scheduling included
-could integrate with a variety of banks/payment systems for us to get our money

Inconvénients

Some of the check ins and reporting isn't exactly the way I would prefer it, but nothing inherently WRONG with it. Sometimes the scheduling feature can be a bit clunky and repetitive to do.

It’s so easy to use and can be used anywhere.

Random times of update emails. They would be daily, then not at all.

It includes EVERYTHING we need to be able to manage our members, class times, coaches, retail sales, and everything in between. The dashboard is extremely helpful and everything we need is just a click (or two at most) away.

There are some elements I wish it had - applying a credit to a member's account and punchcards with retail sales.

I love how all the things I need are easy to find and not a ton of different reports I’ll never use!

The ease of everything PushPress has to offer is amazing. They take considerations from current users, if they don’t like it they give honest feedback and direction why.

It's easy to use, find information, and the reports are easy to read.

With the recent change to the website, there are SO many more clicks to create and charge an invoice. Much more cumbersome than it used to be. It also takes a long time to load and switch between pages most of the time.

I LOVE that it is simple. Point of sale, checking in, putting out the WOD data, etc. I HATE other software like WODify and Zenplanner where people enter their daily "scores" and "numbers", because it leads to elitism, dishonesty, and friction in EVERY gym I've coached at prior to my own.

Not much, it can be glitchy at times but that is to be expected when a business is new. It's always resolved.

As a new strength and conditioning studio, I needed a low cost gym management software that was familiar with the fitness segment I'm a part of. All of the features I needed were there.

Inconvénients

I love PP, but the ease of use and ability to edit both what my members see and scheduling is tricky and has a severe learning curve. All the features I need are present, but there are many small details in several areas of the app that if they were developed for end user purposes would make this software truly exceptional.

The Push Press team is quick to help answer or fix any issues we might have. They are always creating more features to make things flow even better.

Not sure I have anything that I like least. Complaints are always addressed or listened too.

The biggest strength of this software is its simplicity. It's very well though out from a business process standpoint. It's extremely easy to set up and use, and the features it has work well.

The POS was a little cumbersome for us, but we do a lot more retail product sales than most gyms.

They're still building certain products, so certain features haven’t had all the 'bugs' worked out yet. But don't let that fool you, these guys are quick to make updates and changes that make their product worth it!

So far just the fact that I can’t toggle back and forth between customers paying with CC and ACH. I wish they could choose when signing up for a membership with me.

It's very easy to use and I was able to migrate from my old platform in a matter of hours.

The web UI can be a bit klunky at times and there's a bit of a disconnect between the check in portal app and the web console when a member cancels a reservation.

The ease of setting everything up was incredible. I don’t like the idea of writing or copy/pasting code so this was a dream. It does everything I wanted plus loads more for an incredibly good price. The online help is ‘actual’ people who reply actually help! They understand your business too, which is excellent.

If I have to put something, it’s that it uses American dates which always confuse me!

I love the ability to publish our workouts and class check ins to tv's using the Amazon Fire Stick. The system itself is user friendly, and takes little prep to use.

I wish the ability to charge using ACH was an option. Also, the ability to track PR's and performance in the Push Press Member Portal App

I like the ease of navigating the software. Everything is simple and straight forward, which is exactly what we needed to keep track of members and to process their payments. There are good metrics to keep track of financial areas as well.

I would like an overall feature to list in one area all the members assigned to a staff member regardless of what type of membership they have, this way they have a running list.

The billing set up with adding sub members has kinda been confusing. For example, we have a couple in the gym. The boyfriend pays bu everything Is under the girlfriend’s name ever since we added her to his account on a sub member.

It was not always where I would have thought it would be. They do have a checklist that makes things simpler though.
