Push press has the simplest set up for any type of gym or fitness outlet. The members portal is user friendly, the check in system and screens app is perfect for our gym. and once the billing is set up it makes you mo eye while you sleep!

Inconvénients

The app like most app these days can have some quirks. However push press customer service is always eager to help you solve any problems you might have.

I love the reports, how members can sign up for classes on line. The ease of use us awesome. The customer service before and after purchase. If I have a question, there is usually a response in less than 24 hours!

I can't think of anything I dislike about the software.

I like that the developers listen to the needs of their clients and are constantly working to upgrade the features and functions.

As with anything, there are the occasional glitches and I'm not able to access certain information. The team, however, is fast to respond and usually quick to resolve these.

The functionality and how easy it is to operate. Whenever there’s a problem the customer support is immediate and perfect!

This program is extremely user friendly. I've used similar products but this one makes the most sense. It's easy to navigate the site and the customer support is top notch.

So far I haven't found anything that I dislike. The functions are very common sense so it makes it easy on the user (especially a coach who is trying to manage a class).

Saves me HOURS of time each month. No more tracking down people for money, no more hassling with credit cards. Store, membership plans, learning names... so much easier now.

There’s a few kinks that could be easier or smoother. Having someone new come in on a free Saturday can be a little bit of work, but it isn’t terrible.

The backend is easy to set members up. You can easily create plans, discounts, see members, etc. Also, we love how apps integrate in with the software so everything is in one place. Our members love the freedom they have with the store and the sleek check-in method. It's unlike anything we've ever seen from another developer and we love it. Not to mention, if I ever have a question, the support team is on top of it within minutes. All of the staff are very personable and easy going. There isn't something we've come across yet that we don't like.

Inconvénients

There are occasional hiccups with certain members seeing the WODs. We can usually resolve it within minutes. I'm not sure if it's a user issue or if it's an issue with the app itself. Because it's typically the same folks, I lean towards a user issue.

PushPress has made signing up for classes a breeze for our members. On the administrator end, it is very easy to see classes, payments, invoices, etc. Customer service is top notch, if we have questions they are quick with the answers. The price point is also great!

This software is perfect for small gyms that run fitness classes. The easy to use app is very user friendly and makes booking classes very simple for clients.

It's built in integrations make it easy to stay on top of all aspects of admin.

There are certain features missing like the ability for clients to book 1 to 1 sessions. However, pushpress' customer service is very responsive and have plans to improve the software.

It's very user friendly. Since it's made by people who actually own a CrossFit gym, the main buttons are easy to find and use. They know how to run reports and which reports are useful. I'm also really happy about the way it tracks leads- I feel like we can finally keep up with them!

We have two locations and we are unable to have 1 page for both gyms together. We are required to have two pages which complicates our check-ins.

The ease. I can run my CrossFit box from afar. I can view member activity, income coming in and my members have an easy tool to reserve and check in. It also runs my product sales - easily.
Service is top notch.

Not much to Not like. I gave 4 stars because I have only been using the system for a couple months and would not feel right to rank those categories any higher. But Support and Value - I have already experienced a 5 star value.
