Outil puissant et simple
Je suis tres satisfait,
J'utilise la solution avec 40 collaborateurs Utilisateurs et Utilisateurs Lite et avec 60 clients en tant qu'invité.
Je dépose en moyenne 40 à 50 epreuves par jour dans l'outil.
Mes clients sont ravis de la facilité de prise en main de l'outil.
Avantages
La simplicité de l'outil, tant sur le coté utilisateur que sur le coté administrateur de compte.
Il est tres facile de gérer l'administration de Ziflow et donc de ne plus etre dépendant des Equipes IT pour l'administration.
De plus, les automatisations sont tres simples et puissantes, notamment celles avec Monday.
Inconvénients
Le seul soucis est que le téléchargement des epreuves est un peu long meme si celles ci ne pesent que 1 ou 2 Mo.
Il manque cependant dans le chemin de fer, la possiblité d'avoir une validation par page ou un label permettant d'identifier les pages validées sur un catalogue.

Changing the paradigm with Ziflow
It has been a game changer for our corporation. Especially in the CYA department.
Avantages
The ability to teach changes, approvals and document ownership is critical and Ziflow handles all of these issues and more with ease.
Inconvénients
Nothing that I can think of. We have been extremely happy with Ziflow

I like the ease of adding non users to the proofs and being able to check back on previous versions to see who has made what changes.

Honestly I have no cons in the functional use on Ziflow. if i had to offer something it would be to have better user packages in the pricing but this is a small con on my end.

Love the versioning!
Mixed, I wish we had more options to customise the fields to our individual teams, as a lot of the information boxes aren't useful or suitable for our work. And then in other cases, there are boxes/fields we wish we did have - but if one adjustment is made it affects the whole company, but there are so many different offshoots and ways of working, having 'one size fits all' doesn't work.
Avantages
The versioning tool is super helpful, and allows me to easily track through previous version and comments, as well as compare different versions side by side.
Inconvénients
The time it takes to upload and process - and some times fail altogether.

Class leading proofing and approvals application
Despite there being a few small niggles with Ziflow it is by far the best approval system available currently. Also the team are constantly looking at how to improve the product and always happy to help with advice and guidance on getting the best from the product.
Avantages
Huge range of creative types covered including design files, video, Microsoft Office docs, and live web. The markup window is comprehensive and the control over workflow and approval stage management is superb.
Inconvénients
Some of the more advanced automation features can be tricky to get your head round. The UI isn't always the best especially when viewing on a 13" screen, you end up collapsing and opening the comment and nav windows a lot. Although Word docs can be uploaded the interface isn't really optimised for reviewing copy.

Great Product at a Great Cost
This has been such a positive experience overall. From vetting the company, to purchase and implementation, to training - this has been such a great process.
Avantages
Ziflow gave us an online proofing and collaboration software that was desperately needed in this online, digital, remote work age.
Inconvénients
There was not a lot to dislike here. I've been using this software for almost 2 months now and I've not found any pain points.

Overall, Ziflow has been great and I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a way to collaborate and get feedback in a simple and easy way.

Overall, Ziflow has allowed out team to collaborate on a smaller and large scale through proofing. Also, getting approvals all in one place saves us time and improves efficiency.
Inconvénients
The new version has made uploading proofs more time-consuming. There is a lot of clicking that has to happen and it takes us more time to upload something. I also would like the search and filter function to work more often.

Very Accessible, Full-Function Proofing Software
With remote work becoming common place, we had to transition away from our conventional proofing method. We used shared Adobe PDFs for a while since it was essentially free (all our users are either on the creative suite or have acrobat). However, the limitations of not being on a platform designed for proofing were drastic.
Using Ziflow has improved the organization and speed of proofing. It has been a little slower to integrate client proofing into it as many of our clients are resistant to new things. However, as clients do jump on, they see the value and appreciate it (as do we! clearer comments!).

- Robust text markers and annotation tools
- Automation for workflows
Inconvénients
- The workflow method requires a little more thinking because it isn't necessarily a linear workflow. Multiple stages could be happening simultaneously which is a little confusing at times.
- I wish clients and team members who aren't paid users could have a dashboard for active proofs they are on. I know you can pay for lite users - but I wish this was an included feature in the top tier plan.

Eliminates lost time and rework
Onboarding was smooth and quite helpful so we didn't have to do everything ourselves. There have been frequent check-ins post-deployment. The tool itself is easy to use and manage, so it requires little from my team to maintain making the experience very good.
Avantages
The mark-up tools are intuitive and easy for our reviewers to understand with limited onboarding. The ability to load a wide variety of file types means our teams spend no time converting files into a separate format only for the purposes of proofing. The ability to quickly identify if all Reviewers have opened the proof is helpful to keep everything moving on time and remind those who are behind to complete their review.
Inconvénients
There are some automation features that are only available in the enterprise version that seem like they should be part of the standard offering. Reviewers can't see a complete list off all the proofs waiting for their review if they are not in the system as a User (which requires an additional license per user.)

Great proofing software
We've been using Ziflow to proof our company's emails. Previously we had to go through a difficult process of exporting emails to pdfs, sending them out, and rounding up feedback which required a lot of over-communication and attention to detail on the part of the developers. ("Please remove "the" in the third line in the second paragraph.") We've found Ziflow has really improved our proofing process by allowing people to highlight areas that they want fixed and comment on what changes they'd like to see.
Additionally, instead of keeping note of who all has approved and who still needs to approve, Ziflow makes the reviewer list incredibly easy to manage. You can save all the reviewers of a certain product to a specific list and pop them up anytime you need that product reviewed. As people submit approvals you can remove them and create a new version for those who are requiring changes or have not weighed in yet.
And last, but not least, you can even send notifications out to reviewers if, say, an important deadline is approaching and you still haven't gotten your reviews.
Avantages
I like a lot of things about Ziflow. The version management is great, and it's remarkably easy to share with your team, and any additional outside stakeholders. It's easy to train people in its use as well.
Inconvénients
I do wish Ziflow had more features for copy proofing, like being able to use italics and bolding within a reviewer's comments. Or being able to edit copy in the proof and save what changes were made- like "ADD: in tonight's", type of deal.

Design & artwork project management without the stress
Very positive - it is really easy to use and it has given clients a better project user experience with the agency. Colleagues are now spending less time managing the changes requested and projects run more efficiently.

Everyone involved in the project can review, comment, approve and collaborate in one place in a really efficient and effective way. This has resulted in less stress and time managing changes and proofing.
Inconvénients
Hard to pick one negative to be honest but sometimes proofs with a similar name can cause issues between Ziflow and ASANA so you need to be careful how you name files in both.

Occasionally ziflow will become slow and it can take awhile for proofs to upload but it is infrequent.

Ziflow - Editing Tool Must
I love Ziflow, it has taken a bit longer to implement it through all projects, mainly due to the volume of projects, and having to explain to clients for the first time how to use it. It would be great if there was additional material to provide to clients.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to upload and export drafts/proofs and upload new versions. It is easy to navigate the site, and check other drafts/proofs for client convenience.
Inconvénients
The live tours and a bit challenging to work off of, as they take screenshots, and it's difficult to follow the edits for other reviewers. Not as simple as a still image. It's also just a tad tricky clicking the comments to appear. Also, when you are uploading, sometimes the files don't go in order, so I need to manually make sure they are in order for compare mode.

Proof is in the pudding with Ziflow
Solid no nonsense tool that will be simple to bring into the fold. Those with or without prior content collab tools will find it easy to pick up and use.

Super easy and intuitive content collaboration tool to add to your arsenal. The commenting feature set is solid and my favorite part of the software. Also love the different tiers of approval. Just makes sense with multiple contributors/approvers.
Inconvénients
Nothing really. I haven't found a weakness other than getting the preview urls from third party tools to work at times (no 404s).

Ziflow is an amazing way to collate feed
I love Ziflow. I had used a few creative management tools in my 7 years as a designer. But Ziflow was by far the most intuitive and added the most value.
Avantages
As a creative Ziflow is essential for the smooth handover of approved creative works. It honestly cuts down what would be multiple meetings, countless emails and so much chasing, into an easy, streamlined and automated process.
It's easy to manage files and reflect on creative that was approved and created years ago. It takes the guesswork out of understanding feedback with the straightforward mark-up tools.
Its also so easy to create workflows so different areas of the business can approve the create at any relevant time.
Inconvénients
I wish you could brief through Ziflow, and every brief generate a unique job code.

I'm Addicted!
At first I was saddened to learn that our company was switching from ProofHQ, but soon learned to appreciate Ziflow just as much, if not more.
Ziflow’s Support Team is the best! They always respond quickly and are amazing at troubleshooting anything that comes up. They’re great listeners, willing to take time to understand your concerns and provide the best solutions, and they are wonderful at answering questions and explaining anything you don’t understand. I love how Ziflow is constantly evolving. Ziflow team takes customer requests into consideration for product updates and is always looking for ways to build in features that make our work easier.
Avantages
Creating a proof really is as easy as sending an email.
Automated Workflow is my favorite thing about Ziflow. It’s easy to set up, there’s so much you can do with it, and it helps save so much time. (It’s also tremendously fun to use and watch in action.)
You can create Groups to help populate Stages rapidly, instead of entering individual reviewers one at a time.
You can customize the dashboard and set up Favorite Views.
You can set up Favorite Filters to help locate proofs quickly and easily.
You can also set Workflow Templates as Favorites so frequently used templates stay at the top.
Activity/Message tracking on Proof Details Page keeps you informed of what’s going on w/routes.
Everything you need to know about a proof is on the Details Page; when you hover your cursor over the D on the SOCD progress indicator, you can quickly tell when a reviewer made a decision.
The Proof Viewer has many useful tools and settings, with a side-by-side comparison mode which allows you to view against not only different versions of the same proof, but also against other proofs.
Adding Users/Guests and setting up profiles is quick and easy.
There is flexibility in customizing what Users and reviewers are able to do or view.
You can create folders/subfolders to keep your proofs organized.
Multiple Stages in Workflow allows you to categorize reviewers for easy identification of who’s who.
Ziflow helps you stay organized and efficient, and keeps you on top of your projects.
Inconvénients
The only con I can think of is that I love using Ziflow so much I spend more time sitting in front of the computer than I probably should!

Ziflow for the Win!
We have recommended and used Ziflow with several clients now. The Ziflow team has always been avaialble to set up demos and training, and their support team has always been incredibly responsive. ZIflow is a tool we lean on and we've had nothing but a good experience with them.
Avantages
Ziflow has made collaborating with our clients and routing proofs both internally and externally a breeze! We handle a lot of email marketing promotions for one of our clients and Ziflow is very integral to the day-to-day process.
Inconvénients
I do wish there was a way to download a PDF of HTML proofs with all of the comments associated with it, but I understand that this would be very difficult from a technical perspective.

Great Proofing Software – Great solution!
Overall: The Ziflow team is amazing (first had to say that)!! This has been an great experience working with the Ziflow team. They know the market and the needs of their audience. Their customer service and support is outstanding, with always a fast response & solutions to resolve the issues at hand. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. Ziflow is a top notch, robust tool that really adds so much value to the Project managers to be successful in managing the day to day projects effectively and timely. Helps me to really keep track of approvals, reviewers, with notifications features that help remind team members.
Avantages
Pros: This software works great, is easy to use (Intuitive) and has so many features to support any type of process and routing experience. They have solved for every scenario. The best for tracking comments and version control. The auto route feature makes it easy to mange projects (for Project Managers) and super easy to set up. (FYI: On previous software’s, I was always hesitant to use the auto-route feature, but with Ziflow – they have made it easy to set up and use and now I will ONLY use this standard way to route projects). The dashboard has so much flexibility and can be customized for what you what to see and track.
Training: Easy to train new team members (and existing ones) on how to best use the software. Most everyone has found it easy to use and Ziflow also has great youtube videos that shows the basics for routing, marking up proofs and setting up routes as well (or those that manage). Oh, did I mention their online “help”, so easy to follow, very descriptive and screenshots to help guide you easily through the steps.
Inconvénients
Cons: so minor, little features that are a “nice to have” but not critical to the day to day.. but how wonderful that Ziflow team are willing to take our feedback and let us know whether any of the “Nice to haves” will be on the radar anytime soon, or NOT which is fine as well.
