My overall experience is so positive I have two subscriptions to it! Really pleased with the ongoing developments.
Avantages
Agiled has a beautiful interface that is easy to white label to your agency's brand. It has been remarkably well developed over the last couple of years with a mammoth one update a day in the month of November 2024! You will really enjoy using this product as is evidenced by the number of positive reviews it has. There is also a mobile app!
Inconvénients
There is not very much that's not to like about Agiled. If offers outstanding value for money.

Too slow
The truth is that I bought this application thinking that it would help me with my work and my clients, but the clients always claim that my crm is slow, that it does not load, that it cannot be accessed... and the truth is that it has been low for a month the performance of this application very much. He said it many times in his facebook group and they don't solve anything. I really saw potential in this application but with all this that has happened if I could request a refund I would have already requested it. I hope they improve and do not continue to cause problems for customers.

Things that I liked about agiled, is being able to handle pending tasks with my clients and being able to keep daily control.

Great All-around Business Management Tool
Combining a few different tools I need to run my business all in one. One dashboard, one admin experience, one client experience. SUPER important to me.
Avantages
It has everything you need to run your business all in one dashboard. CRM, Project Management, Proposals, Contracts, Billing & Invoicing, subscriptions, client portal, and can even be white-labeled.
Inconvénients
Although it touches everything I need to run my small business, it does take a while to get it where its custom to your business. There are a few quicks but I do see A LOT on their roadmap for the future.

Can't believe how many apps you can replace with Agiled!
You can replace so many other tools with this one tool. It will save you a tonne of money therefore. My goal is to replace all my tools with it, as it evolves.
This will bring my data into native integration, from module to module rather than tool to tool. That means I don't need to use Zapier, and that my data actually links up properly. I have tried so many other combinations and none of them really link up and integrate properly, especially as I'm on free tier of Zapier. This is infinitely better.
Avantages
This is really an incredible all in one solution. It is genuinely full of features. I can't imagine how they deliver so much more than every other solution I've tried, but do it for such a cheap price. I love the fact that it has all these modules - literally everything you need:

Mobile App
Scheduling tool
Project Management
HR
Invoicing and estimates
Wikis
They are even promising an Accounting Module!!
You can replace so many other tools with this one tool. My goal is to replace all my tools with it, as it evolves.
Inconvénients
It's well integrated with other apps I use, mainly through Zapier, though I do hope they introduce a ClickUp native integration (or better still, improve the project management module to bring it into alignment with ClickUp functionality, though that's a big ask.
I would like to see Workload management included in the project management section. I can’t really rely on the project management module unless I can see days that are too full of workload.
The UI needs a big upgrade in my opinion, though the devs say they recognise that and are working on it.

With the understanding that this software is being developed and new features added as I'm working with it, so far the experience has been positive. I like the features they are constantly adding and the roadmap has a lot of potentially useful features coming up.
Avantages
Value for money compared to other products. They are also actively developing and adding new features all the time.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I think the UI can be greatly improved, but it is still early days so I am certain that at some point in the future a new layout will be forthcoming.
I am missing proper drag and drop email sequencing for drip mailings.

Very easy to use, intuitive. Has all that I need to run my business within one platform.
Was also able to cancel at least 4 other subscriptions (vCita, Toggl, SuiteDash, Chat-bot subscription); and I can see that I'll probably cancel some more.
Inconvénients
Hmm... I'd like to be able to set "hot-links" - for example, I use the Projects and Contacts option dozens of times daily. I'd love to be able to have these two somewhere on the top of the page, and NOT have to click each time on a main heading so the drop-down opens, then click these...
It is NOT a biggie, but it'd make life just a tad easier :)

I relied on its powerful tools to track milestones, manage tasks and visualize progress through its Gantt Chart feature. - Calendar/appointment booking system (especially for group appointments/availability/booking management) is unavailable.- Mind map unavailable for Project management- Require a more intuitive/flexible Sub-task, dependency Gantt chart, which also allows Excel upload/download and a vital pdf/image download function (to facilitate with the clients).- No archive system so we can archive completed projects and free up a cluttered design shortly. Also required for old invoices, expense receipts etc. (+ Integration for more cloud storage: e.g. pcloud, box, dropbox etc)- Inflexible report creation and no analytics for time tracker- No ability to allow custom entry of FX rates for invoicing, expense and any other finance forms/reporting.

Agiled streamlines the business process and project management
Overall my experience with agiled has been fantastic in terms of invoice generation, information collection(via forms), project management, Proposal sending (the feature i use the most)
Avantages
Agiled replaces several tools and makes the work of small business easy.
In our business, we are using several tools in disparate technology.
For example, we are using jotform to collect teacher data. Zoho creator to create and automate basic business process and quick-books for online accounting. We are using WhatsApp / telegram to communicate with customers. With Agiled, all the customer and team data can be centralized and there is no loss of information as it is no longer scattered. To me that is the greatest win. Another feature that I like about Agiled is inbuilt automation. We can have several automations at a low price.
Inconvénients
Speed is a bit of concern. But the team has said, they are already working on enhancing the performance. The discussion module should have been more user friendly.

Perfect starter agency back-office solution to grow with you
Agiled is a great tool for SMB agencies to manage their business. I've been able to move over by subscription management, client portal and sales/CRM without much effort. They have been very responsive to support questions and have a series of videos to explain some of the features although new features and improvements are coming out very fast.
Avantages
Integrates sales pipelines, CRM, client portal and subscriptions/invoices. This enables us to easily progress leads to clients and then fulfill and retain them. We plan to utilize the automations and forms to streamline our new client onboarding process but haven't gotten time to start that yet. They are constantly improving the product so fast it is hard to keep up. It will be exciting to see where this product is in another few months.
Inconvénients
There are a LOT of features in a fairly nascent tool. This leads to there being a lot of basic functionality but not a lot of depth in any one area. They are constantly developing the tool so improvements are being rolled out regularly. I would like to see a more strategic roadmap rather than bouncing around based on user feedback. Personally I think the collection of features is perfect for an agency like mine but there a lot of features that I don't use while others I do use are not robust enough in current form. I would probably use the tool more fully if the training was better quality and covered more topics but I can't imagine it would be easy to keep pace with the developers.

I needed a new system for managing my business and invoicing. I ran across Agiled, gave it try, and quickly purchased it. I've had one support issue that was very quickly managed. Very impressed!
Avantages
The project management, CRM, and invoicing features are quick and easy to use so I spend less time on those tasks and more on my actual client's needs.
Inconvénients
Some, literally just a couple, UI changes could be made to make things make a little more logically organized.

A great alternative to SuiteDash
I had difficulty with other CRMs with pricing vs feature set. Agiled seemed like a quickly maturing products that is being well-supported by its team.

Being able to manage all the aspects of your company in one dashboard and have integrations to more powerful versions each module

Right now, the dashboard is simple and functionality is stacked in certain areas, and not paying attention enough on the UI/UX.

Avantages
As a beginner to digital marketing. I knew I needed a crm software to manage my clients. Agiled has been excellent for me so far. I did use another software called suitedash but I found it way to complicated to use unfortunately.But Agiled looked alot more simple clean and modern. Very happy

The only thing I would suggest is that the upload more tutorials on their YouTube channel. Even tho suitedash was still really confusing for me this is one thing suitedash did really well.

Definitely deal with it !
The problem with this type of platform is often related to the price to get all the features. Some of their competitors have subscriptions that can reach 5000 euros per month, unaffordable for small businesses struggling to survive. Agiled is available at a ridiculously low price for the quality of the platform. This is a great opportunity for these struggling companies
Avantages
I must admit that Agiled is an incredible concentrate of features accessible from a very easy interface which evolves very quickly ! I also note the development quality since I haven't found any bug yet despite the number of interdependent features.
Inconvénients
Although it has a very short learning curve in the face of the incredible number of features, the overall design is not in line with the quality of the feature development. I guess this is not their current priority, and I think they are right. Nevertheless, I hope that a refresh will be added to their roadmap in not too long.

Really happy with my decision to use Agiled.
I was a bit worried jumping into Agiled. The reviews were good, it seemed to be what I needed, and there seems to be active development. But you just never really know what the reality is with a new tool until you dive in and put it to work. Ask me again in a year, but right now I'm way more than happy as a beginning user. In fact, I'm gonna get on the reseller bandwagon, and offer it to my clients, if I can. I would recommend Agiled to friends in a heartbeat - unless they compete with me - then I always conceal my secret weapons!
Avantages
In getting Agiled all set up I was beyond impressed. This thing seems to do everything I need and more. Client management, invoicing, teams, projects, granular tasks, stats, charts, communication, user roles integrations, customization... everything I've thought of, I can do.
And I can pretty well fully customize my white-labed, cnamed version (with a bit of CSS tweaking in my case, for my pickiness) and it's all branded, making me look even better to clients.
Inconvénients
Not much to complain about! There are a couple of minor issues I've noticed in UI stuff that I'll try to share with the devs. I hope they are as good about customer support as they have been in app development. I'm not worried.
