Nifty est un système de gestion globale de entreprise tout-en-un. D'abord, il permet de faire une bonne gestion des projet, l'organisation, la planification et le suivi. Ensuite, il permet de faire un bon suivi des clients et des ventes. Enfin, il facilite la communication entre le personnel ou les membres de l'équipe.

Inconvénients

Mon équipe apprecie cette plateforme, seulement ce que nous avons constaté est que la majorité des fonctionnalités de Nifty est en Anglais ce qui peut etre un peu difficile pour ceux qui ne comprennet pas l'anglais comme nous.

There are lots of good project management tool but the main problem is chat with team and project management, nifty has both in one place. so its best tool at the moment when i buy it.

I love that I have the options for kanban style boards. I find those so easy to use and organize my projects. I also love that I can invite unlimited members at no extra cost.

Inconvénients

I don't like the fact that on mobile you cannot drag the cards to the next board like you can on desktop.

Nifty's Docs is the best way to work together with other people. There is no longer a need for users to turn to third-party applications to share documents because this platform supports real-time document editing and commenting. The integration of Docs with project milestones and activities ensures that the necessary documentation is always within reach.

Nifty's document collaboration features are top-notch, but the document versioning mechanism might use some improvement. The experience of working on collaborative documents as a whole would benefit from enhancements to the tracking of changes and the management of document versions.

Nifty's ability to centralize all of the core elements of project management into a single platform has been invaluable in facilitating my work with a wide variety of teams and clients.

If you're not used to working with project management software, the interface may seem complicated at first. Some sophisticated project management tools, such as time and money tracking, might not be available on this platform.

Nifty.pm is a well-designed project management tool, in which I can easily organize my projects, tasks, deliverables, and more in one place. I must admit that the design of Nifty.pm is amazing, I use it for all of my projects. I love the Roadmap feature which shows the timeline with milestones of the project, and the ability to switch from Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Timeline with a click.

Inconvénients

I wish I could also create invoices inside Nifty.pm like other project management tools.

I was skeptical about trying Nifty because I had such a hard time settling on a task organizer that actually worked for me. Still, it outperforms every other task manager I’ve tried. It's easy to use, remembers everything I need to do, and sends me the most effective reminders of any app I've tried.

Inconvénients

It doesn't appear that tasks may be linked easily with one another. There are some similarities to Asana, but there are also significant differences, such as the inability to assign the same task to more than one board or project.

Avantages

When it comes to the complexity of coordinating many projects, Nifty is taking the easy way out. It's great to see that they've integrated useful features from a variety of platforms while keeping the user interface (UI) straightforward.

Inconvénients

We were not given the option to record voice notes, which would have been helpful in communicating the assignment to the rest of the team.

Avantages

Being able to see My Work all in one spot gives me a calendar and deadline view to work from, and I can set up not just multiple projects but also multiple portfolios to segment my business paths. Add to that an active development process that just keeps making it better, and I'm thrilled!

Inconvénients

More events would be great for Zapier integration (right now it only has events for newly created items or task completion, but not status updates).

Avantages

This is the easiest-on-the-eyes, most intuitive PM platform we've tried or used (especially compared to Asana and Notion). Document storage, creation, and management is a breeze. Uploading large numbers of files is lightning fast, and document navigation is super easy. Task management has deep capacity. Onboarding has been a snap compared to other platforms. Devs have built in heavy emphasis on real-time communication and collaboration. Support is super responsive. They have a very active development schedule. Nifty will replace Asana, Slack, and Dropbox Paper for us.

Inconvénients

There is no native print function anywhere. All uploaded files and files created in Nifty have to be downloaded in order to print. This presents companies with an added security issue. In the Files section, pdfs are uploaded as images, so even if you download to print, you just have a png.

The Share function for Files only shares to people on your team or onboarded guests.

All kinds of system notifications show up in the Discussion streams and there's no way to delete them.

The functionality of the Discussions widget is less than the functionality when you click through and expand the Discussions to a full window. So, for instance, you cannot pin a discussion from the widget. This is the least intuitive thing about the app.

1-Their database management and recording user data, for example, have an issue of duplication, and if you created a workspace and then deleted you will not be able to use this name again and the nifty system will keep sending you notifications about It like it still exists.

2-Customer support is not professional and most of the time they take around 4-5 days to reply to your questions. This is the main reason I left the App.

Avantages

Though there are numerous apps for both work management and team communication, none of them combine the two. We don't like using a bunch of different programs on my team. Nifty is an innovative solution because it combines four formerly separate apps into one.

Inconvénients

When compared to other market leaders like Slack for conversation and Monday for task management, the app's stability falls short. There would be gaps in the conversation logs when past conversations mysteriously vanished. This is an additional annoyance for us.

Avantages

Nifty is excellent to use with clients, especially if you need to communicate them about the progress of their projects. It's great for getting approvals or revisions when doing client work. The platform looks beautiful and is fairly easy to use.

I would have liked more customization options. Something as simple as matching colours to my own branding wouldn't be possible.

While Nifty impressed me with its comprehensive features, there was one aspect that I found could be improved. The platform's mobile application experience was not as robust as its web version. While the web interface provided a seamless and user-friendly experience, the mobile app felt slightly limited in terms of functionality and responsiveness. Some features that were easily accessible on the web platform were not as intuitive or readily available on the mobile app. Enhancing the mobile app's functionality and ensuring a smoother user experience would greatly benefit users who rely on mobile devices for project management on the go. Despite this minor drawback, the overall performance and capabilities of Nifty remained highly commendable.
