I Found My Bartender
II used a free-trial and but plan to buy. I found a bartender for a party on this app and I was very surprised. I will use this application only when looking for services or someone to hire. The email system and the response times are top notch.
Avantages
Easy to use and very user friendly. The interface is simply top-notch. Best recruiting application out there.
Inconvénients
I can't really thinking of any cons to using ZIpRecruiter.

If you're in the need of people fast, ZipRecruiter can provide a plethora of applicants quickly.
Avantages
Great source for a online job fair. Easily cast large nets to rake in mass amounts of willing applicants quickly.
Inconvénients
The vetting process is somewhat labor intensive. It is not always so simple weeding through promising candidates and people wasting HR time.

Zip recruiter makes job hunting an enjoyable experience with a simple platform and clean design. You have the options to customize your account to make job applications much easier.

As a simple platform, it could clean up the interface a bit. As you scroll through jobs the screen appears a bit cluttered and can be confusing to navigate.

I like that this software is pretty intuitive and has filters
Inconvénients
This software doesn't do a great job at bucketing similar roles together. I always get emails for these strange roles that I am very unqualified for and are either not in my industry or in another industry. I am in biotech but I get so many ads for software engineers. It's not very tailored to finding roles that would actually be a good fit for you.

We used this to hire one of our latest interns. The software/website makes life much easier to really pin point what you are looking to hire and not a broad spectrum like others
Inconvénients
You get a lot of over qualified individuals. Which isnt a bad thing but when you are trying to hire a junior level person and all you are seeing is senior level people that becomes difficult to sort out who to call and who not to call

Worth the money ?
After realizing how much it cost to do, the one free post is all we could do and even then we couldn’t look at the people who applied.
Avantages
So the idea behind zip recruiter is good. Not having to post your open job on various sites yourself would be nice.
Inconvénients
The price. Being a non profit that is entirely community funded, paying that much to have someone post our job isn’t worth it . There is also no discount for non profits like other companies

Overall experience with ZipRecuriter is that it reaches people from all over and not just one location.

This product keeps you up-to-date on what jobs are out there and what the range of salary, how many people have applied for the job.
Inconvénients
Not much I didn't like about this software. It's easy to use you can post a job and you can turn it off without any issues.

I was pleasantly surprised with ZipRecruiter. I have tried Indeed, OhioMeansJobs, Craigslist, and Monster. ZipRecruiter was the most helpful, user friendly, and overall a great tool to use.

It was easy to set up, gave relevant results, and was helpful in making connections with potential employers.

Sometimes they give results that are not in a relevant location but you can let them know that it doesn't match up.

I feel like I've used every hiring platform on the market at this point. Zip Recruiter is certainly one of the better platforms out there, especially if you're hiring for very specific jobs or looks for more qualified candidates. The platform comes with a lot of features and functionality. Worth a free trial.
Inconvénients
Given there are so many different platforms for this on the market now-a-days, I find Zip Recruiter a bit expensive. Worth trying for a free trial and seeing if you get any good results, but for the monthly cost and what our organization was looking for, the cost was a bit too much. If you're hiring more people on a consistent basis, this might be the right option for you.

The best thing about the software is the filters to pinpoint your job search requirements, such as salary and location.

Seems like for most industries, the filters would work better than ours.

We tried using ZipRecruiter for hiring personnel, some of the keywords were not filtered for us. We are an Architecture Firm and unfortunately there are other industries that refer to architecture in their infrastructure and not for the intent of designing. We were getting responses to our ads that had nothing to do with our field.

I was able to hire someone. Easy to use.
Inconvénients
Misleading ad post-Covid indicated it was a free trial to help "small businesses". They charged me well over a thousand. This was very painful due to the impact of Covid on our small business. Their service people were rude when I called and their supervisor took over a week to get back to me. I'm sure they do this all the time so, buyer beware!

This was helpful to us as we were smaller at the time. As we grew we needed something more in tune with the local communities to fit our needs.

I liked the ease of use and the easy to recognize name. You can get a pretty wide pool of candidates.

I didn't love the fact that once we were pricing this out with some more local agencies, we found the pricing and terms on ZR to not be as favorable.

ZIP has made hiring so much easier with how easy it is to post jobs and get the right resumes sent straight to you. The whole process takes me less than 15 minutes and I start to get resumes sent to me the same day.

Other sites can be free, and even though Zip cost money, it produces way better resumes and people for the jobs.

Overall it is a tool that generally serves its purpose but definitely not going to find you your ideal position or candidate.

It is not an ideal space to actual find a job. They try to keep it user friendly however it maybe only a few notches above craigslist with quality.
