Hasn't landed me a job yet, but is the best jobs app by far.
I have obtained several job interviews through this app.
Avantages
I like that you get notified each time a potential employer views your application. Also, love how easy it is to apply for most jobs with one click.
Inconvénients
It allows employers to redirect you to their site to apply, instead of allowing you to apply with one-click.

Did not yield the results I paid for
Like other online hiring companies, ZipRecruiter attempts to match candidates with the qualification being sought. Understandably, they can not be responsible for the quality and experience of any candidate. However, for the price of using them and not having much luck, I tend to use another similar company before trying them again.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter makes it relatively easy to set up an account. The options available to list a job opportunity that is specific to your needs is definitely adequate.
Inconvénients
Compared to other online hiring and recruiting companies I have used, ZipRecruiter has not yielded candidates that have been good matches for my listings.

Not great Candidates
While I realize that times are hard for hiring qualified employees, the candidates I was getting had very little experience in the fields we needed them.

Ease of use, price, number of applicants, familiar name

Not getting qualified candidates, pretty discouraging.

Its been a love hate relationship. One day im ready to quit using them then we recruit one of our best people from there so I keep them.

The very few people I do get from Zip Recruiter are are very sharp.

It's is way to expensive for the results. They need to make a big move if they are gonna keep up with indeed .

I didn't find a qualified candidate
Avantages
There was alot of applicants, and got a lot of activity in the first few days. It was pretty easy to set up a profile and set the right questions.
Inconvénients
It seemed pretty expensive for a daily fee. I found lots of people, but ultimately no qualified people applied and we needed to shut it down.

A great addition to job search
Avantages
This software is very easy to use for everyday job searching or employee searching. Very easy app to use and setup.
Inconvénients
I think that whenever you upload your resume, the jobs they suggest are very different usually from what you are qualified for. Under and over qualified jobs filled my inbox all day.

Avantages
I has a plethora of job postings and fairly straightforward when navigating through the site
Inconvénients
It just feels really dated and pales in comparison to the other job sites out there. At times, it just feels really clunky and I've received countless spam emails from them. Wouldn't use again.

It is often the equivalent of spam, but I tend to open these emails anyway.

I like when suggestions are relevant, of course. The frequency of contact is encouraging, but also kind of annoying because nothing comes from it.

I often receive emails targeting me for jobs very distant from myself, from where I’d like to work, where I need to work.

I have overall good experience in sourcing and also it helps to get good opportunities.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter has an amazing candidates and employers database. It helps to catch potential candidates and job seekers. I like the profile's format where I easily understand the requirements of candidates.
Inconvénients
ZipRecruiter has dynamic features to search for jobs and candidates, but the plans for employers are just a bit expensive.

Not the best but not the worst
I didnt really like it because allot of the things they do is outdated as far as promoting your listing unless you pay for the higher grade. The quality of candidates are never really top tier

Easier than Indeed
It's a very direct method and a good complement to other online sites to apply for jobs like Indeed.
Avantages
It's easy to get signed up and get enough information entered to start applying. I like the recommended or "best fit" recommendations for job postings.
Inconvénients
It can get a little spammy until you dial in your notification settings. Expect to get multiple follow up emails if you even look at a listing.

As with most job websites, your results are pretty hit-or-miss
Avantages
It was fairly easy to get a job posted, and we got a number of qualified applicants from doing so.
Inconvénients
The applicants weren't noticeably better or actually within our guidelines (e.g., no remote, no relocation, no visa) than any of the other job sites.

Zip Recruiter has helped the practice I work for find qualified, dependable & hard working employees that fit the needs of what we were looking for in a new hire. It helped us weed out the applicants that are not quite the right fit for the job @ hand.
Avantages
The templates helped us give a full description of what we were looking for in a candidate for our medical practice. It is user friendly & is the only site the practice uses when looking for new hires.
Inconvénients
The only downfall is that we do receive applicants applying for a job that they are NOT at all qualified for. There could be some better questions that may be more specific to the job requirements.

It was ok I used it and it helped me I think if the hiring company was able to be more responsive with potential canidates it would help me and others operate a job search with more clairty.
Avantages
I could find better paying jobs and it made it easy for me to switch careers if I needed it at the time.
Inconvénients
Not many follow backs from the hiring company I had to send in alot of applications, however some of them were extremly easy because at a click of a button they would get my resume and professional information. I did not like relevant emails for jobs I wasnt interested in like commision work.

Easiest job application site - no more filling out forms
Overall positive and useful, saves a lot of time when compared to indeed or direct employer job sites that ask for duplicated resume information.
Avantages
The best part about zip recruiter is the convenient “1 Click” application feature. Once you set up your profile and resume they allow users to quickly apply with saved data instead of constantly filling out the same information several times. It’s by far the most time saving and efficient tool for a career site.
Inconvénients
The 1 click feature does have its downside: Although it’s very easy to apply with a click, it’s also very easy to accidentally click on something that auto-sends to your information without asking “are you sure” or allowing you to retract an unwanted submission.

My overall experience with Zip recruiter has been great, I’ve received interviews and offers from the software.
Avantages
What I like most about the software is the jobs associated within the app are usually very business professional.
Inconvénients
The thing I like least about this software is the 1-click apply because since the jobs are so business professional then they’re more affiliated with larger companies. These companies receive an extreme amount of 1-click applicants.

Great tool for hiring multiple positions
I think the tool is easy to use and the customer experience is nice. However, the customer support was not very helpful in answering my questions.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter does a great job taking your job listing and posting it to hundreds of job sites all in one click. However, it does not have a strong targeting system for the person hiring one or two individuals.
Inconvénients
ZipRecruiter does not attract enough qualified candidates to make proper use of the tool. We needed to hire a highly skilled professional in 6 weeks. I found that ZipRecruiter had difficulty suggesting candidates within a 25 mile radius.

Not worth your time and money
very poor integration tools and service , i would never recommend to anyone ,LinkedIn has better solution

An option that I never end up using
ZipRecruiter is comparable to indeed.com or handshake.com. It is fun to have a look and see if there are any jobs available in my field, however, I have never actually found a job I'm interested in OR even heard back from a company I applied to.
Avantages
I like to check in on job postings on this app because there are sometimes posts from people that don't use indeed.com or linked.com for their job postings. However, I find myself always looking at entry level jobs that don't require much skill.
Inconvénients
This app seems like it is for people who are looking for very basic, entry level, high school education jobs. I received a bachelor's degree and I am always looking for unique job opportunities. I feel like I send out my resume quickly, and then never hear back from any job recruiters. I think this is because SO many people are able to quickly "send out their resume" and it sin't a very unique experience.

Avantages
Ziprecruiter made it easy to find employees . Their resumes and skills were already there for us to be able to pick through a wide selection of candidates
Inconvénients
Sometimes the information was outdated or phone numbers were wrong but i dont think its the product at fault on that part

Used this for years to employee people with my company
Avantages
I have used this product for years employing people to my company. It has made hiring employees so much easier then before. I would recommend this product to other employers for sure.

The time it took to actually learn how to use it was a little bit longer than I liked. Other than that this product absolutely rocks.

Pretty good job recruiter site
I like it overall. Its very easy to search for a job and get to where you have the most interest in. I have used this job site before and it's very helpful to find a job than a place like linkin which is much more complex.
Avantages
It has a easy feel to it, easy to post or create your own resume. I like searching for jobs, seeing the job description and have a quick job apply button. Easy and quick to do.
Inconvénients
It may be too easy to apply for a job. Its not very complex so it may invite people who aren't as serious as others about applying for a job

Zip Recruiter
I really dislike Zip Recruiter. No matter how often I fine tune the job search it still shows me jobs that are very far outside my field of work. It still shows jobs far outside my pay range. It shows jobs that are duplicates from other sites, so I often end up applying for the same job multiple times. It is very confusing and pretty worthless.
Avantages
It is free. You are able to upload your resume and search for jobs.
Inconvénients
You get what you pay for. Most jobs are redundant from other sites and no one seems to ever actually look at applications coming in from Zip Recruiter.

Zip-recruiter used intermittently
It is a fast way to get in touch with many applicants, limited functionality when it comes to the follow-through. Also contrary to indeed, ziprecruiter doesn't ask if applicants answered the phone or showed up for interviews
Avantages
I like that you can get up and running pretty fast and the applicants are typically responsive.
Inconvénients
I don't like that there is no functionality to schedule interviews within the platform easily.

ZipRecruiter makes job hunting so much easier and helped me land my current job. I love it!
Avantages
ZipRecruiter makes job hunting so insanely easy. I am able to go on the site and filter through filters to be given a whole handful of jobs that could potentially fit my needs.
The ads are very organized and cleanly written so they are easy to understand. Not to mention, you have an endless amount of filter options.
Inconvénients
The only thing that I feel like is weak is filtering through the jobs when looking at finances. there are so many jobs that do not offer compensation information so there could be a great job that gets lost in the hunt due to not having listed compensation.

Good choice
The software is sometimes difficult to use on certain instances. Mostly, once I open a file, I can’t copy the file.
Avantages
I like to be able to open all files no matter the size.
Inconvénients
It’s always asking you to purchase the software over and over even though you purchased it a month ago.

Avantages
Compared to many of its counterparts, it is a very good software in terms of tracking job applications and providing more details. It is nice to navigate through the site in terms of the simplicity of its interface.

-Easy to post jobs and manage postings
-I LOVE the fact that you can filter out the jobs that each user posted, so I don't have to view the postings of the entire company at once, but I can if I choose to
-The ability to create your own "prescreening" questions to better filter your applicants

-The "invite applicants" feature can be confusing when you have multiple users
-I feel that the quality of candidates I receive is poor. There is no way to filter out resumes that have no recent work history
-As someone seeking completed applications, I do not like the feature that allows applicants to apply quickly from their phone without a full resume

Good software for finding right talent
we are able to get more profile for the job, we are able to filter the candidate better based on the skills and experience
Avantages
Zip Recruiter has SMS integration which helps recruiter and candidate both get alert all the time,
they have better apis available which can help you to easily setup customization if need be, however OOO they have so many feature which can help you.
Good database with lots and lots of filter
Inconvénients
some users complaint about not knowing SMS feature and they are not happy with spamming their phone with SMS, may it can be clearly mentioned couple of places so that user are aware of this,

Great Candidate Flow - Poor Customer Service
Avantages
ZipRecruiter is easy to use to post jobs. There is a also a resume database that give us plenty of access to available candidates.
Inconvénients
While ease of use if great and we get great candidate flow, the price keeps increasing with little to no warning. Sales reps are rude.

Best recruitment tool Afton Shows has found.
It's been great, and couldn't be happier. Check this platform out if you haven't already.
Avantages
Afton Shows produces concerts in 80+ cities, we use ZipRecruiter to find good talent and hire people to run our concerts onsite. Other sites have been more expensive or not worth the money, so we use ZipRecruiter to find the people we need.
Inconvénients
Nothing so far, we get the best results with this platform for our hiring needs across the U.S. and Canada.

The ways you can review each candidate and move them into 3 different categories.

They don't give very many quality candidates and often send candidates that ask for a lot more money that we're offering.

Great interface
Overall I would recommend it to friends who want to post work or who are looking for work.
Avantages
It's easy to post and browse for jobs. In a matter of minutes you can be up and running on the software. I've done both applying for jobs on this and I've posted a job or two on here. You've got great ways to post jobs, and they really do a good job of actually marketing your job, which so few other websites do.
Inconvénients
It's hard to distinguish what jobs are legitimate and what aren't. If you're posting a job, it's hard to distinguish between you and other jobs as to what makes you excellent to work for.

Very Helpfull

The canidates who match the criteria that I am looking for would fall through the cracks if it wasn't for ZipRecruiter.

This isn't a knock on the product, if anything it is a compliment to the product, but it is overpopulated.

ZipRecruiter Job Seeker Review
I have always gone back and looked around for job postings, even landed two jobs from using the site. The task of finding job postings, interacting with the employer, and filtering out what you don't want to look for is utilized best with this site. I have no complaints with using this website at all, I'd recommend it to anyone who is need to find quality postings within your area and who doesn't want to have their time wasted doing so.
Avantages
It's very friendly and easy to use for the user. I had no trouble at all to quickly start finding new opportunities for myself in the job world. The ability to find job postings that are filtered for my requirements is just phenomenal. It's been a hassle to search through other job sites to find the right posting for me. It also does a very good job at allowing me to contact the employers at ease and keeping up with them. They mostly all respond in a timely manner. My notifications are quick to tell me when they do and it's not over the top when I get send the notification either.
Inconvénients
I have no cons per say but there isn't really too much to the site in general. It's just a great quality website that allows me to find job postings that I adhere to. It isn't trying to expand into something else. It is simply a great tool to find new careers.

Avantages
The Pros for using this software that it has a lot of jobs for any career whether entry level or advanced. When using ziprecruiter I have found multiple jobs through this site
Inconvénients
The Cons for this site there's human interaction. Although this a recruiting agency I prefer human interaction to see if a job and/or position is still open. Also it doesn't update the site for job positions that have been filled or closed

This far, ZipRecruiter has been simple and easy-to-use. We’ve never experienced technical issues and their customer service team is accessible.
Avantages
I love how quickly it is for members of our team to find top candidates through ZipRecruiter. We posted a job and less than an hour after it went live, we had two serious contenders.
Inconvénients
The price point can be about high, but given our volume and the retention we’ve had, it’s worth it.

I like that it shows you all the jobs available in the area that you search for.

Easy software with good candidates
Avantages
In recent years, ZipRecruiter has been poring money into advertising and with a great benefit to companies. Because of this, I think they have attracted better candidates overall as they are more recognizable in the recruiting space. ZipRecruiter has become my go-to software for posting job ads and looking for candidates. The process to upload a new job ad is easy and the resumes flow to you seamlessly. I highly recommend.
Inconvénients
As with any recruiting platform, the costs can be high. So it is imperative to watch the spend on your job ad. However, it is very easy to pause or turn off an ad when you have spent your limit or found a great candidate.

My overall experience is great! Love this software.
Avantages
They have so many tools. Zip recruiter is so easy and convenient. It’s so easy to apply for jobs, there is an option to 1 tap apply. Which I LOVE being able to do. Instead of putting in my information all over again.
Inconvénients
No complaints. I’ve never had any issues.
