Super klantenservice en fijne mogelijkheden voor klanten.

Super uitgebreid pakket met vriendelijke klantenservice.

Avantages

Systeem werkt makkelijk voor klanten en voor ons als beheerder. Je kunt makkelijk aanpassingen maken en financiële zaken regelen.

Inconvénients

Ik vind het maken van rapporten soms wat moeilijk. De instellingen om specifieke klanten aan te spreken vind ik lastig.

Over de rapportages kunt u altijd terecht bij ons, en kunnen wij helpen dit klaar te zetten op het account. Voor alle marketing functies kunnen wij altijd nog extra uitleg geven en hulp daarbij bieden! Er zijn namelijk zoveel mogelijkheden.

Great help to get started !

Still new with it, but I am already seeing how it will make my life easier, especially for communication with my folks.

Avantages

We are very well supported as we start using bsport. Generosity, smiles, disponibility, it's great.

Inconvénients

I started using it as I was on break which is awesome to learn yet, I have yet to use it on the daily to really be spontaneous with it. I'm not worried though, they are an email away if we need help.

The best choice I have made for my company over the last years

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have understood everything concerning customer service. They are available whenever you need them, always nice and friendly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] also has an acute business vision and gives excellent advice regarding business development, which is very very helpful for small businesses like ours.

Avantages

It is very easy to manage and understand for administrators and students. So much easier than Mindbodyonline. And so much cheaper.

Inconvénients

No mobile application device for studio owners.

Glad to have it - looking forward to more updates

Smooth payment and billing processes for European users. Great client accounts in the system that make keeping track of billing easy. I was able to cut my monthly workload down by at least 5 hours.

Avantages

I love that I can process a SEPA directly from my clients account and get payment confirmation through the system automatically. This saves a lot of time!
Customer service is amazing!

Inconvénients

Some features I had gotten used to in my old system are not available.

Good new app that needs work to deliver on its promise. Great team.

Avantages

The team, from sales to onboarding to CS. ALWAYS responsive and patient.

The capacity to manage fully automated the studio, despise intricate restrictions in size, attendance, teachers etc..

Inconvénients

The UX on customer side is REALLY clunky. Basic failures in UX (size of CTAs, payment process) makes it a bit of a flop compared to the incredible promise its engine holds.

Great System

Very positive, the team respond well to all queries and the software continues to develop.

Avantages

Ease of use and the marketing functions have been a game changer for our revenue.

Inconvénients

Some small bugs, and sometimes some lanuage issues from French to English - however these often get resovled.

exceptional customer service

Avantages

A young business with a massive potential. The team are exceptional and what they lack in any area, they more than make up for in customer service.

Inconvénients

i don't find it very intuitive often. i wish the reporting was better

Estoy muy satisfecha, sobre todo por la experiencia de mis clientes comparada con el sistema anterior.

Avantages

Cambiamos a Bsport luego de tener muchos problemas con Mindbody y nos encanta la atención del soporte, estan disponibles siempre. Además, es muy sencilla de usar tanto para nosotros como para nuestros clientes. Fue un cambio positivo.
Lo que más nos gusta es la interfase del cliente, que se adapta a su idioma y es muy sencilla de utilizar.

Inconvénients

Me gustaría que los Reportes estuvieran más desarrollados.

Click & Go booking platform

The quick personal service from BSport made me feel as a newbe that everything went smoothly. All the further options they offer inspired me and motivates expansion.

Avantages

The Google feel template that makes it enjoyable to use. It's instantly recognisable. It's also build for future growth with more functions and helpful tools.

Inconvénients

For small businesses it's pricey - perhaps a package deal for this group could be added.

Idōstudio Pilates review

Avantages

Their customer support team is just the best! They provide you with all the steps so I could start with the set-up. After that a call is organized where they guide you through all the details and fully support any transition.
The calendar view for the clients is also easy to use and looks cool! I really like the smart-list and e-mailing options!

Inconvénients

It is not always very easy to find answers to specific details via the FAQs. Yet so far all my questions are answered very fast when contacting the helpdesk via chat function.

Excellent Booking and Scheduling Platform

The team have been been very helpful in throughout the process of reviewing the platform, the migration over from the old platform and through the on going initial teething problems.

Avantages

It is a very intuitive system to use and has simplified the set up of classes, passes, memberships and the general settings for our organisation.

Inconvénients

Still in the early days but some flexibility on the location details for when holding online classes would be welcome.

After join in no service for us anymore

When they sale us to change booking system, anythings say yes, we can do, yes we can help. after we use less 1month, many many things not available to do, not available to help!!!!!!

Avantages

We like the app & service at the beginning! after we start use 2weeks, many happen come up!
when we have problems, we want to ask from zoom online, they suddenly not allow anymore, we must via email. so unreasonable!

Inconvénients

The app can’t use for 2days already, many students complain! even Management app also cant use too.

I'm a fan ! I threw Mind Body out of the window ;)

The system works very intuitive & easy to use.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who is the account manager for Holland & Belgium is a very nice person.
He really takes the time, to listen and hear your thoughts. The are not pushing at all.
After buying the system, they have great costumer & technical service.
Made this decision during lockdown, best choice ever.

Avantages

The system works very intuitive & easy to use.
Migration from MB to Bsport worked out really well.

Inconvénients

No cons yet. They do problem solving very quickly.
The have a very good costumer service.

Great Platform

Still a new user, but so far, it's awesome. So much to learn and master, and I enjoy exploring and navigating the system.

It is comprehensive and a one-stop shop. It includes everything.

The invoicing part can be a bit tricky, but after the learning curve, it's fine.
