BSport Feedback

I feel like I'm still learning if it works for me! So far, so good though (:

Avantages

All of the features are easy to use and the backend looks really friendly! I love that I can have an App Store App, integrate Zoom for easy stream of classes, and also the virtual video library.

Inconvénients

My App icon doesn't look good and it still hasn't been changed after months. Sometimes the software glitches but that's not a big deal.

A 5 star Experience!

The support team behind B Sport is nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly responsive and have consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping their users succeed. Any questions or concerns I've had were met with prompt and insightful responses, making me feel valued and supported.

Avantages

One of the features I appreciate the most is the messaging and emailing capabilities. These functions have streamlined communication with members and staff, making it much more efficient than previous systems I've encountered.

Inconvénients

In terms of drawbacks, I honestly can't find anything to complain about. B Sport has met or exceeded all my expectations.

Power of Boxing

Further to the above the experience has been superb and I can't recommend them highly enough. I am big on customer service and all my questions have been answered either by chat or zoom call within a matter of hours. The clients have enjoyed the new system too which is equally important, particularly for retaining our client base and attracting new customers.

Avantages

I believe bsport is a step up from our previous booking platform, Zingfit, and has a more modern feel to it, coupled with outstanding customer service.We are a very small business that has taken a hit since the pandemic and bsport were the most understanding, out of every potential company we spoke to, in terms of the platform and the setup we required. They were the only ones to show willingness to meet me in person, which speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. They also made sure that the transition was effortless too.

Inconvénients

There are a few features that I would like to see included going forward but I have been told that these are in the pipeline and will therefore hopefully be implemented next year.

Management System

Up to now good and the online support by [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing.

Avantages

We like the fact that we have our own branded app and that the platform is personalised to the user.

Inconvénients

We would like the booking app to have the management tools in it so that we do not have to go into the back office to work them.

BSport als Studiosoftware für MMA

Es gab ein paar Startschwierigkeiten, die sich aber mit dem Wechsel des Supports erledigt haben.

Avantages

Die einfache Funktionsweise und Flexibilität bei der Verwendung.

Inconvénients

Die derzeit zur Verfügung gestellte APP hat leider wenige Funktionen.

The Masonry

It has been good so far. A lot of confusing work in the back office and I feel like processes take a lot longer and are quite convoluted where they don't need to be! The costumer support has been brilliant so far!

Avantages

The customer communication has been brilliant. I have run in to numerous issues so far that have been solved quite quickly or explained to me. The response time has been great so far.

Inconvénients

Integration for website is not great and very fiddly. The app is not great for users and is quite confusing.

Slechte app veel te duur

Geniale Lösung für Pilates Studios

Wir hatten bisher sehr positive Erfahrung mit der bsport App. Wir empfehlen es allen Studios dies zu einsetzen, somit kann man sich von den anderen Studios differenzieren.

Avantages

Sehr übersichtlich, leicht zum bedienen. Deckt alle Anforderungen von einem Pilates Studio.
Unsere Kundinnen haben grosse Freude dran, weil sie das ganze selber können an und abmelden.

Inconvénients

Es wäre schön wenn mehrere Mailvorlagen schon ein Bestandteil wäre.

Uitgebreide software

De klanten service staat je goed te woord, is eerlijk en bied voldoende hulp. Het is een goed werkend systeem maar wel aan de dure kant als je een kleinere onderneming hebt.

Top software with fast development

Overall i am really happy witrh choice i made coming other softwares i used( Acuity, Fitogram). Bsport is not perfect, but they are fast evolving and are open too ideas

Heel blij met Bsport

Avantages

Heel blij met onze overstap naar Bsport. Klantondersteuning is fantastisch, het systeem is heel uitgebreid en gebruikersvriendelijk.

Inconvénients

Heel tevreden, als ik een nadeel zou moeten opgeven is het dat het systeem zo uitgebreid is dat ik af en toe wat verloren raak in alle opties.

ABSOLUTE ENTTÄUSCHUNG und Betrug

NIE WIEDER!!!

Nachdem sich im Verkaufsgespräch alles so gut angehört hat, zeigte sich nach Vertragsunterzeichnung, worauf ich mich wirklich eingelassen hatte.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und sagten, sie wollen Lösungen finden. Als es diese jedoch nicht gab und ich fristgerecht meine Kündigung nach drei Wochen (mir wurde ein Sonderkündigungsrecht einberaumt) eingereicht habe, wurde ich nur hingehalten, Meetings sind ohne abzusagen ausgefallen und seitdem werde ich nur vertröstet mit 'Dein Keymanager (der jetzt schon gewechselt wurde, NACHDEM ich gekündigt hatte) kümmert sich schnellstmöglich um dein Anliegen!'.

Ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück und eine Bestätigung meiner Kündigung..

Schade, dass man dies nicht sauber beenden kann und ich jetzt so eine Bewertung schreiben muss, was eigentlich überhaupt nicht meine Art ist...

Netter Kontakt im Sales, alles sehr positiv und 'wir bekommen deine Ideen auf jeden Fall umgesetzt'

Inconvénients

Katastrophaler Service, nachdem der Vertrag geschlossen wurde. Keine Lösungsmöglichkeiten, wurde ständig hingehalten und als ich -nachdem mir ein Sonderkündigungsrecht einberaumt wurde - aus dem Vertrag austreten wollte, werde ich seit MONATEN hingehalten und bekomme weder die Bestätigung der Kündigung noch mein bereits direkt eingezogenes Geld zurück!!!!

The support staff are always really nice and helpful. I like the payment reports and the scheduling.

Inconvénients

The stripe payment system doesn't always let people know if their payment has gone through.

Good Modern System

Like the overall system, excellent account management support.

Changed software to bsport

It´s very helpfull to manage the studio. The beginning was not easy, we had a lot of mistakes with billing but now everything is working well.

All the mistakes on the billing department, it happened 3 months in a row.

BSport, an investment of time that will pay off real quick

The Bsport experience has been first class, form the initial conversations with the sales team, to the on boarding team who helped with the data migration and change from our old supplier. This was a mammoth task and quite daunting, but with the amazing support has been a real pleasure. Long phone calls on hold trying to get support is a thing of the past! With Bsport we have someone sitting in our chat box on a daily basis ready to help answer our questions. Our old provider would take days to respond or require a 2-3 hour phone call, which was often answered by someone more clueless than myself!My daily tasks are so much easier thanks to Bsport

Avantages

Taking payments is so much quicker with bsport than with our previous software provider, and managing class changes and edits to the schedule is also so much faster. Bsport has far more options with regards to the setup of how the classes are managed, cancellations etc, which allows us to run our business how we want to, not how the system allows us to.

Inconvénients

We would love it if the text message service for cancellations and waitlist notifications was implemented soon.

Think twice before using this software.

The team was unable to carry out a migration from our current software (schedule house) even though they assured us they would be able to during the sales call.They ended up manually transferring the data in the end which lacked so many of our data. We were not able to launch as per the scheduled date but they went ahead and charged us anyways. The management hasn't been supportive at all.Think twice about using this software. So many essential features are lacking on this platform.

we do NOT recommend this software to ANY business. There are several other softwares available that are easier to use and for the same if not less rate. There are so many essential features this software is lacking, not to mention that there is no app for the staff.if you have a retail section then this software cannot support it. The reporting is super complicated, so if you are a studio which has it's finances in check then this software is not recommended.You are also unable to assign permissions to staff which is a basic feature on any other softwareThe software VERY OFTEN lags, which makes is inoperable.

De migratie was niet zo vlot, maar eens alles is overgezet, dan alles ok!

En general me gusta utilizar esta plataforma, esta bien organizada ( menos de algunas cositas a mejorar, pero solo es mi opinion ;) ) Seguramente la recomendaría a otros studios :)

Avantages

Me gusta que es bien organizado, que para crear las clases es muy facile, cambiarlas y todo que es necesario de hacer en situation cuando falta que cambio el horario o nombre del profesor o clases completa.El servisio cliente es super bueno, muy reactivo y rápido me encanta y creo que es muy importante para que uno no se siente solo con alguna problemas diarias :)

Inconvénients

El contra mas grande creo que es la organización des cartes del cursos y pack y otros actividades. Lo entiendo ahora y puede manejar las manipulaciones básicas pero la manera de hacerlo no les la más lógica.También la idea que la reservación es conectadas con la factura y en momento que cancelo la factura ( porque cliente cambio opino o cualquiera ) la reservación se cancela también. Pero bueno esto pasa a veces, no es ultra grave tampoco:)

Very happy using Bsport platform.

Avantages

Easy to use, reliable. And we are really happy using this platform.

Inconvénients

It is mainly for our school. We need the option to put the two teachers' names on the timetable!

Great registration system

Avantages

It is easy to use and the customer service and helplines are fantastic.

Inconvénients

I literally can't think of anything!! Maybe to be able to add in people on the teacher app (who haven't signed in for a class) and not just the back office?

My Customer Support has been unparralelled

Really Great, [sensitive content hidden]- my go to customer support member has been invaluble in helping me get the absolute most of out of the system.

Avantages

I like most that I can manage my entire Yoga studio from my iPhone in some cases. I like the dedicated App.

Inconvénients

Sometimes things have more steps than feels really nessasary. Sometimes the translations form french havent been done. Pausing memberships isnt that clear.

My high hopes for Bsport were totally crushed

the process of setting up and getting data transfered was chaotic and a lot of miscommunication went on, so it was not done properly and took more than three weeks I had to do all my private appointment bookings again by hand as they did not transfer these. Very hard to get the cumstomer support. My difficulties not taken seriously, no apologies, no refund.

Avantages

I did like the fact you can creat individual auto-reminders for each class, which means I could send the Zoom link in each reminder for the class. Tagging clients can be useful to create groups.

Inconvénients

When I bought it, after a very good hard sell by someone who obviously did not know much about the actual functionality, it turned out Bsport did not have some very basic features yet avaikable; they were selling a half built service! I could not create a block of classes which clients could ask to automatically be booked in to; they had to book each class separately and as they were not used to this, I ended up having to manually do this for 98% of mu clients. I lost clients this way as they were so upset about the booking system. They tell me they now have this function, but what use is this for me when I spent £2700 upfront for software that turned out not to be at all functional for me. It also randomly sent out emails in French to clients when nothing had been done in their accounts! The staff have not dealbt with any of my concerns or rectified anything and will not even dicuss compensation a refund.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we're so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. We strive to do better this is why as soon as you raised you were missing a specific feature, we worked on it, developed and released it.

To compensate this situation, we proposed to offer half of your subscription, that unfortunately didn't meet your acceptance. I already expressed you my frustration as our software evolved so much since the time you used it and I'm personally convinced that you would enjoying it now if you could give us another chance to earn your business.

Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can't fix the past but I can again apologize on behalf of everyone at bsport. I wish we could find a positive outcome from this situation together.

Stand-out studio management

When it comes to cons, BSPORT is very quick in their responsiveness. They update the system very often and always work to approve.
Also, the support desk is easily accessible and they are very helpful in setup and implementation.
The fact that it is a very manageable software, which is constantly renewing and improving, with multi-platform access and great support services, makes me a happy client.

Avantages

This product makes an impact with all of its branded features, plus studio management is made simple despite many many features and functionalities.
For me the most stand-our feature is the billing & invoicing. The system is very smart regarding unpaid or disputed membership fees, plus sends out automatic notifications regarding this feature when required.
in a close second, it’s the fact that group sessions, private sessions and workshops are included in one software.
The product also looks great and is very accessible on the client/user end.

Inconvénients

Some features still need to be build-up more. There is no easy way to filter members, or to free up a spot with an absent client.
We have had clients in the past before who created double accounts just to purchase a trial class twice. A notification for when it looks like this is happening is the biggest feature I’m currently missing.

Profesionalidad, facilidad de implementación y uso

Estoy muy satisfecha con BSport, la herramienta es un must en el desarrollo de mi negocio. Me supone una gran ayuda y aprecio mucho la asistencia continua.

Avantages

Trabajar con BSport me supone tener control de las asistencias, gestionar las clases, implementar y publicar los talleres, mantener accesible la compra de pases de acceso online... La sección de informes me permite trabajar los números para presentación de impuestos, ver mi facturación, acceder a las facturas y crear documentos a partir de la información descargada. Un servicio de email integrado para comunicarme con mis usuarios, que puedo personalizar es genial. La integración fue rápida y ágil. También dispones de una sección formativa y de resolución de dudas y un equipo preparado para responder cualquier pregunta. Y Aún no uso la parte de gestión de profes

Inconvénients

El software tiene muchos servicios y aplicaciones que aún en mi primer año de uso no he descubierto en su totalidad. Me gusta que el equipo está en continua mejora.

Bsport Open Yoga

With Bsport our clients can reserve there yoga classes, there membership runs automatticly true iban or creditcard. Back office can change memberships and we can see how many people go to classes, wich class runs the best with wich teacher. Also the value data we can see weekly, monthly etc. So great business tool to run the business!

Avantages

Personal app, all in one software, great data for tracking. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] our support from Bsport was a great help with implementing. Because this software has so many tools and is all in one there is a lot to learn and a lot of work to make it work for your business. For this you need great assistance and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is great! She takes time to help us out and reacts fast. If the software is installed you have a great business tool for client registration, class tracking, value data and a video on demand tool! With the personal app you make it fo your clients really easy to acces the mobile app.

Inconvénients

Because the software is all in one there is a lot to install. Take your time to learn the system, start on time and ask help from support. Some times the support team is a little bit to quick to react and then you get standard answers (that you find true help videos) and before you know you emailed 5 times the same question. So make sure you know how to find the right person to help! For us it was [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!

Bsport review

Good - the onboarding process was great and [sensitive content hidden] was thorough and attentive. The system works well overall both for me and customers. It has ended up costing more than I initially budgeted for so I'm not sure I could continue to justify in this market, however it's as good as anything else I have tried on the market including MindBody and Glofox.

Avantages

The video database, online booking, database management and integrationMarketing capabilities are really good - takes a bit of time setting up but worth it

Inconvénients

Some clients have had trouble adding payment details and had to try more than a couple of times. Occasionally the translations into English are a little unclear and can cause confusion.It's very expensive. Some customers have had trouble booking - although most seem to manage ok. No waiting list for workshops and events.

Sophisticated platform with clean user interface

The customer service is very good which offsets the more complicated setup. We are happy we made the switch.

Avantages

The software tracks the administrative movement of the studio very well: client scheduling and cancellations, money coming in and out, etc. It also offers the agenda and webshop in the same place which we find very handy as opposed to having the webshop and scheduling on separate platforms.

Inconvénients

Since the software has so many options, there are a lot of tabs, and until you have memorized where everything is you have to spend some time searching through the tabs. We have used a few other scheduling software platforms before this one and the BSport one took the most time to set up.

I'm so excited that we've switched to bsport!

Avantages

I needed a booking software that was modern and easy to use. The bsport team is young, fun, and super responsive.

Inconvénients

Because they are European there are a couple of vocabulary/ train of thought spots that are different from what we're used to. Once we got used to those it's been a breeze.

From Glofox to Bsport

Brilliant would highly recommend to all.

Avantages

The Software is robust and detailed. Its allows us to produce meaningful reports that help us collate data to help the business grow. It's studio growth focused, just simple things like promotional codes, being able to email directly payment links. Its helped our business greatly! The team at Bsport are amazing, they are well informed, all queries are answered quickly and to such a high standard. The tutorials are brilliant also.

Inconvénients

There are still areas for improvement to make information available quickly.

Bsport Installation Review

We have had a good experience with the process of setting up the system. Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been very helpful. He guided us through the training with clear instructions and was always on hand via email for any further queries. It was easy to book online training slots with him and he gave us extra time when needed. He is knowledgeable about the system and has a friendly, helpful manner and always a smile!

Avantages

User-friendly, good to be able to brand with own colors, good integration with our website, good to see images on the App and website for each section, good to have a function to send branded emails out to different user groups.

Inconvénients

It would be good to be able to have the teacheres as staff as well so that they can do some administration.

Goede support! Mag wel iets gebruiksvriendelijker overall qua systeem. Ik moet nu nog regelmatig zoeken naar features als er onderdelen aangepast dienen te worden.

Gecombineerde rooster van meerdere locaties en eigen app

Inconvénients

De app kan nog wel wat worden verbeterd. Ik krijg veel terug van leden dat het niet erg gebruiksvriendelijk is; waaronder het beginscherm waar de lessen random worden weergegeven is verwarrend, wanneer je een les wilt reserveren dan moet je daar meerdere handelingen voor doen.

Ik mis de optie om een proefles als los product aan te bieden/losse feature met eigen mogelijkheden zoals een aparte pagina waarop duidelijk staat wat er moet gebeuren om een proefles te boeken (nu moet je een account aanmaken, maar is niet geheel duidelijk), een les boeken ver vooruit (niet 3 dagen zoals we nu hebben ingesteld) en ook automatische bevestigings- en bedanktmail.

Review from a business owner's perspective

our customized app constantly crashes for users, finances is hard to verify since we have to manually do it, nothing is automated.

Avantages

The price we pay was cost effective, however the clients are suffering the most.

Bsport, nice in many points

Avantages

The integration with my former plateform was nicely done and i'm very satisfied

Inconvénients

They could manage to create an app bsport for owner on the phone, witch would be very supportive for general management. The bsport back office on the computer is perfect, on the phone it needs to be upgrade !

Switch from Wodify to bsport

Avantages

The class management part where we can confirm presence / absence, bill member for the products they want, see if members have unpaid invoices
The ability to create relationship and split membership between members of the family

Inconvénients

The payement method is really not easy to be added and has to be added for each members

We love how easy the back office is , every day I discover a new feature , the process was so easy and the support team is the best , every time I have a question they respond and help me with everything.

Inconvénients

Some parts are in different languages some in french, some in Spanish and the other ones in English.

Great product and amazing cutomer service

The team at Bsport has been amazing. The support you receive is outstanding. They organised calls with me twice a week until I was confortable launching my website. I have one person of contact who followed my journey and knows excatly where you left off on the previous call, this kind of support is unvaluable.

Avantages

The marketing tools are really well developped and allow to really keep on top of your customers. It is easy to use and the numerous features make this software a very well rounded option for any business small to large.

Inconvénients

The limitations in terms of design when integrating the schedule and packages to our website. I wish we could be able to customize the format of appearance to match our website.

Great Software

Bsport offers everything I need to run my studio. The reporting functions give me a great insight and I can see the difference already.

Before I was drowning in admin and couldn’t focus on teaching. Now we are so much more flexible and saving time across the business

Avantages

- reporting
- the support team are great and responsive
- migration process was fantastic

Inconvénients

- as with any software, there were initially some bugs. However, Bsport’s team fixed them quickly and were super communicative

Really happy I took this step for my online studio

Really happy I changed from Eversports to Bsport. My expenses are clear every month and the videotheek is easy to use (which is important for an online yogastudio). Support is also really helpful, as I'm still learning the ins and outs of Bsport.

Avantages

Video on demand is really easy to use and it looks nice. People can find the classes easy and are also happy about it.

Inconvénients

So far I miss that there's not an automatic invoice every week of the payments of memberships. Still learning more and more about Bsport, so much is possible.
