Good webinartool with automation

Avantages

The product is easy to use to setup, but also for the viewer.

Inconvénients

The missing feature to see more that one host on the screen.

Amazing to hear it is easy to use for you as well as the co-presenter and your audience! You can organize a webinar with multiple presenters. Right now, the main presenter is the one who can change who is on the screen in front of the viewers. Good to know the microphone is on for all presenters and can be heard all at the same time.

Makkelijk te gebruiken

Fijn dat het Nederlandse software is, het is allemaal makkelijk en het werkt goed.

Inconvénients

Het zou fijn zijn als intergratie met je e-mail provider ook in alle pakketten zou zitten.

Great and simple software

Avantages

WebinarGeek is a very complete and clear software. They help you with every step to set-up your webinar and they also have a great helpdesk. Lot's of things you can set-up yourself, so the webinar is completely to your liking.

Inconvénients

The edit possibilities of the e-mails are minimum. You're not able to add another text-box or title if you want, you can only edit the existing boxes.

Great Tool for more engagement

Avantages

It is very easy to set up. Great supportsystem and fast reaction on questions! In one hour I had everything set up and I was ready to shine on my first webinar!

Inconvénients

When giving a webinar with two people, you only see the one who is talking. It is more natural if you see both in a conversation and easier to watch for the viewers when they see both

Review WebinarGeek

I am very positive about WebinarGeek. I like the software and especially the Customer Service, which is always fast and good.

Avantages

I like the most that I am able to automise the Software. People are able to register and watch, while I am busy doing other things.

Inconvénients

The integration part with other marketing tools. This is quite difficult.

So easy to just start!

Easy set up, professional set up and presentation for your customer. Although you are just a beginner, it is not the software that shows it. Great!

Avantages

Since I didn't have any experience with building or doing webinars, it was easy to set up. The steps took you through the whole process and with just a litte effort, the webinar was ready to go. For a beginner, I was so proud to have done that all by meself (and the steps of course).

Inconvénients

The free version is limited. But that is understandable. I just wanted to see so much more!

Great tool, easy to use

It's a nice tool for small to medium webinars (for us), because of the ease of use. I like the Hubspot integration, so that the leads immediately appear in our CRM. Good price-quality ratio!

Avantages

This tool is easy to use and it's nice that you can organize the invitation and follow up all by yourself. A great thing about this tool is that it does not require any software to be installed, which is the case for many other tools.

Inconvénients

Because of the use from the webbrowser the connection must be good and stable if you want to give a flawless webinar with WebinarGeek. But actually this always works fine.

The no downloads is one of our favorite things too! Makes it easy for viewers to join. But it is correct that a strong cable connection is needed. Whn you do not have a strong internet you can always look into the automated webinar option. Thanks again for the review!

a very helpful program

The presentations of the lockdone by Corona could only be given on an online basis. the program has lived up to our expectations.

Avantages

I had to be honest. We get help from Anglers because it was our first experience with webinargeek. But I understand from collegues that the program is very easy to use.

The accessibility and the possibillity to combine presentations

Incredible value - this is what a webinar platform should be

Very good customer experience. Had some technical difficulties and my account manager was with us every step of the way.

Avantages

The software is easy to use and has a ton of versatility and functionality

Inconvénients

Need to have the ability to not allow certain URLs to register for webinars.

You could limit registration on IP, email domain, or set up a password. To be more in charge of your registration you could also opt to gather the registrations on your own and import the contacts via CSV file into WebinarGeek. Hope this helps. Communicatie en klantvriendelijk, Ook als het even lastig is.

Ik heb op het moment dat het echt nodig was gezocht naar een betrouwbaar adres voor mijn online meetings en WebinarGeek sprong eruit, een modern degelijk Hollands product met klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel. Toen het nodig was heeft men mij enorm goed geholpen, snelle communicatie en begripsvol. Dat kom je maar zelden tegen. Gewoon klasse!

Avantages

Goed product waarbij mee is gedacht wat je nodig hebt.

Inconvénients

Geen nadelen. Ben wel enigszins digibeet dus wel wat meer tijd nodig gehad.

Broadcast your own lectures

WebinarGeek created for me the possibility to give live lectures and offer my clients a replay of the lecture afterwards. By offering a fully customized process I am able to approach my clients with my own logo, colours and company vibe.
I particularly like the service: whenever I had a question their was a quick, helpful and friendly response.

Avantages

WebinarGeek is a super easy to use means to give, share, record and replay seminars and lectures. You can completely customize everything: from the registration proces to after sales by sending the participants various emails.
Once you have given your seminar or lecture you can dowload it to offer this as a reply to your participants as a VCL file which is a much smaller file than that of a recorded powerpoint presentation.

Inconvénients

The presentation you give is represented as images and not as a proper powerpoint presentation which makes using a pointer or animations en embedded video's impossible. This I find the only disadvantage

Surprisingly easy to use

A great way to show your expertise and give value to (potential) clients. And especially in this period, were live contact isn't possible, this is such a great way to reach a lot of people!

Avantages

I always thought that hosting a webinar would be a challenge from a technical point of view. I couldn't be more wrong. With Webinargeek it took me less then an hour to understand and set up the webinar. The presentation that I made with Canva, was easily uploaded to Webinargeek. And I loved that you can use your own branding colors and logo in the E-mails and invitations etc. The option that really boosted the interaction during the webinar, was using polls en quizes. I chose to offer a replay for people who were not able to join me live. That was a great decision that almost doubled the total viewers! I highly recommend to use the free trial, if you want to discover if hosting webinars is the right thing for you. I discovered that I definitely want to continue to give value through webinars and getting more clients by doing so. That's why I purchased a year plan!!!

Inconvénients

I haven't discovered any cons yet. And I didn't miss anything to host a successful webinar.

Webinargeek is easy to use. Ans it encourages me to create a good funnel for leads. Good and fast support form the helpdesk through the chat.

Webinargeek works simply fantastic

I have been using Webinargeek for several years. The customer service is superb. When you give webinars you know that it can sometimes be stressful when things go different from what you expect. The team has always responded quickly to my questions. They keep on expanding their features and service. I am not going anywhere else!

Avantages

Ease of use, customer service (!) and easy integration with relevant other applications like Active Campaign, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Inconvénients

None. There are no features I don't like.

Daily webinars for multiple companies

We are having a good experience with Webinargeek so far, we always use the external encoder function that makes it very suitable for our business.

Avantages

The biggest pro is the customization options in the platform on different levels. From the registration page to the e-mails send out.

Inconvénients

Also the biggest con is that not everything is adjustable, like for example the background of text blocks in the registration page. Also another con is that you can not put a pre-live video, only an image.

Wonderful webinar software, and great helpdesk

I love working with WebinarGeek for my webinars. The conversion is very high because of all the great sales features.

Avantages

This product is so easy to use. The information is very helpful and guides you trough all processes. In the case you can't figure it out, the helpdesk provides answers within minutes.

Inconvénients

I had some issues with the software in the past, but since the last update all of my software issues were fixed.

Very good. When you have a question, the customer service responds very quickly!

Avantages

It is easy to use and you have a lot of instruction pages and video tutorials. So you'll be ready for your first webinar in a short period! And you have many options to customize your webinar, which is very nice.

Inconvénients

It would be easy when you can select for example your colors and logo and it will automatically be applied to e-mails, pages, etc.

Awsome application en easy to use

From the start the service was good we never had a doubt that the system would not work properly/

Webinargeek supply's not only te online environment but also al the communication. They supply de pre webinar mailing and post mailing. Al the Attendees automaticaly get a recording of the webinar.

Non that i can think of from service to technical support everything is wel arranged

We were satisfied with the tool and will use it more often!

Avantages

Easy to use and with all the features you need for a succesvol Webinar.

Inconvénients

A few viewers could not participate because of the mobile use. They had no sound while watching.

WebinarGeek works for you and your company

Overall a very good tool with an easy to use interface. Als the on-demand feature is a great add-on.

Avantages

- Easy to use
- Good insight tool for after sales
-On-demand feature with capability for viewers to ask questions (which will be directed to your e-mail)

Inconvénients

- When mutiple users are having mutiple seminars the interface with all the webinars is getting quite busy. I would like to see a single interface with my own webinars (those who come and those which has been done)

Easy to use, great functionalities

It is easy to use. Like the user interface. Quality is good. Like al the features. It is not time consuming to set up, which helps me to give more webinars.

Avantages

I really like how it looks and how easy it is to set up and to use. Like that it is possible to record a webinar. Basically like everything about it.

Inconvénients

The only thing I don't like is the monthly subscription. I use it monthly now, but would have loved the possibility to just use it a couple of times per year and pay per use. For instance to use it only 4 times a year for 100 attendees.

Very good, people respond very quick on the service chat.
Also the quality was very good.

The easy excess and user options. The possibility to make it your one look & feel.

Inconvénients

That I can't see my visitors. I really missed the connection.

Easy platform for our first webinar

Good, fast help in the online chat

Avantages

There are a lot of options to use. I have not used all of it yet. It looks professional too + good that we can choose our own colors and logo.

Inconvénients

That I could only add two co-presenters even with the paid account.

Very happy with the tool

Avantages

Easy access, quick setup, the tool is easy to use, great support via online help center and live chat. Fast and effective response, always friendly and patient. Good value for money. Tool is in Dutch which I can appreciate a lot.

Inconvénients

Missing break-out rooms and some features might get some extra possibility as it comes to easy setup. Sometimes just a little too basic.

Avantages

Marketing arranges te webinars easily, and our consultants who present the webinars can also use the tool with limited knowledge.
The automated e-mails save a lot of time.

Inconvénients

Does not run as smoothly in our remote desktop environment. But used locally it works perfect.

I love Webinargeek

Absolutely love it and since we started hosting our webinars, we got a lot of new clients.

Avantages

It works as it should be, is not expensive compared to others and has the same or even more functionalities then others.

Inconvénients

At this moment I do not know. The only thing was that I needed some extra time in the trial to set-up our webinar. But that was possible to extend for a week.

Love Webinar Geek!

I used the online support chat a few times, very helpful and very quick responding to my queries. Followed up with me afterwards. Very happy with this service.

Avantages

Very easy to use and customise, very intuitive, user friendly, works really smoothly every time.

Inconvénients

Limited customisable emails, registration page, etc, but more than adequate for us

Great tool for hosting webinars

Avantages

It's ease of use and rich features make WebinarGeek a great tool for hosting webinars.

Inconvénients

I'd love to have some more templates to choose from for the e-mails. And I'd love the possibility to change the position of the action button (CTA) woch is under the presentation screen, out of sight.

Fantastic customer service

Avantages

I didn't need to use this software as much as I originally thought but I really enjoyed working with it when I did. It's easy to set up and has a very user-friendly interface. I was very impressed with their customer service - the live chat always responded instantly and all questions answered and if required the service agent delivered creative solutions within 12 hours.

Inconvénients

I struggled for some time to connect my domain email address with the platform.

Beautiful Software. Geared towards Europe

The team there were prompt, polite and professional. If they were to make the software more UK friendly, it'd definitely be my first choice.

Avantages

I recently found myself looking for a webinar tool, and WebinarGeek was the slickest and most impressive software when it came to actually delivering webinars.

Inconvénients

The big problem I encountered is that, if you want to monetize your webinar, you need to quote in Euros, and payments are done through Mollie. I'm in the UK and so too are my customers, so not being able to quote in sterling was a problem. Also, integration with Stripe would also be great.

Easy and effective webinar tool

Avantages

The tool has features to make a webinar personal and interactive. But what makes it easy to utilise them is the acamedy video's. If you never worked with a webinar tool it can be overwhelming. For me it was the first time but the video's and instructions gave me a clear idea of where to start and the support desk if good en fast. It makes it easy to set up a webinar in a way which helps you reach your goals.

Inconvénients

In the beginning I had to get used to the menu structure. But now I know where to find everthing.

User-friendly and complete webinar software

Avantages

The software is extremely user-friendly and offers all the features you need to have a smooth-running webinar. You can integrate with Zapier to create whatever workflow you want. They offer a discount of their subscription for non-profit organizations.

Inconvénients

So far,everything works as it should. I did notice there is no chat support on the weekends, which can be an inconvenience.

Easy to setup and works perfectly

This is my first time setting up a webinar so I had some challenges, but the customer support was quick to help me.

Avantages

The program is very intuitive and easy to setup.

Inconvénients

They havn't launch the danish version yet and there are some text is not possible to change into danish.

Easy to work with

Avantages

Due to COVID-19, my whole business model disappeared: doing workshops and training live in companies and venues. After trying other tools, I started with WebinarGeek just by watching the instruction videos. Step by step, I created my first three webinars. Using the tool live is great as well. The videos work well and so is PowerPoint in pdf.

Inconvénients

It's more difficult to use polls. And I miss breakout-options, but nobody complained about it: so, enough interaction.

Easy to use software

I am really happy with WebinarGeek. New webinars are set-up really easily. Integrations with other software (e.g. ActiveCampaign) are helpful. The new features of special registration links, so that one can see from what source attendees are coming, adds to my level of happiness. :-)

Avantages

Easy to use, super helpdesk, development of new features, also in response to user experience, integration with Zapier, Mollie, etc.

Inconvénients

Some of the help documents could be more dummy proof :-)
The mail templates are somewhat ugly...
