Une solution simple de gérer ses ventes
Avantages
La simplification de ce logiciel est un point particulièrement important et notable. De plus, les ressources de formations permettant de prendre en main l'outil sont très intéressantes et la prise en main du logiciel en est d'autant plus facilité.

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités dans ce logiciel, la gestion des lead et le suivi sont d'une grande utilité au jour le jour.
Inconvénients
Le logiciel demandera une période d'adaptation plus ou moins longue avant de maitriser les principales fonctionnalités

Great Tool for Start-ups and SMEs
Avantages
Even in the free version the benefit you can generate with this tool is immense.
Inconvénients
The list building and mailing functions are a little bit tricky. You need some time to become familiar with it.

einige funktionen sind möglich aber nur durch weitere sehr teure upgrades nutzbar, obwohl dies funktionen teilweise im salesbereich pflicht wären in meinen augen

HubSpot Sales Hub, an essential pillar to boost our sales.
This is a good product. If you're already using Hubspot you might've already been enjoying it. If you're not, you can try Hubspot Sales Hub and see how your sales take a real jump.
Avantages
First of all, it is important to know what is HubSpot Sales Hub. It is a HubSpot product that enables us to monitor the phases of our sales process, and assess which phase of the funnel our leads are in (a lead is a marketing jargon that means sales in this context). In other words, Hubspot sales hub is a sales metric tool to see where the sales optimizations are needed the most. The things that I particularly like with this product are:
- The interface is actually smooth and intuitive. Once we click on the Sales tab located in the upper corner of the screen, we will see all of our transactions, our sales pipeline, and we can actually move the different transactions (meaning the sales) by just picking and dragging them around with the mouse. If we want more information about a transaction, we can just click on it and it will open a whole other window about this particular transaction with the customer’s pieces of information such as: The name, the contacts, and the number of tickets if there are any;
- We can set organizational charts related to team projects, assign tasks among the members, organize meetings, and automate repetitive tasks;
- We can measure the sales performance in the Report tab. Then, we should click on Dashboard to be able to display the different sales made in a defined period of time. The dashboard is customizable with different templates available.
Inconvénients
Two things that can be improved:
- It would be better to add a task reminder for the uncompleted tasks;
- Different colors need to be added to automate our next action on a given deal/transaction; different colors with different interpretations about the required actions that must be taken. This will save us the time of having to click on the deals/transactions.

Non-Profit Excels with HubSpot
Avantages
I like that HubSpot practices what it preaches. They educate customers (and the public) in inbound marketing techniques, the very techniques they're using themselves to earn customers! The product itself is easy to use and intuitive. Whenever we think up something we want to do (a specific tactic or approach), we always know that HubSpot can accommodate that idea. What I like best is the seamless way in which we can manage all of our blogging, website, social media, and enews all in one platform and see all of the analytics in that same place. Everyday we are logging into Hubspot to schedule social media posts, blogs, edit automated workflows, and more. Other staff use the tool for a monthly touchpoint email they send to their lists of contacts. And weekly, we send our FatherSource enewsletter from within HubSpot using the email templates. Further, HubSpot integrates with our Salesforce CRM, and provides valuable information to our sales staff, which can help them better help our customers/potential customers. We assign leads that come through HubSpot and feed into Salesforce for personal follow-up from NFI staff.
Inconvénients
As for what I like least: nothing! Seriously. We couldn't be as successful as we are today without this tool. We have two people managing our marketing and Hubspot acts as a third person. Before HubSpot we were using Constant Contact, The Raisers Edge contact database, Blogspot, and Blackbaud Net Community for our website, and posting separately on twitter, Facebook, and linked in. Now we can do all of this in one place! If I had to choose one thing I like least, it's that there is a not a plug-in for drafting, distributing, and monitoring press releases and incorporating them into overall marketing campaigns. I think HubSpot could help us be more efficient in this way. Fortunately, this deficiency isn't not really a major concern for us.

A great Sales CRM for companies of all sizes
Avantages
I really love Hubspot overall and also the Sales Hub is a great tool. I makes lead Management so easy. I love the automations made possible with it and the lead management from lead lifecycles to pipelines. A great thing is also the data gathered automatically for every contact by Hubspot's webcrawlers. I often dont even have to look up a prospects phone number because Hubspot allready checked that and supplies me with it. I genuinely am happy to have chosen the software. The most important thing is that it incooperates so well with the whole Hubspot Product Family. It just a overall great user experience that helped us grow our business tremendously.
Inconvénients
There is just one thing I am not 100% happy about which are the forecasting possibilites provided.

Solid platform, but not the best for integrations
Overall I like using Hubspot to manage our deals, however, we can't continue using it because it doesn't integrate with Outreach. Hubspot's own sales outreach system doesn't work as well as something like Outreach and Salesloft. But the CRM works just fine.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to use. The UI is fairly easy to understand and keeping things organized isn't a big challenge.
Inconvénients
I don't like that Hubspot doesn't have a great integration with Outreach. I'd like to be able to use Outreach for sales outreach, and then have that data sync directly into Hubspot where I create the deals. The limitations on this integration is a big reason why we plan to move to Salesforce in the near future.

Powerful Sales Automation with Major Discounts for Startups
Access to extremely powerful tools that are completely reshaping our company. This is a game changer for our company, allowing us to streamline so many processes and understand our performance much better through the reporting.
Avantages
The enterprise level tools and automations that come with the Hubspot Sales Hub are impressive. They are extremely powerful to be able to automate a lot of our processes, and create a workflow that is better for our customers as well. As we roll out more automated workflows, our company will be more efficient and more productive all the while creating a better user experience for our customers and allowing us to close more deals with our leads. It's an all-around win.
Inconvénients
This can be prohibitively expensive for small companies to scale up unless you are able to access the Startup discount which is extremely helpful in the first years to be able to implement these enterprise-level tools into our small company. However, there is a lot of pressure to grow our revenues quickly in order to justify the rising costs of Hubspot as the discount becomes less and less each year. We hope that we will be able to increase our sales enough as a direct result of our increased efficiency in order to justify keeping it though.

A popular CRM platform?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps to make my sales process very effective and streamlined. That's why I chose it.
Avantages
Email tracking and automation is the best feature for my business. I can create and send personalized email campaigns, track email opens and clicks and automate follow-up emails based on recipient actions. Amazing right?!
Inconvénients
A couple of things make it difficult for me to use HubSpot Sales Hub. The user interface could be better, even after using it for a while, I find it difficult to navigate when I am doing more complex tasks. The layout can be improved.

The pure form of inbound marketing
Avantages
I like the huge number of email templates (+1ooo) and the email tracking feature.
Inconvénients
the fact that the HubSpot Sales Hub is just one of other solutions HubSpot offer. therefore you would better 'adopt' its other products because they running together smoothly. that's great if you decide to launch a business for the scratch, because the migration form an ecosystem to HubSpot is costly. and that's right HubSpot products is an ecosystem and it is wise to think of that way. even when they present their product as a standalone ones.

Better than you even realize
I didn't think I'd love hubspot sales as much as I do and I have to say the support is the best in the business. You're paying a pretty penny but the platform and support make it all worth it.
Avantages
Hubspot sales is honestly so incredible, it still shocks me how much information I can get out of this one platform. There are so many smart functions and EVERYTHING is shown in a super user-friendly way. I've been able to track leads, multiple pipelines, deals, and so much more in a very efficient manner since using hubspot 4 months ago.
Inconvénients
There is very little that hubspot can't do. It's definitely recommended to use hubspot sales in conjunction with their other "hubs" as that's how we find you can get the most information for all departments in a holistic manner.

Best across the board
Avantages
Extremely versatile, so many features that we haven't begun to utilize. I think the most important feature is that we can track when our emails are being opened.
Inconvénients
The interface can be more user friendly, and designed a bit better. It took me time to get used to the layout and understand what is where. It wasn't intuitive.

Deals at a glance
Hubspot offers a great tool to track all the leads we currently have so that none fall through the cracks. It keeps all related documents, meetings, quotes, etc. all in the the deal card. The automatic contact log through Gmail integration can be overwhelming - it captures everything and adds a lot of noise to the system. Setting the default to "tracking off" and only logging what we want to keeps the contact list much cleaner.
Avantages
It was very easy to set up and start using. There's something really pleasing about moving deal cards up the pipeline.
Inconvénients
The meeting scheduler is lacking basic functionality like canceling and rescheduling. Hubspot has promised to roll out these functions soon. Also, the options for clients to accept a quote and pay are limited. They can only pay 100% of the full amount of the quote. There are no provisions for alternative arrangements like paying half up front and half later.

Overall, it is a great software with amazing potential...it just takes a little getting used to navigating and figuring out everything you can do with it.
Avantages
We mainly use Hubspot for the ticketing system, which is a great way to track daily work and tasks. The integration with Outlook is very nice as well where is tracks your emails to and from clients and automatically sorts and organizes them.
Inconvénients
The cons I have noticed is that there is so much to do with the software, that getting around is a bit overwhelming and the interface is a little too much.

Hubspot is a journey, not a destination for Inbound Marketing Leads
Avantages
Overall, HubSpot is a robust platform for professional marketers looking to boost inbound leads. Here are the HubSpot features most importance to me:
1. Visitor domain tracking: The "Prospects" view shows you the latest traffic from known domains, which is a great asset for us as B2B marketers.
2. Referring domain tracking: With all that great content we're generating, it's important for us to know where cross-links get nested and where are next wave of leads may be emanating from.
3. Social media scheduling/campaign assignment across channels. HubSpot essentially has a Hootsuite built right into it - but no link shortener. I still meander over to bit.ly for that.
Inconvénients
My primary gripe is the inability to do simple HTML template imports and editing for emails. There are CSS sheets (which is beyond my skill-set and interest level to futz with) and templates for purchase, but sometimes I find it easier to slide over to MailChimp for some campaigns to use my HTML existing templates. Then there are the little nit-picky items that could use their attention: column sortability, for example, or being able to clear through from a report to view a visiting domain summary - not just the known contacts summary. Also, the dashboard claims to be customizable, but there are limits to what a person can set as dashboard elements. There's no internal link shortener for social media blasts. Those are pretty drill-down user requirements, though not deal-breakers.
