Great customer service and good value for money
Good value for money. Quick and nice customer service. They respond within the same day and are very solution minded.
Avantages
It is relatively easy to get started setting up assets etc. in the system. As with most (all?) platforms it takes a while before your are 100% comfortable how to handle the different situations in the system. We use the QR scanner app which works flawlessly.
Inconvénients
It is OK intuitive to use - but not perfect. The UI is not a big issue - but it can be improved.

EZ office ups and downs
As I said, I wish I had more freedom to edit and assign my inventory a little more personal to our business.
It is frustrating I have to keep certain aspects when I don't use or need them.
But overall, EZoffice has been nice for our company! and it has kept our inventory much more clean and organized! I would recommend this to other businesses.
Avantages
It is very convenient for my staff and I use. Everybody is on the same page, and whatever data is input everyone can see!
Inconvénients
It doesn't quite let you edit your inventory as much as id like.
I would like full control and creative freedom to make my assists how I want and need, and it just doesn't seem to do that.

Easy to use, search needs minor improvements
Avantages
The application is easy to navigate and use. Keeping track of inventory is made simpler. The location feature makes looking for new areas to reach easier.
Inconvénients
The search feature can be a bit clunky and exhaustive. The items have images in the search bar but I can't see them in the search results unless I open up that asset. It should be there in the search results as well.

I got to use this to implement a whole inventory system for a painting company. It was a great experience for me, the company president, and the crew. Knowing what you have and what you need saves so much time and helps you save resources.
Avantages
I love the different options and versatility for each product type you can really keep track of everything from expenses to quantities, it keeps things super efficient in our business!

An Excellent Tool
Avantages
How clean and clear everything is presented. Most inventory systems I have used are cluttered and frustrating to use. It functions quickly as well. The mobile device setup is ideal.

Still getting used to it. Fairly new to it. So far so good.
Avantages
That I was able to import all my inventory from excel.
Inconvénients
It was a little hard to get set up, it just took time to get used too and I wish it had a bardcode scanner.

Great but would want more details
It was overall great and very easy to use after learning how to use it.
Avantages
It was very efficient and very understanding for the quickness I needed the gear and delivered for well.
Inconvénients
The gear I checked out (black magic) did not describe the additional contents of the package, like batteries, no lense, etc. So kr was hard to figure out what I needed to get overall.

La capacidad de procesar y manejar artículos del inventario de nuestra empresa es simplemente increible,ya que se puede hacer con varios artículos simultáneamente por lo que acelera el proceso de realización de inventario de manera exponencial, eso sumado a el ahorro de gastos que ofrece hace de esta aplicación una elección solida para hacer inventario.

Podria ser un poco mas intuitivo en cuanto a su interfaz ya que pasa que con algunos usuarios que no tienen tanto conocimiento tecnico,les sea dificil adaptarse al software.

Amazing Software
We are using EZOffice to work as a small media closet within a university. This program allows for everything to be easily tracked, and in-turn it helps our business model. We keep marks on prices and item descriptions to make logging more functional. It's great that this online resource is available for purchase, to help businesses big and small get situated and started.
Avantages
The software allows me to check in equipment very easily. I am able to easily see all of the logs that are within the product such as notes, comments, and check out times. This allows for better maintenance when it comes to missing products or issues with products, and how these could be tracked down to the users that checked out the equipment previously.
Inconvénients
The inability to customize the layout. I wish that as time progresses, that the layout could be easily changed for more productivity

Game Changer

Ideal for tool tracking
Overall experience is completely positive. It will have saved us so much money in the long run and we are now a lot more organised and our sub-contractors are showing more care toward the tools they borrow.
Avantages
We were losing money having to pay to replace lost tools & equipment which were being left on sites. EZOfficeInventory now means that we can track everything we hand out to our sub-contactors & employees to use and ensure we get it back. It is completely worth the time and money to input everything on the system. The QR code feature is ideal and saves so much time. When someone needs to check-out an item, they simply open the app on their phone, scan the code and check out. We only currently use a small portion of the website which is available but will definitely be looking into what else we can use EZOfficeInventory for.
Inconvénients
The only thing which we would change (although it's not exactly an issue at all just slightly time consuming) is when printing the QR codes for each item, we have to click on the link to the QR code, then screenshot the internet page with the QR code on, then paste into a word document, then crop the screenshot to just the QR code, then save the QR code as a .JPG to then insert the image onto our label printing software. If there was an option to save the QR code as an image file straight away that would be amazing however I'm not sure if this is even possible!

EZ Office Inventory for Audio Equipment Management
Avantages
Very easy to add and organize assets that are part of our audio equipment inventory that we use at events. The barcode/labeling tools and notification email templates are also very helpful.
Inconvénients
Our use case is slightly specific so we've had to create some workarounds to fit our process within the bounds of what EZ Office can currently do

My Asset Management
My experience has been an upward learning curve. I have gained so much knowledge and experince with this amazing software. I highly recommend.
Avantages
This amazing software has helped me keep track of all assets and inventory. I love the layout and ease of use. It makes work interesting and less a hassle. Keep track of everything and never use another software again.
Inconvénients
There are some issues that need to be sorted but nothing major. It takes a while to get used to this software and learning the basics. Overall a great addition to my workplace.

Great Tool for smaller companies looking to get serious about asset and inventory tracking
EZOffice has been a great benefit to our company, in terms of tracking and reliability in our products
Avantages
The two most impactful features are (1) the asset tracking and inventory tracking functions, and (2) the work order functions. It allows is to easily track our products across the world, as well as create repairs and services as needed in an easy and functional way
Inconvénients
The one thing that I find could be better implemented in the auditting feature, and email notifications. It would be nice to be able to completely customize the types of notifications (within EZOffice) and emails that each member will get.

For alerts and emails you can customize the alerts that you want to send to each member however its the form of notification that they receive so greater customization wasn't really possible with this module. As far as auditing is concerned we allow audits on checked out assets and we are introducing audits for asset stock as well. EZ does it
The simplicity of feeling like I'm shopping on Amazon while adding inventory to my current or reserved cart is a fantastic user friendly experience. Options are confusing at times, but in general, the main focus of using this as an inventory system works very well.
Avantages
The consistently clean, smooth user interface helps to quickly do my day to day tasks. I was pleased that we could mass upload items via an Excel sheet.
Inconvénients
The lack of ability to see pictures of the items while scrolling through the list of items on search results adds the extra unnecessary step of clicking on the item. I was taught a solution to this by customer service that ended up not working at all. I would like a feature to permanently have something shipped out. For example, if I were to add promotional items with a specific qty, I would like to be able to ship a certain amount of these out and that certain amount is just permanently substracted from Inventory rather than sitting in the cart waiting to be checked back in. Creating templates for printing is finnicky to the point where it's taken my team hours to create exactly what we wanted as a printable label.

it has a free version that works really great, i can customize fields,update asset records, sorting of items/asset is very easy, the privilege to search for items using a QR Code, makes searching fast and easy, the online platform has being help for asset market inventory for possible replacement and the customer relation response works fast and effective
Inconvénients
the user interface needs to be simplified and made more easy to read and search items, sometimes its slows down,or might be difficult to use the back button after searching, but nevertheless the software have being helpful to my firm, our asset tracking has being has been faster and easy than it use to be.
