Great customer service and good value for money
Good value for money. Quick and nice customer service. They respond within the same day and are very solution minded.
Avantages
It is relatively easy to get started setting up assets etc. in the system. As with most (all?) platforms it takes a while before your are 100% comfortable how to handle the different situations in the system. We use the QR scanner app which works flawlessly.
Inconvénients
It is OK intuitive to use - but not perfect. The UI is not a big issue - but it can be improved.

Great system, all in one!
Very good, from purchasing and setting up it was very easy.
Avantages
I like how easy it is but also, I love how detail and the amount of options it has.
Inconvénients
A lot of scenarios that we need to use EZoffice for they are still testing or implementing them.

Not user friendly
It is more of a hindrance than helpful to access and order material.
Avantages
If you have the AkzoNobel code or the Asset # you can easily find the raw material or finished good product.
Inconvénients
If the Asset number or AkzoNobel code is not accessible, it is more difficult to find the product on EZOffice, also when I'm looking for an active product that we have at our facility, everything is showing up including retired items.

EZOfficeInventory the EZ Way
After 2 years of using EZOfficeInventory, I noticed there are some features implemented, but at the slow rate. Despite the lack of innovation and improvement, EZOfficeInventory still holds very well with current and old features that still exist years ago.
Avantages
Very easy to use; customizable; beginner-friendly features allow users to work with EZO
Inconvénients
Lack of advanced functions and features, which would help users a lot with desired purposes, such as bulk-editing assets

Why should we use EZ-Inventory and Why not
It overall good, As we are using it from last 3-4 years and we are very well satisfied with EZ services, afterall it helps us to manage our overall org inventory system.
Avantages
Pros as per me :-
1. Easy to manage all the assets inventory.
2. Option to upload bulk assets inventory from excel sheet, It save hell lot of time.
3. You are many option of pulling out reports and thier custom report pulling feature is option , it has multiple options to cover in your excel sheet which you want to export.
4. User friendly UI
Inconvénients
There are 2 cons :-
1. There is no option to create a parent state, I don;t know I have to create a parent substate as "decommisioned"but I was not able to do so, Then I have to create a custom substate under "Retired" section.
2. Reports dashboard should is not easy to understand, I took session from the ez team but they also not able to create that such type of report dashboard.

I like how user friendly it is. I'm able to easily utilize it's feature both on my computer and on the Mobile App.
Inconvénients
I wish that they offered a GPS feature for assets managed with EZO.

Very good inventory management software
Its easy enough to use. Once you get the logic its pretty much direct. It has a lot or reporting options and customization options which I really like.
Avantages
I like the logic of the things. The way we manage to track the devices with users.
Inconvénients
We dont have an option for users to request a software license so we can track which user has what subscription

Review of EZOfficeInventory
The assets were in disarray as AIN wasn't the default option when I first started working for the company. The inventory needed to be exported, sorted by group, assigned AIN numbers, and then reimported. We chose EzOffice due to its feature-rich functionality, affordable price, and user-friendly UI. Since the software was so much better than the asset management tool we had been using, I was immediately drawn to it and had no trouble persuading the rest of the team to give it a try.
Avantages
Simple to use and comprehend Inventory control is quite precise. And asset management is simple to implement. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. And traceability is excellent.
Inconvénients
From the user's profile to make checking out assets faster, I wish there were more ways to search the independent history of asset use or make a list of my favorite assets. And the absence of possibilities for customizing the layout. In order to improve efficiency in the future, I hope the layout may be easily changed.

EZ office ups and downs
As I said, I wish I had more freedom to edit and assign my inventory a little more personal to our business.
It is frustrating I have to keep certain aspects when I don't use or need them.
But overall, EZoffice has been nice for our company! and it has kept our inventory much more clean and organized! I would recommend this to other businesses.
Avantages
It is very convenient for my staff and I use. Everybody is on the same page, and whatever data is input everyone can see!
Inconvénients
It doesn't quite let you edit your inventory as much as id like.
I would like full control and creative freedom to make my assists how I want and need, and it just doesn't seem to do that.

EZOffice Average Performance
Avantages
I have used EZOfficeInventory twice now to pick up AIT equipment. It has been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, I think, more than on my own.
Inconvénients
The biggest con of EZOfficeInventory is that both times I have made a request with it, I did not receive all of the items in my equipment request order. For the first event, the date was entered in wrong, but I had no way to double check it on my end. In addition, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get all of the equipment that I had reserved, excluding the 2 items I actually really needed. For the second event the following day, AIT helped me with a last minute reservation and said that they would add the 2 items from the previous day (a mic stand and mic kit). However, when the student went to pick the items up, the mic stand and kit were still missing. I'm not sure if this is an EZOfficeInventory flaw or perhaps just understandable human error, but it has been a little frustrating.

Asset Management
Just works well. Definitely recommend.
Avantages
Very easy to use. Can generate QR codes to stick on equipment. One scan shows you the unit and all of its repairs or services.
Inconvénients
There was nothing that I did not like about it.

Truly Easy Asset Management!
Avantages
EZOfficeInventory has been great at tracking all of our IT inventory. We use its search function to track assets and their owners for both record keeping and solving IT problems.
Inconvénients
Least favorite has been customizing fields, as some are mandatory and not always suited to the asset we are tracking.

Great for my needs, but I could see how it could be difficult for someone not as tech savvy.
Avantages
It’s quick and easy to see what equipment is available and what is not and to place a rental.
Inconvénients
The interface is hard to navigate and can be difficult to complete an order in the cart.

Still getting used to it. Fairly new to it. So far so good.

That I was able to import all my inventory from excel.

It was a little hard to get set up, it just took time to get used too and I wish it had a bardcode scanner.

Usable warehouse tracking software, with some quirks
Overall the software fits the need, with a few usability tweaks, it could go from good to perfect.
Avantages
The UI is quite clear and easy to use with very short learning curve. Overall good software and seems actively developed. Most of our use is checking commonly used tools in and out of warehouse, and to monitor their locations. Fits our purpose.
Inconvénients
Bugs are present, check in and check out functions are sometimes confusing. Checking items in is not straightforward enough.
