Connexion trop lente ,perte de temps.
Avantages
Il ressemble à Teamviewer. Mais est moins efficace .
Inconvénients
Arnaque, j'ai payé 118 euros pour rien, j'ai signalé à ma banque la fraude. Pour ce qui est du logiciel, la connexion est trop lente.

The simplest remote access software on the market.
Excellent to date. It is easy to set up and use and there are constant reviews and updates to the package which usually improve an already excellent software package.
Avantages
Simplicity, cost and value for money. Good customer support and quick help when needed.
Inconvénients
So far so good. I find Iperius Remote the easiest and most cost-effective package having explored many of the others out there.

What a Scam Company
Terrible, software did not work well, then they, do not refund your expenses to try it.
Avantages
Marketing...scam, they make you pay money to fully demo, and then not return it if you don't like the software...
Inconvénients
Not refunding our money for a 2hr demo. They just say read the fine print.

Very good Remote Tool
Iperius Remote is one of the best Remote Tools. Small and fast and with many options. And it has the best price on the market.

It works fine on Windows and the Data Transfer is very well.

The Mac Client is not so good as the Windows Client.

Mostly working as needed. Deeper integration into OS's is needed but they are working on it. Program is still developing.
Avantages
New company with fresh start. Software is not subscription based which is must.
Multiplatform for macs and PC as well.
Inconvénients
It is still in development. Some missing features like multiscreen support (mac) are keeping us back to fully start using.
System runs only when there is user logged in.

Erste Tests mit Iperius Remote waren gut, so dass wir von TeamViewer auf IPR umgestiegen sind. Dann erst zeigen sich die Nachteile. Wir sind aber auf Grund der guten Kommunikation und schnellen Antworten des Supports guter Hoffnung, dass sich dort im Laufe der Zeit vieles verbessert.

Die gute und schnelle Kommunikation über das Ticketsystem.
Der günstige Preis.
Inconvénients
Oft hängt sich das System beim Verbindungsaufbau auf. Ein neuer Versuch bringt es dann meistens.
Einige Nachteile im direkten Vergleich mit dem Marktführer.
Übersetzungsfehler in die deutsche Sprache, z.B. ein leeres Abfragefenster.
Die genaue Beschreibung und eine Wunschliste liegt Iperius vor.

Non pensavo avesse tanti problemi ed il suo utilizzo mi comporta molta perdita di tempo nell'assistenza. I troppi aggiornamenti che ricevo mi indica che è ancora alle prime armi nell'assistenza remota. Da migliorare.

Nulla. Data la mia esperienza nell'assistenza remota, pensavo che funzionasse meglio.
Inconvénients
Molta difficoltà nel collegamento, perdita di connessione, tempi di collegamento ai server lentissimi, lentezza nel caricare la rubrica. Dallo smartphone non si capisce come utilizzare il tasto destro del mouse per il menù.

Que es muy versatil y el sistema de usuarios y grupos puedo limitar el acceso a según que nivel de usuario.
Inconvénients
En MAC no acaba de funcionar muy bien, en MAC no tiene la opción de acceso desatendido como Windows, en APPLE no tiene control solo ver y lo más importante, en Windows al cambiar de resolución en el ordenador que hace la asistencia, en vez de escalar, se ve pixelado.

Valutazione Iperius Remote
Direi cresciuta con la crescita di Iperius. Abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzare Iperius Remote dal 2021 e ci è piaciuto dare credito e supporto ad una software house italiana.
Avantages
Ad oggi ha le funzionalità che ci servono maggiormente
Inconvénients
Siamo partiti con la 3.6 ed era parecchio instabile....ora siamo alla 4.5 e direi che nel tempo è parecchio migliorata. Segnaliamo sempre possibili bugs al service Iperius.

With patience to install a usefull tool
Upgrade to a new version ist also not so easy und do not match the first time . Overall we like the product and also our customers.
Avantages
If the applikationis running, there is a good user experience.
Allfunktionare working well.
Inconvénients
registrationand licenceing process ist very hard and you will need serval atemps to be successfull

buona nel complesso, andrebbe migliorato sotto alcuni aspetti, si vede che è un prodotto ancora giovane ma sta migliorando rapidamente

buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, abbastanza funzionale, comodità di condividere la rubrica con i colleghi
Inconvénients
sfondo del desktop remoto modificato o cancellato, doppio click sulla barra del titolo per ingrandire/ripristinare la finestra non funzionante, impossibilità di vedere due desktop remoti contemporaneamente (finestre staccate), copia/incolla non sempre funzionante, altri bug minori

Lo uso poco porque es lento . Pero cuando no me andan Anydesk o Team viewer , ahí lo uso . Si mejoran , reemplazare a los otros productos

El manejo del.area administrativa , y que se conecta siempre

Buscar en el directorio de equipos es sumamente lento respecto a Anydesk y Team viewer.
Las actualizaciones no son en segundo plano .
Son lentas las transferencias de archivos , y no se pueden agregar equipos sin conectarte al equipo remoto
Están actualizando el producto , así que espero tengan en cuenta estás sugerencias

bueno pero mejorable
me gusta el programa, agradeceria que fuera mas fluido el uso, mientras estas conectado al otro ordenador. pero de todos modos en el resto de cosas, me gusta y me ayuda mucho, lo uso casi a diario.

la velocidad, la velocidad a la hora de controlar el otro ordenador es bastante baja. y conectarte des la app del movil es horroroso, no hay forma de hacerlo bien

Software discreto per un utilizzo di assistenza remota se non si hanno troppe pretese o necessità di prestazioni particolari. Indicato per smart working se utilizzato tipo ''segretaria''.. per chi ha necessità lavorative tipo Autocad.. schermi multipli.. ecc.. non è il prodotto ideale
Ma al prezzo che viene proposto e considerando le varie funzionalità incluse e la costante implementazione di migliorie da parte del produttore, il giudizio finale è estremamente positivo e consigliatissimo. Quantomeno da provare e valutare in base alle proprie esigenze

Cumple, pero es muy mejorable
La utilizamos cuando el cliente no tiene otra solución instalada, porque es fácil de descargar y rápida de arrancar sin instalar.
Avantages
El coste anual que tiene es muy razonable.
Inconvénients
Las versiones nuevas suelen tener errores en el intercambio de teclas especiales, visualización de pantallas cuando el extremo tiene ampliación en porcentaje, la gestión de la libreta de direcciones y la asignación a la licencia son muy complicados.
