Avantages

It was really easy to post hiring ads by using JOBVITE. That was great to see my ads in different hiring websites like indeed, linkedin throughout JOBVITE.

Inconvénients

To be honest, There is nothing to improve to me.

Avantages

Jobvite does a great job at putting your open positions on your company website and making it look very professional. The applicant experience is simple! Applying for a job via Jobvite is quick and easy. Jobvite makes sharing jobs opening simple.

Inconvénients

From an administrator perspective Jobvite was very complicated. The navigation was tricky and time consuming. Jobvite had many capabilities, but figuring them out was hard. Customer support was not very helpful.

Avantages

The product is very robust and allows for virtually every aspect of our current recruiting process to be made much more streamlined and efficient. Also, our implementation manager is wonderfully attentive, responsive, and highly insightful, making her an absolute dream come true business partner to guide us through the transition process.

Inconvénients

As to be expected, we experienced an almost complete drop-off in communication from our initial point of contact (sales rep) once we signed the contract. While we fully expected that, he could have been more hands-on and clear with next steps, making all required connections, and providing a more seamless transition to those next-level business partners assisting us in the transition. It would have also been slightly less impersonal than receiving almost instant automated emails from JobVite's Accounting system about invoices and deadlines, if the sales rep himself might have been proactive and forwarded and or made a call to explain those. The experience was pretty corporate and or big brand to go from, "what can I do to show you more / earn your business?" to essentially, "Thank you for choosing JobVite, You owe us money, go here to pay by X deadline. Do Not Reply to This Email." Again, a little more hand-holding and personal touch would have been nice from the sales rep, especially considering the size of the check we cut him.

The ease of use is fabulous. I get alerted when there is a new applicant, the history of correspondance is easy to follow so multiple users can touch the candidate. there are reports were you can see the process and quality of systems.

Inconvénients

My old corporate office stated that it is higher price than other companies.

Avantages

Pretty easy to use, customer support department is generally easy to reach.

Inconvénients

Reports aren't easy to pull and don't have as much data as we would like, UI isn't anything special.

Avantages

I can easily see all applicants and move them within the platform with tags (e.g., "Approved by hiring manager"). Resumes are easy to download.

Inconvénients

As a non-admin I can't print all resumes at once, which is frustrating. I also am a bit concerned about accidentally sending an automated rejection note.

Avantages

Jobvite is so easy to use! It's great for adding candidate to multiply reqs that allows you to see what other roles the candidate may have applied for. The function of being able to see there CV on the system is also great meaning that i can share this with the rest of team.

Inconvénients

Minor bug issues that need fixing but the team at jobvite are on board and ready to help. Occasionally logging in can cause some issues but nothing a quick email has fixed.

Avantages

Plenty of features to manage the full hiring process: calendar integration, evaluations, social sharing, career site API, reporting, message templates, integration with free job boards, etc. Lots of conversations with top management on product vision and collaboration. Works well in most international markets and there's a big push to continue to improve.

Inconvénients

Level 1 service has historically been inconsistent in response time and quality. Sometimes product prioritizes the wrong features or there is clunky functionality in various areas (e.g. managing forms); not working consistently well yet in China (no WeShare integration and not yet inside the great firewall). Lacking a solid integration with paid job boards, no way to integrate with 3rd-party assessment tools and no easy way to schedule group interviews. Mobile is very clunky outside of the main dashboard.

Avantages

The software is very easy to navigate and provides opportunities to integrate with other vendors like Text Recruit very easily.

Inconvénients

I wish there was more job boards that we could push postings to when creating the requisition.

Fairly easy tool to use for recruiting with nice functionality

Could use some additional features. Fairly basic capabilities.

Avantages

All the options you have to gather information about the prospect.

Inconvénients

You have the opportunity to upload a resume to avoid typing it from scratch but sometimes the information does not translate well and you still need to do it manually.

Avantages

We couldn't have done it without Jobvite. Best in breed ATS with lots of options for integrations with other platforms. Robust analytics and simple. Your staff will love it!

Avantages

Its very systematic and the user interface is really comfortable to use.
It has all the features that any good ATS system should have.

Inconvénients

Posting on external sites can be made smoother.
Notes Section can have forwarding options as normal mails including a "To" and "Cc" option.

Avantages

User friendly, and the features which are added to build pipelines is helpful.

Inconvénients

We cannot post bilingual roles easily -

Integrations with google and outlook calendar and messaging. Once it's set up, easy to use. Can schedule out rejection dates.

Inconvénients

Searching feature isn't as robust as it could be - if you misspell a candidate's name, you can't pull their application. Difficult to see active pipeline. Can't upload a batch of resumes.

Avantages

Ease to use and able to work with other CRM's - i.e canvas

Inconvénients

Customer Service is very slow, long wait times, often times have to look up the answers.

Avantages

The best thing about JobVite is that all your applications across different companies are all in one place if you used the same email. Other competitors make you create an account for each company. Also all correspondence with the hiring team is kept there, you don’t have to search through emails to find it.

Inconvénients

I think they have a mobile app for hiring team, it would be nice to have one for the candidates. Also if you don’t qualify for a job, I wish they had a way to recommend other jobs at the same company that align more with your skills

Avantages

- Jobvite publisher - able to distribute jobs to your employees social media pages
- Integration friendly - Especially with HRIS systems (i.e. Workday)
- Many canned integrations
- Top notch fast customer service responses
- Customization - you pick what fields you want
Reporting - every field is reportable and since the software is so customizable you pick what is reportable

Inconvénients

None - You would be hard pressed to find an ATS system that has more functionality than Jobvite does. If Jobvite doesn't currently have an offering it is working on it. The newly released product roadmap has many offerings on it that was on my wish list.

This software was definitely one of the easier ones to use out there. I've applied for jobs through so many different softwares and this one was very simple and didn't run into any errors or issues/lagginess at all while using it.

Inconvénients

No cons that I found about this software. Maybe just that there are even simpler softwares out there.

Usability is good, end to end process can be managed through this.

Reporting functionality is not very good.

My company uses this as our recommendations portal. Its nice that the process is done online and your referral can be tracked from beginning to end to ensure you get your referral fee!

It looks antiquated so dashboards and data collation could be updated.

I would like the reporting functions to be more in depth and pervasive. I also would like the search function to be updated. It seems to randomly pull lots of irrelevant results- even when I put an exact name in, for example.

Jobvite was easy to use but also is a very simple product. I believe it's better suited for smaller companies that are not growing rapidly.

Inconvénients

Jobvite was not easy to schedule in. It also did not have scorecards that you can submit based on interview feedback.

Avantages

1. Finding application is easy because the search option is so effective
2. Searching application based upon region vise make easy
3. Upload resume option which auto populates the require details in the profile saves lot of time
4. Like the chat bot to get answer of any urgent help
5. Once the profile is uploaded email is sent to both candidate and person who applies which justify authenticity

Inconvénients

1. Not sure how, but sometimes the profile gets disappear from my referral. I need to ask admins to for the follow up on profile.

2. Also if the profile is selected or rejected I am not able to see that. I have to ask HR for that.

Avantages

Has all the basic functionality and you can easily look at the workflow, candidate activity and generate an offer letter

Inconvénients

Bulky, cumbersome and slow. Seems to not work a lot of the time and it can be really hard to search for candidates by name

Without ANY training, I was able to navigate and find candidate information that was gathered by our recruiting team and also feedback from peers who interviewed the candidate.

Inconvénients

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like about JobVite.

Jobvite is very customization and you can do it all yourself! It is easy to use and very versatile to meet our needs.

I'd like ONE candidate record that is shared among the requisitions is someone applies. it is a pain to dig through 3-12 applications in some case to find notes.

I love this software because it is easy to use and manage the recruiting processes of the company. Very helpful to us.

I think some features are need to improve. A little bit expensive but very worth it and organized. I like this application and very highly recommended.

Everything! This tool makes applicant tracking really easy and extremely manageable. Sometimes, we need to hire a few entry level positions and it makes getting quality inbound applications a breeze and really helps us to manage the entire applicant journey.

Nothing at all...the only thing would be that if LinkedIn decides to really get into the ATS game, this might be a challenge.

I like how "user friendly" this software is. Being in the field and my corporate office in another state, I trained myself on this program without ever using it and had zero issues. That says A LOT about how easy it is! Great setup!

Few glitches that they are working out still (certain automated emails not being sent to all candidates depending on how they apply or the ability for them to track their status), and a bit difficult to customize certain items unless you reach out to customer service

I don't have a lot of other ATSs, so I don't have the best context of other systems. From my thoughts.
- Easy to use
- Pretty good roubust functionality

- Some things that really feel like they should be customizable are not.
- Moderate amount of bugs or slowness/unresponsiveness of the site.
- iPhone app has limited functionality.
- Responsiveness of technical support is hit or miss.

It's very well known, a lot of companies use it. It integrates with very large systems. Great for large companies.

There are much better products out there. The ATS software landscape has changed over the years. Consider others first

I've used Jobvite at a previous company and loved it. User friendly and easy to guide non-recruiters through the system.

I really don't have a con for this ATS system. The system was put together for non-technical people to use it.

Have used Jobvite when working with a few nonprofits to select and screen applicants. Like many of the tools out there, it has a very intuitive interface and lots of good content for your hiring and human resources management professionals

Sometimes the system can be clunky from the manager and admin standpoint. Candidates and first line users have not really complained.
