Absolutely the best #1 customer support staff all around. So helpful and patient!

Love the ease of use and how quick to filter and find what data you need whether it is for scheduling, maintenance, warehouse, etc.
Inconvénients
Trying to get some of our staff on board with the product and actual use of it. Which is not a reflection so much of the product but getting staff to understand and follow instructions.

Everything in one place
Our school district is in its second year of using FMX for scheduling events and reserving school facilities and resources. The system has allowed us to bring what was once done on paper by hand to an automated system. Before using the system we were using three different calendaring systems to mange school events, athletics, and resource/facilities scheduling. Now it is all done in one place.
FMX works with us to make changes and improvements based on the needs of our district and It is easy to get in contact with customer support.

Easy to Use and Flexible
Avantages
Easy to use. The software is easy for new users to log in and use right away with little training. The software is flexible with the various modules, you can tailor it to any need.

Mobility, ease of data input and editing
Avantages
If a Mobil solution is what you need FMX is the Bomb. I don't need to sit at my desk to manage this system, and the Mobil functionality is as robust as the Desktop, I had a team of 7 techs up and running within 2 weeks of onboarding.
Inconvénients
It never goes away, it is always with you and can be like an addiction to a video game. Once a thought or idea comes to mind, You have to go with it and implement it in the system

Simple yet extraordinary program
The calendar format is easy for all departments to keep apprised of work specifically related to their areas of responsibility. Every feature saves time posting requests, communicating status, billing, and reporting. The ability to customize it to fit our property with multiple facilities, parks, equipment was amazing. Our support person has been extremely helpful and always available and quick to respond.

The ease of use and tier structure of admin within in the software for approval of request. We have multiple ways we are utilizing the software and so far it has fulfilled all of our needs.
Inconvénients
It may be a setting that we have not discovered yet but it would be nice to have a reminded if a company admin has not approved a request after 5-7 days.

The most intuitive CMMS that I've ever come across.
We are a relatively small facility (100k sq ft), and were looking for something that could easily scale as we grow. We needed user-end customization. We needed powerful without heavy. We found all of these things in FMX... with an incredibly friendly and personal sales experience to boot. I don't have a bad thing to say about this CMMS. We are a year into it, and still loving it.

Intuitive. Not cumbersome. Customer service has a passionate small business feel.

Getting Better
The upgrades have been making it easier and easier to use. I would like to see the same updates/upgrades to both the Maintenance Requests and the Planned Maintenance. Specifically I'd like to be able to edit who its assigned to by clicking on the request from the calendar. Currently you have to remember the number and look it up under Maintenance Request. Also since making it available to set times on work orders when you move the request forward it stays RED which for me means its behind.

Easy to stay on top of projects. Great trending reports.

No More Searching
In a private school setting, we faced the challenge of being able to publish our calendar while being able to secure the safety of our students, faculty, and staff. This, along with having a maintenance module, has totally revolutionized the way we approach our scheduling on every level. We could not be happier than we are with this product.
Avantages
The scope of work that our search committee formed has been completely answered. Everything that we wanted, we now have in this software. Having to narrow it down to just 1 item is tough. But if I had to, I would say the general functionality that it brings. It's not overcomplicated nor overwhelming.
Inconvénients
The fact that "declutter" is not set as the default. This is honestly the ONLY thing I do not like.

FMX has the best customer service
Calendar, Maintenance requests, and soon we will use it for inventory.
Avantages
FMX Calendar is very easy to use and we like that you can also do Maintenance requests. It makes our Maintenance staff very happy.
Inconvénients
The thing I keep hearing from the rest of the team is that the reporting needs improvement. It's great to see it on your computer but when we have to print a calendar, it's harder to do.

Exceptional Product
I'm extremely pleased with FMX and the efficiency that it has brought to my team.
Avantages
FMX has met our needs exceptionally well. It has enabled us to modernize many of our processes on the operational side of our school district. FMX has centralized many loose end of my job and become my "go to" tool for managing the districts operations.
Inconvénients
The only problematic area to me is the reporting feature. In many ways it offers a wealth of information, but drilling down into specific areas can be confusing or difficult.

We love using FMX. It's been a HUGE help to our organization for work orders and room reservations. It's so user friendly, and everyone's requests can be so specific thanks to all the options available. So glad we switched to FMX!!

I choose FMX because of the ease of use comparied to other CMMS programs.
Started a CMMS program where before they had noting to track work orders other than email.

Ease of use (drop down boxes ). The different view options like the calendar view or the list view options that you can choose between.
Inconvénients
Customer support varies greatly depending on who answers the phone at FMX. I have had some positive and some negative experiances.

I have used other softwares and find FMX one of the easier one to use. We are happy with FMX

The software is easy to use and get acquainted with. for our organization it is a good fit and the value is good.
Inconvénients
Scheduling or planned WO is a little confusing to set up. We receive a lot of emails for the same work order which tends to clog my inbox.

Great Product and Customer Support
We are very impressed with the FMX product. It has transformed our operations and improved our communication between our staff immensely. The product is incredibly easy to use for even those users that are not as comfortable with technology and the customer support is top notch. Whenever we need something, FMX is there to help. FMX as a tool for Public Schools
Avantages
TMI Energy Solutions provides Facility/Energy management services to Ohio Public School Districts. After discovering the FMX software, we are implementing this product as a tool for each of our clients. FMX's cloud-based format allows TMI to effectively communicate with staff members in real-time as well as provide an accountable process for all who are responsible for getting the job done. The program is extremely easy to use, and training requirements are minimal.
Inconvénients
Just in the 6 months we have been affiliated with the product, we have seen improvements being made to the system. These improvements continue to expand the systematic way the end user can store and access information. Service history on a capital asset and "go to" information available to the person responsible for maintenance, repair, or taking necessary action is key to making and executing a good plan. FMX staff listens to the end users' goals and will customize the software to meet our particular needs.

Happy Campers
We have been using FMX for just over a year and could never be happier with its performance. The customer service is great, we had specialized programming that has reduced my work time from 3 days to perform this part of my job down to 3-5 hours. Thank you FMX.

The people at FMX at awesome to work with. They go out of their way to help and to train. They want you to get the most out of their product and will help you to do just that!
Avantages
It is easy to use for both the corporate office and technicians in the field. Allows you to customize the types of users and the access you want them to have.
Inconvénients
Inability to connect custom fields in the Equipment section with fields in the Building section so that you would only have to update a field once.

Compliance made easy
I really appreciate the customer support. We have had so much help with online classes for our employees, and special requests. FMX is making it easy to be environmentally and safety compliant.

Easy to implement, easy to launch, easy to maintain.
Avantages
Coming from a different work order system that was far more cumbersome, FMX is a breath of fresh air! The implementation process is not hard as they've built this software very intuitively. Authentication is a breeze in whatever format you choose(we chose Google as that's our wheelhouse) and end-users see a clearly defined page that's easy to navigate, update if necessary and check progress. This is, by far, the best on the market in my opinion.
Inconvénients
Honestly, there's nothing about this system that I don't like. It's HTML5, highly customizable or NOT!

Meeting My Needs
So far we have increased efficiency in completing and documenting the assigned preventative maintenance tasks available. Our machine up-time has already seen an increase, and the information being collected will be vital to provide statistics for upgrading older equipment.

There are still some features that will need work, but the help team involved are open to suggestions and have been helpful during the roll-out.

The software has worked well so far. The staff seemed to pick up on it quickly and it has met our needs. We haven't taken the next step of integrating the software with our bldg HVAC. I'm not sure if we will do that or not. The support has been the best I have experienced. Any questions are answered very quickly with genuine concern that our expectations are being met. I give that area incredibly high marks.

As Vice President of Operations for a Central Ohio non-profit organization, I am always looking for ways to become more efficient and reduce expenses. I would have never guessed adopting a new work order system would have helped me accomplish both those goals so easily.
Before implementing FMX, most maintenance issues were communicated verbally or through paper form. My staff does a great job of responding quickly, but sometimes paper communication just takes a while, and verbal communication is hard to track with the "who said what and when". After seeing a FMX demo, I knew it was the perfect communication and tracking tool.
I will admit, being of older age, I was a little hesitant to having everything electronic. I didn’t know if I could learn how to use it. Surprisingly, I picked it up in no time. In fact, in just two weeks, our entire organization was using it for everything. We use it for maintenance repairs, scheduling community and conference rooms, scheduling out vehicles and all preventative maintenance on our buildings.
After using FMX for just a short period of time, it has made my job easier. More importantly, we are conserving time and money, which helps us provide more resources to the communities we serve.

I am writing to provide my recommendation for Facilities Management Express (FMX). With over 23 years experience in commercial real estate, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know the FMX team over the last four years. I currently oversee a portfolio of twelve properties in the Columbus market.
We implemented the FMX system six months ago and I’m pleased to report the system is working incredibly well for our portfolio.
The key elements that make this system great for us is the affordability of the program, the excellent customer support from the FMX team, how uncomplicated it was for us to set up the system, the ease by which tenants can set up their account and enter work orders, and the ability to receive/respond to/resolve work orders from the field. Not to mention the ability, as manager, to monitor the program remotely, and accountability the systems has brought to the department; which has increased efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
I just returned from vacation and did so with ease, as I was able to monitor my department via FMX on my iPhone. As a Senior Property Manager, I like to be constantly aware of issues at the properties and the program supported this flawlessly.

So far so good. Its not perfect but It should do the trick. It is pretty in-depth with email options, I will take you a bit to get that figure out, But its a nice option to have for those that like an email for everything.

Great software for managing maintenance operations.
Avantages
User friendly software, I've used similar software before but it was not as detailed as FMX. i specifically like the inventory and reporting features.
Inconvénients
i think it would be nice if it had a Start, Stop feature for Maintenance Requests and Planned Maintenance. Also automatic time stamp for when you Complete a Maintenance Request instead of manually inputting the time.

Such a good software
Avantages
The software is not such bad that you can use daily but it's better to use monthly for best prefomance

better than most
this is by no means turnkey. we have had to make quite a few adjustments to get it to do what we were told prior to purchasing. 90 percent of promises have been kept

Icovers everything we were looking for and more. Layout is very self intuitive for those used to utilizing software designed for the layperson

Fast responses to requests for help, easy tracking of past requests!
Avantages
Before we used FMX, we relied on email and phones to request help. Sometimes it would be forgotten. This software allows me to track my requests, and now we get help almost instantly.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of anything I dislike about this software! It has only caused help to arrive faster, and is extremely easy to use.

FMX Helping you Help Yourself
We have had FMX for 2 years now and things have went well. It is easy to use and support staff is great. The only downsize is the cost, if it was more cost effective that would make it a more appealing product.

Fast responses to help requests! Easy to contact IT and Maintenance
Getting help with technology is much easier with this software!
Avantages
When it comes to technology, I need all the help I can get. We use FMX to send help requests to our IT department. It is very easy to use, and they respond much faster than before we used FMX.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of required fields when filling out requests, but I think this is just how we have it set up. It can probably be configured differently.

Great option for churches with multiple locations!
Avantages
I like the fact that it has the ability to manage multiple staff and locations from one central spot. The ability to track expenses with specific vendors is HUGE for us! Also to have a catalog of all that we have spent with specific vendors has been a huge resource for us too. Also has the ability to have a very clean and simple inventory system with QR codes and everything.
Inconvénients
My only con is maybe the pricing can be steep for smaller businesses. But the money saved in the long run could be a benefit.

Great Product for the Price
I've had great customer support with this company as well as extremely competitive pricing. FMX seems to be responsive to customer feedback and work toward product development. One of my previous concerns was with the absence of google single sign on. They have since developed that part of FMX. The other two features I'm hoping will improve are adding a mobile App so that its easier to interact with on my phone, and making the appearance and theme of it more user-friendly. There have been no issues with the inability of this program to meet my needs. For the price and the customer support, FMX fit our needs well.
