Salesforce does not directly support the product. The support and implementation comes from 3rd-party provides which can lead to high costs. Also, the integration between Salesforce and Constant Contact has been a known issue for months without resolution.

I have several favorite features about Salesforce Sales Cloud. First, I really like that fact that Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly customizable. It doesn't matter if you have 10 employees or 1000+, Salesforce is ready for your needs. Second, Salesforce always keeps their platform up to date. As an end-user, you don't need to worry about upgrades and you can focus on what matters most for your work. Lastly, since it is highly customizable, there is no limit in automating your processes which is very important.
Inconvénients
This is really a hard question to answer. Being highly customizable is a double-bladed sword. Customizations, if not done properly will surely backfire and you will have to perform data cleansing from time to time.

I do not use it too much or know its full usage, but overall Salesforce keeps my company organized, while allowing for us to keep track of changes within the company.
Avantages
It is very good at organizing tasks for deviations or changes to products and bulk formulations from a Quality standpoint. It is easy to record the changes needed to specific product or formulas my company is working with.
Inconvénients
Some information is separated by different windows so to figure out our deviation number, I would not be able to go to a single page to read what the deviation is, while being able to know what deviation # it was assigned.

Why I Like Salesforce
I love to use it and it makes it easy for my peers to to collect, store and follow up on data we store.
Avantages
I like how user friendly it is and the customization aspect of it. It can grow with the company and being cloud base , give me accessibility from anywhere. Being able to use it to reach out to customers is a plus.
Inconvénients
Could be expensive for smaller startup companies or businesses and thr con of being on the cloud could have security concerns

Avantages
its so easy to use and very complete application in it. we can also interact with another people around the world. so its very recommended!

i'd like to say that i love everything about Salesforce Sales Cloud. Since this application so helpful.

Startups must go to app
My overall experience is great and I think it’s now part of my startup and a success partner with me and I don’t think I’ll ever stop using it as long as I’m growing my startup
Avantages
Salesforce is basically the best app for startups and companies in general.
I’m currently working on my startup and I’m using Salesforce on a daily basis in deployments, generating leeds and business growth and it’s saving me lots of time that could have been wasted without salesforce
Inconvénients
I sometimes feel lost searching for something I want but the program tutorial can help you find it easily
