My experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been good. It’s easy to use and helps with sales processes a lot. The analytics are helpful, but it can be pricey, and some features take time to learn. Overall, it's a great tool for managing sales.

My best sidekick!
The design of the product that enables the team to gather all the customer's data in one place makes it one of a kind. Created and managed lots of marketing campaings with Salesforce as well.
Avantages
I cannot think of a day without Salesforce Sales attached next to me as it is my greatest helper! By Salesforce we managed to build such relationships and managed to grow revenue and cannot think of other product. The activity management is such a professional way to maximise productivity. Clients also use Salesforce and it makes effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
Inconvénients
Some customer interactions may fail if they are not using the same version of the product. It constantly asks for updates to the latest version otherwise some features may not work properly. Customer service needs to action as soon as possible with any queries.

I am the COO of our company, so my main focus is not sales, although I have multiple key accounts under my umbrella. I might not use all the "deeper" functionalities, but it is easy to learn, and find your way around if you are new to the program. We have expanded our use of Salesforce since we started, and we definitely have not reached the end of the program's usability.
Avantages
Reports - easy overview over open, or likely to close deals, good filtering optionsConnectedness - how you can see connections between different stakeholders/roles in different projects with different account managers. It helps us understand what are client and their clinets are involved in or what they have in their pipeline.
Inconvénients
We haven't found an easy way to create quotes directly in Salesforce, this would be a major improvement for us, as well as if we could use it for invoicing purposes. That would streamline our financial processes a lot.

Everything under control
I've been using this tool for about 8 years and I'm very happy with it, I get updates about every six months but it would be necessary to update the part of the graphs and dashboard which has remained almost unchanged over time.

The online community and personalization features of Salesforce's Sales Cloud are exceptional. I was okay with creating an account and tailoring it to my specific needs with the help of the excellent support staff. I may discover several accessible tutorials and demos to help you learn the software. The ability to search by a variety of criteria (email address, name, phone number, etc.) is a significant plus. Internally, we rely on Salesforce for effective sales tracking, marketing campaign management, task tracking, and calendar administration. Our outreach staff are tasked with making initial contact with a defined population and bringing them in for scheduled appointments. Both the service and attendance sections will benefit from this.
Inconvénients
Internal communication possibilities are limited and should be expanded. The CRM control panel also requires a safety assessment before an external user may be added. If you want to boost sales, you need to lower prices.

it is easy to read sometimes and the different colors are useful.
Inconvénients
it is not compatible with our software at times and it doesnt have all of the capabilities we need. any software updates cause MAJOR fails for customers. the system is too basic for real time updates and cant always mirror what the customers see online in their accounts. this software is for less involved purposes. i dont think it can keep up

It's been almost 5 years using this app and I must say that I didn't know that you as a user have the possibility to do several things just with one tool. I have no words to describe how helpful this CRM is.

You have the chance to combine all in one platform with Sales Force. You can save client information, appointments, historical data, etc.

Salesforce has been really helpful to us with our marketing and sales efforts. Teams can use it to track sales processes and other company data that is collected both during and after the process with ease. With so many features and add-ons, it's hard to say where Salesforce's influence ends. I use it every day for work to send emails, keep track of applicants for internal initiatives, and submit reports.
Inconvénients
Because it is subscription-based, it is not an inexpensive product at first. This technology will not yield a return on investment for internal departments other than those in sales and marketing.

Salesforce is an essential tool in performing my job daily
I love it and have found it to be super useful. I am able to pull up my daily tasks at a glance as well as check my productivity for the day (as well as my teams).
Avantages
I love the overall look of the program, it is very customizable to ensure you are seeing only what you need or want to see which is awesome, and it also helps you to navigate through varying stages of a task/order.
Inconvénients
Sometimes with certain issues or exceptions, it could be hard to relay information to other people or teams, which caused patients to occasionally "fall through the cracks". I feel like the program could be a bit more streamlined; however, that being said I also feel like my company uses SF to perform a job function that it was not truly intended to be used for.

Easy to use and organize

Easy to use, stay up to date and organized with all leads, customers and anything in the pipeline. also very easy to cover other people with the notes feature.
Inconvénients
a bit to setup but once its setup it is super easy to use.

My overall experience with Salesforce is positive.
Avantages
Salesforce made it very for my company to list all available jobs we are staffing.
Inconvénients
What I liked least about Salesforce was how overwhelming the dashboard can be.
