An absolutely fantastic bunch and product to match
Fantastic. If you need a power dialler, use this.
Avantages
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are the main men here. The customer service is the best I have ever received. Very quick service, work round the clock, help with most IT issues I had even if it was nothing to do with Kixie. Absolute best product on market and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is an asset to the team
Inconvénients
Absolutely none other than they are a massive company so can be busy some times so you might have to wait an hour or so for the next available slot even though they fix any problem in minutes.

Kixie is a powerhouse
Avantages
Ease of use and setup. Took us just a few minutes to be up and running.
Integrates well with HubSpot.
Jam packed with advanced features we have not yet explored, but definitely will.
Inconvénients
Some features did not work as well for us out of the gate, but the beauty is Kixie support is super responsive and we were able to resolve quickly.

Worth a look
I was very please with the way they send you tutorial videos when you get started which cut the learning curve sharply.
Avantages
very innovative company to watch out for. The uptime to use product is very impression..No high level IT knowledge needed.
Inconvénients
Set up a conference call on the fly is one area I think that they can invest in.

Awesome product well done
Overall good experience. Kixie has made our call center possible across 5 countries.

Integration with HubSpot is solid. The product works consistently with no issues
Inconvénients
It can be tricky to setup - but support gets you through it. In fairness, the process is complex (not the software but the actual business case.

Very great, we are glad we went with them over the others.

Great Product and Great Support
The SMS program is fantastic, and the support is top notch. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] responded to my question within minutes, and then maintained communication over multiple days until my question was answered. She escalated the question when I explained the setup and got a technical engineer's input. She went as far as was necessary to get my an answer, and as a business, that type of support is greatly appreciated.
Avantages
We are implementing the Kixie business SMS integrations with Hubspot, to automate SMS messages and allow a team to respond to messages as they are available
Inconvénients
Hardly a negative on the software, but I was figuring it out on my own. At first support said the integration I was trying to do was not possible. But they were also very helpful and very responsive.

Kixie, it works!
A reliable and quality phone solution that works in multiple geos for globally distributed workforce.
Avantages
With a split team, it was difficult finding a VOIP provider that worked with our CRM. We evaluated many providers and eventually settled on Kixie because of consistent call quality. In short, it works!
Inconvénients
Some of the platform integrations that Kixie should have supported ended up breaking during our trial period (which they graciously extended while they were trying to figure this out). The downfall was the lack of email and phone response from sales. The only way I was able to get my questions answered was when I booked a meeting.
I did have a few interactions with support, and they do not have this response problem.

Kixie is a must use product if your sales team uses the phone (and they should be)
Overall, we have been pretty happy with Kixie. It records, dials and texts, making my sales job that much more fluid.
Avantages
We had tinkered with a couple other similar products, but Kixie helped us pour fuel on the call fire we needed to reach out goals. It integrates pretty well with Hubspot, they are constantly updating (not a bad thing) and listen to feedback provided.
Inconvénients
6 times of 10, the integration with Hubspot is a bit wonky.

Brilliant tool for Inside Sales Reps for tight budgets & high performance goals!
My call volume was average before I used Kixie.
Avantages
Kixie has helped me hit my own personal goals. As the first step of the sales cycle process, the Inside Sales Rep is essential to the success of sales growth. My daily goal is to drop as many voicemails as possible. Without the human on the voicemail, prospects are not as engaged. Also, the customer service is super supportive. I can call them anytime during business hours & they are helpful to help me troubleshoot.
Inconvénients
There are daily software updates, which can be irritating, when I am trying to hit my outbound voicemail drop, there are updates when I need to refresh all of my systems.

Troubles from Day One
Avantages
The unlimited US/CAN calling and texting made it worthwhile for our organization, which does on average 20 hours of connected call time for our sales team.
Inconvénients
The system has had frequent bugs, delays and outages every month. We have not had a month of stable use.
The integration to our CRM did not exist, after being told otherwise, so tracking calls and their dispositions did not exist, making it difficult to measure our team.
The platform itself feel incomplete, compared to the market. Lacking critical features and reporting function.

Works seamlessly
Its worked extremely well for our team so far. We use it to dial 100-200 contacts per day, per rep, and its very easy to use and syncs without issue. The calls are also saved right into HubSpot which makes my job as the director a lot easier as I can quickly review calls / demos etc without having to rely on the reps recording the calls.

Need to configure your internet to prioritize Kixie otherwise it might lag.

Worst SAAS experience of my career
Again, it was the most unreliable software that I have used in my career. It cost us many lost sales and damaged our reputation with potential customers. I cannot emphasize this enough, for the good of your business, stay away!
Avantages
On the surface, it had all of the features we needed.
Inconvénients
Nothing worked. Various features would stop working at random. I had to retest every IVR and feature daily. Sometimes support would be missing for the entire day. No one is available by phone. The number of bugs and issues was incredible. It was the most unreliable software that I have ever used. We lost tens of thousands of dollars in business due to the malfunctioning phone system, and it damaged our company's reputation. Stay away!

I love the the ability to track and monitor employee calls and habits. its great for coaching sessions.

I love the click to call feature, very easy to use and we are integrated with Zoho.

Makes dialing and tracking relationships super easy!
Avantages
Easily integrates with Pipedrive (the CRM we use) and will automatically record/log incoming and outgoing calls. Dialer is easy to use - automatically pops up when I log on to my computer.
Inconvénients
There are some reporting features that are missing (call center reporting), there is sometimes an issue with texts not coming through in a timely fashion (sometimes not at all). Not all emails are automatically recorded into the CRM.

Tech Support and API ease of use for the win!
Avantages
Tech Support were quick to reply to me and resolve a minor issue I had. The API is easy to use.
Inconvénients
Nothing sticks out as far as a con honestly. The only issue I've encountered was resolved within a day of bringing it to Kixie's help desk/tech support

Recording calls for training as well as documenting content during sales calls

When receiving incoming calls it is not always easy to identify who is calling me and its difficult to find that person in my CRM prior to answering the call. One of the older versions made that easier, now when I have an incoming call I have to identify the person on the phone and then search my CRM for their account which causes delays and initial confusion.

This is the ONE!
Kixie Powercall is getting us on the phone faster and connected with quality prospects. We can essentially do everything we need to do from the Kixie software and see it in its respective field in our CRM. This minimizes the administrative tasks that sales people fill their time up with.
Avantages
I loved the full integration with out Hubspot CRM. It already had the pre-loaded dispositions and synced instantly when making calls. The Kixie software is lightweight but gets the job done in a major way. Additionally, being able to hear have call recordings loaded into our Hubspot CRM we can find out what our sales people are saying right and make the tweaks when they could have said something different.
Inconvénients
We have found no CONs to the Kixie software.

Kixie is User Friendly
Overall I'm very satisfied with using Kixie daily as it allows me to perform my job successfully.
Avantages
What I like most about this software is that it's user friendly and operates very similar to an actual cellphone system. I like that Kixie provides the main functions needed in order to perform my job successfully on a daily basis but also provides added extras like text template and VM drop.
Inconvénients
What I like least about the software is when it acts as if it's dialing a calling or still ticking as if a call hasn't ended when it has. Other than that, I have no complaints!

This service is a phenomenal tool for sales representatives! Saves time and makes the job...
I am able to save time by not leaving voicemails constantly. I am also able to make calls quicker, so I have the ability to have more outreach to potential clients. This is a perfect tool for someone making 50-100 calls per day. I love the integration with hubspot and other sales software systems, this tool has really made my job so much easier on a day to day basis and I love it!

The ease of use, the ability to not have to leave constant voicemail, the integration with hub spot and other platforms, Also love how it keeps recordings of calls so you can always refer back to old calls and how many you make in a day.
Inconvénients
I wish there was an actual counter that tells you how many calls you make in a day on the smaller window. There may be one on the bigger website but I wish it was on the smaller window where I am actually making the calls.

Overpriced sales call solution with some US-specific gadgets
Avantages
Directly call from Pipedrive, next call starts when a call ends, Chrome Browser integration, for US: local number selected on the person you call. It probably most suitable if you want to call 100 of people a day for spam calls, not for serious B2B calls.
Inconvénients
Very short 14 days test period, afterwards it gets really expensive. In the test period it was not possible to test with European number - which of course - costs extra. To extend our testing we already had to pay several hundred dollars for just 2 sales people. The Chrome extension was unstable, support only answer was to reinstall and restart the Browser. Afterwards we used a simple VOIP provider with costs us less than $20 a month for 3 numbers and we are super happy with it - it just works. Very aggressive and pushy sales people.

Great with PipeDrive
Great experience and very fast start-up and use time. Customer support is amazing compared to other flashy callers. (which is what really matters for these)
Avantages
Very easy to get started and excellent basic features, VM drop, texting, click to call any number.
Inconvénients
Every now and again you get 10 second delays before call rings, worth mentioning it is only when Kixie service notifies you of issue or maintenance.

Kixie Support has been Excellent
Avantages
Kixie has some awesome tools. They integrate very well with Pipedrive and the zapier connections make it really easy to use with our email and automation platforms as well. The support has been above par and I'm quite pleased with how responsive they are.
Inconvénients
The one thing I wish they could do is route our auto calls to deal owners. That would make it way more seamless

Really happy with Kixie and I would reccomend them to

Links well with our CRM and seems like it is designed by someone who has CRM front of mind.
Call quality is excellent and has been perfect for working from home recently.
Love the fact you can link call notes immediately to a contact from the powercall software.
Inconvénients
There is the ocasional bug, but they are fixed quickly and customer support is excellent.

Great Product
Avantages
I have used this software at 2 separate organizations. The software is easy to use, logical, and integration isn't overly difficult.
Inconvénients
There isn't a lot of negative, especially at the price point of the software. We have another dialer the organization uses, which has caused some complexity in the integration. The complexities still being worked on, I am still more than happy with Kixie though.

If I had to nitpick the product, I would say having the ability to send attachments/pictures through SMS.

Overall it is not a bad phone system to use

That it was easy to integrate with Hubspot and its easy to make dials
Inconvénients
There are a lot of glitches and I need to keep going back into Hubspot to correct information or alter/change what kixie uploaded

Call QUality iS HORRRIBLE. They surprise you at signup saying you have to pay several months in advance even though there is nothing in their sales material online that says thats needed
They advertise an auto dialer, but when you go to sign up the auto dialer is not working at all and in coding and development to come back out in re release in few months, yet they still charge you the same rate.
the call quality is horrible
the iphone app keeps crashing and is sometimes useless
i wanted to get out and get a refund of the amount paid in advance but they wouldn't refund anything per their "policy"
i have a policy to write honest reviews for companies that take advantage of their customer just on principle

Simple to use, fantastic customer service
Avantages
We have a call center environment where our reps are outbound dialing all day. I need our software to be dead simple to use and Kixie fits the bill. Training takes less than 5 minutes.
Inconvénients
User interface is a little out dated (hard to tell when certain features like 'do not disturb' are on vs off), but it sounds like they're making changes there which is great.

Kixie = Game Changer
What I like most about Kixie is the power dialer. I’m able to reach out to more people in a shorter amount of time and book more appointments.
Avantages
We currently use HubSpot for our CRM and Kixie integrates seamlessly with HubSpot.
Inconvénients
The only feature that I don’t like about Kixie is you can’t delete leads directly from the power dialer.

Excellent Software
Speed to lead, better analytics, better tracking
Avantages
This is a great app with excellent Pipedrive integration. This saves me time, generates more responses, and allows me to watch employee activities in greater detail
Inconvénients
layout is a bit odd for texting, but i got used to it
