Does the job it's suppose to do!
I'm using YArooms to juggle with 3 meeting rooms in our co-working space, especially helpful when you have limited hardware access and now we know to which room the projector/tv/etc is allocated.
Avantages
It helps us manage 3 meeting rooms in our co-working space and helps us share hardware resources.
Inconvénients
It's packed with features, sometimes overwhelming the UI

Overall good experience, user-friendly and solves the problem of workstation availability management.
Avantages
Yarooms is a good application for desk booking as well as workplace management. The application includes good features such as interactive workplace map and check-in features to adequately manage employee work stations. Has a good customer service as well.
Inconvénients
Some times it is slow and glitchy. If the booking is canceled and someone else is sitting on the desk, it does not show the workplace occupied. Fault on the user per but still app should show not available.

Pros & Cons YAROOMS
Overall YAROOMS is a nice to have tool and does what it needs to do for me.
Until now it always did its job and I do not have anything to say against about functionality. But I do think, it could be improved in terms of convenience and desgin.
Avantages
I like the map functionality in general and the overview it gives with the colour indicators. The processes are easy to understand
Inconvénients
There were few ocassions were I wanted to look at the availability from a day before on the map, to easily check which office/space was occupied or which space I had booked. Unfortunately this is not possible.
Also sometimes I get the feeling the UI overlay is a bit "clumsy" - choosing the correct floor and date could become more convenient/easier. Buttons to click could be bigger.

My experience is absolutely positive so far, I have not encountered any problems and I feel like strongly recommending this software for managing office workstations.

I like the office map view which allows you to instantly see the available workstations, allowing you to book them with a few clear, easy and quick steps.

Sometimes the first time you log in, the map does not load immediately, so it may be difficult for a new user to understand how to use the software.

Keep your hands out of my preferred desk
You can only book your preferred desk for a limited time in advance (two weeks): this can occasionally generate a little fight to get it first :-D

It is very easy to use an I didn't have any problems with it till now.

Good product - Service depends on the assigned contact
The product usage is great. And after we were allowed to remain on the older platform, service was good. Didn't like the pressure at first.
Avantages
It's easy to onboard people. The system is very easy to navigate.
Inconvénients
The sales staff were trying to move us to the latest version - with some pressure. The new platform did not have drag and drop functionality (at the time) and could not migrate existing meetings. Lack of migration (even for a fee) was an enormous issue.

There are way better and way cheaper products out there.

It is user friendly and easy to figure out.
Inconvénients
The site is incredibly buggy and painfully slow. There is also no customer support phone number or email, so you have to submit a request for help and then eventually a support rep emails you. The support reps are always nice through email, but when we use this system for booking all of our lab equipment and rooms, we need faster support.

Thank you for your feed-back. We have indeed a contact form on our website for formal inquiries, however, paying customers (and users during the free trial) should use the live chat option in order to reach us directly and instantaneously. You need to click the ? button in the upper right corner of your YArooms screen and this will open a pop-up window where you will get assistance from our support team.
In addition to this, every new account is assigned an account officer upon creation and you can contact yours directly by replying to the email you received after activation of your YArooms account.
I hope this will improve your experience in the future.

Hirers book rooms remotely.
Avantages
Brilliant system business functions without me needing to be there very easy to use. Have 50 room hirers. Book rooms hourly
Inconvénients
When invoicing the title is case sensitive not flexible with spelling. I therefore have to go through every day to check usage before invoicing rather than using the account function
