NapoleonCat.com is a very intuitive tool with a lot of useful features that are very helpful when I'm working with different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) on a daily basis. I can easily manage my tickets with categories (new, hidden, archived...) or features such as tagging, flagging or consulting tickets with my team. Their customer support also deserves mention - it's fast and reliable (and also very nice). I'm using NapoleonCat.com daily and I highly recommend it.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it logs me out suddenly, but it does not happen more than maybe one-twice a month so it's not really a problem, more of a tiny inconvenience.

It is easy to use, intuitive, and facilitates monitoring and moderation of mentions from several different websites simultaneously.

No possibility of liking a comment, no possibility of analysis in the case of YouTube, no possibility of verifying data in the case of YouTube for a period longer than 30 days, no connection to the X website.

This tool is amazing! I've been working on it already almost every day for a few years, every year it's getting better and has many updates to keep up with the market tempo. Changes are implemented very easily without a problem. Every change that is implemented is very well-informed to the users, if I need something it's very easy to contact support via chat in the tool and the support workers are very kind and helpful.What can I say I really recommend this tool ;)

This product is definitely easy to use, all functions are clear. The analysis and report creation function is well done logistically. I haven't encountered any major errors on the website, and if there were any minor errors, the Customer Service quickly showed me how to fix them.

When we have a larger number of messages in Inbox, scrolling them causes jamming. The phrase search function sometimes does not work, even though I know that a given phrase is in the archive.

The site consolidates a lot of things into one place with easy access to most features I need and more. NapoleonCat.com saves a lot of time and makes lots of things effortless. Doing the stuff manually without it, would be a real hassle. They are constantly adding new features and improvements. I use it everyday in my work. The customer support is also good, nice and fast.

As all things in life, it does have its drawbacks. There are sometimes some technical hiccups and slowdowns. They occur usually randomly and just for a couple of minutes. The integration with some sites is imperfect, but that might be the fault of their respective API's, and not something, that NapoleonCat can do anything about.

I use NapoleonCat in my agency work and my work would be very difficult without this tool. We work with several brand profiles at the same time and with NapoleonCat it is very easy and problem-free. I like that I can easily switch between projects and have everything in one place. In case of errors, support is very helpful and responds quickly.

The biggest problem is that sometimes a profile gets detached from NapoleonCat and then you have to moderate it manually. There could be some kind of message when a profile disconnects, so that you would notice it quickly.

I recommended NapoleonCat to my clients from the hotel industry. There, social media was often handled by receptionists who were great at Social Inbox. The application is very useful when it comes to manage moderation in social media - you can have everything in one place so checking your profile in SM is just faster more pleasant.

I started using Napoleoncat very 'urgently' after a colleague left our company, I had no experience and nobody to show the app to me. It was so easy to use, that I was able to work with it anyway. Once I had a question and the support offered me a skype lesson about the app, that was very helpful.

I would really appreciate, if the app could also gather comments from the Instagram ads, it is the only thing I am missing now!
