The Only Full Solution We Found For LinkedIn
Automated a lot of our menial tasks and client chasing, allowing us to focus more on strategy.
Avantages
It's the only platform at this time that schedules videos on LinkedIn and can tag company profiles.
It has sped up client approval time drastically. The time our team spends on posting for clients has been reduced by a significant amount. The limited client access for approval is nifty and the fact that they cannot view the internal team comments on the posts. The support instant chat is very much instant.
Inconvénients
We're awaiting the LinkedIn reporting tool to go live. This will unlock new levels of this incredible platform.

The best social media management tool
I really enjoy that the platform is fast and that we, as a small boutique agency, can have it all in one place and order. From creating content to internal approvals all the way to client approval and scheduling and knowing that I can rely on Kontentino to make sure our content will always go out with no errors. A really smooth process.

With Kontentino I can fully collaborate with my clients on their social media posts. The chat feature is amazing, and I love how I can schedule posts for 3+ platforms at once.
Inconvénients
Not much not to like, just a bit time consuming to set everything up. But once you're done, it's so convenient!

Help with posting on social media
We used Kontentino for a year through a partnership with a marketing agency. It was a great tool where we wrote down our inspirations and the agency easily turned them into posts. Then we said we'd give it a try without the agency, so without hesitation we decided to keep working with Kontentino. What I like the most is that if there was a problem, the Kontentino person was very helpful.

It's easy to use for the team, as well as the client. It also has features like the metrics to help you see where you are compared to the market. The app also helps you keep track of the notifications in real time. Finally, CS is great always there to help you find solutions to your questions.

Client service is exceptional. Queries are resolved quickly and in a professional and friendly manner.
Avantages
Kontentino has been instrumental in improving efficiency and client satisfaction levels considerably. The scheduling tools are superior and the client approvals functionality are invaluable.

Changing posts once they have been scheduled was a bit tricky but they've guided us through the process.

The best social media planning tool the there is. Period. Change my mind.
Avantages
The general ease of use is just astounding. We easy to implement it to work with multiple customers which have to approve/comment social media posts. Great job.
Inconvénients
It would be amazing if Kontentino would add a simple POST BOOST option, that would be managed in the whole social media planning. Also, it would be GREAT if posts weren't immediately sent to Facebook/Linkedin after Scheduling them and it would be possible to edit them (found myself in quite some situations after Kontentino double-posted edited posts which were later edited).

Great tool for your social media management :)
Avantages
It is a great tool. Intuitive. Reliable. Great for working in teams. And customer support is always helpful, doing their best to meet your needs. But most of all I love bulk actions. Saves tons of time.
Inconvénients
I had to think about that really hard, but only thing I found, after two years of using Kontentino, is that bulk actions are in middle (more expensive than basic) price package. Everything else is just perfect the way it is. :)

The management flow of the editorial plan and approval processes, both within the team and towards customers, is really very interesting. Also excellent in managing tasks for graphic designers, photographers, etc.
Inconvénients
The UI should be improved. However, the development team often releases improvements, so I think it will improve over time

Absolutely unique platform for quality, if you want a serious Social Media work with clients
Increase in quality, engagement, organic number of followers.
Avantages
I have tested almost all platforms that you can find on the web, as I'm working online from 1999. There are some great solutions for publishing and also analysis, tracking, really great solutions. And they are famous too. But when it comes to the crucial phase of preparing for Social Media, like content creation and planning, Kontentino is unique. You can save your ideas, work on them, reuse what you've already done, you can even translate through Kontentino for the international brands. You can check with your team every step (defined perfectly), like content creator, graphic designer, who is collaborating with the team. All the features are wonderful. You can add the logo and place it on the image in Kontentino. You can have albums, categories, tags, plan your budget, get the approval. It's incredible the list of features you can choose from and make your own "formula" for work, documenting every step of the process.
It's for serious work and serious results. My secret "check up" with Kontentino is when I have a client that loves to be organized, love perfectionism and diligence, I know that the last step, the ability to make right decisions is there, as well as 99% for success!
You can use it for Twitter (I've started with), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest. And last but not least, the support is fantastic! This platform comes from the experience and is the Solution for your needs when it comes to working with clients! That's why it's so good.
Inconvénients
Just one thing that I can say I don't like and I have asked if possible to get it better. I'd like to be able to organize my albums better. Like having options to name it in numeric order and by category also.

Kontentino is great!
Avantages
The ease of collaboration both internally and externally with our client is great. It's also an inexpensive alternative to more well-known social media management tools - and also one that has less legacy features that don't work on mobile.
Inconvénients
These are some very minor things: the fact that the calendar doesn't automatically refreshes in the background while you're working on it is the one thing that I would love to change - it saves me from having to refresh manually to see any collaborator's changes.

Kontentino is easy to use and gives a great overview of your content calendars, the outstanding tasks and approval level. We are very satisfied with the software, as are our clients.
Inconvénients
Reporting could be improved. There are other scheduling softwares that offer more in-depth analytics.

Excellent social media solution for companies
Avantages
We use Kontentino as a social media publishing tool in Exponea. I like how easy it is to use - it represents a great way for any business to syndicate their content to all the major social networks. When it comes to organizing and executing on your content strategy, you would be hard pressed to find a solution better than Kontentino. The scheduling and integrations make it easy to share your content across channels in order to make sure you increase the reach of your audience.
I also appreciate the smooth approval process of the post - from copy creation, graphic design, final approval by management and scheduling.
Inconvénients
Calendar view for multiple social media accounts is much appreciated, since we are using various social media channels.

Brilliant customer support!
We have used Kontentino for couple of years now and it is definitely our first choice.
Avantages
Software is easy to use and customer service is spot on! Also, you can get really fast answers from the customer support directly from the live chat.
Inconvénients
There is always room for improvement, but I can't point out any disadvantages right now.

A great option for planning social content
Ability to have clients approve/provide feedback on proposed posts for their social accounts.
Avantages
Love all of the features and options! I like being able to use their content calendars for both Facebook and Twitter, and being able to create our own labels ("tags") so that we can easily sort our posts. Great to be able to collect client feedback and/or changes.
Inconvénients
Have ran into a few problems along the way, which we've had to contact Support about each time. Hopefully once all of the kinks are worked out things will run smoothly for us!

Great product!
This is a great product and ill continue to use it to manage my social media accounts.

I like that I'm able to manage and schedule posts for multiple social media accounts and its all in one spot!
Inconvénients
Sometimes when I've already scheduled a post and it does get posted on Facebook sometimes it won't show up on the actual Facebook page, it'll be in the page's photos but the post won't show up on the feed.
