Formaloo has alot of features and functionalities that they do not try to hide behind enhanced paywalls. Webhooks and API access has been available for a while. As a form builder, it lets you accept payments, signatures, and files. There's little missing.

Inconvénients

Some of the more advanced portions of building out a dashboard for from your forms could be streamlined. I do follow their YouTube channel to help alleviate this issue.

This is undoubtedly a powerful software but only and I mean ONLY when it works. The potential is there but the execution and the required support aren't there yet.

The software is definitely impressive and has a lot of potential, but I would caution to only invest in it if this ISN'T a critical piece of your business operations.My Experience: 1. I recently began using Formaloo with high expectations of its ability to create powerful and useful forms. I was excited by its vast array of features and options and thought I had stumbled across a great tool. However, my excitement was short-lived as I began creating my forms. Almost every form I created had an unforeseen bug or issue. I can't even publish or use my forms because it's unusable to anyone using it. I believe the product is potentially great, but the unreliability of the forms I created leads me to suggest that Formaloo is best avoided until its buggy issues can be resolved.2. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company's customer service, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Their support system is completely disorganized and they are completely unsympathetic to their customers who are trying to get their issues resolved. The response time is also laughable at best. It's clear to me that this company does not value its customers or their time, and I would not recommend you rely on them to solve your issues.3. At 4 attempts out of 4, you've reached a familiar yet exasperating place - you've created 4 Formaloo using the platform and all 4 have considerable bugs. You wonder why you even bother. You've paid

I appreciate that Formaloo has numerous built-in templates for nearly all use cases, significantly reducing the time required to create forms. It also offers folder level access management, enabling us to share pertinent data with the appropriate individual.

Formaloo offers flexible pricing plans, accommodating the needs of both small businesses and larger enterprises.

Love the whole folder structure and how easy it is to simply put a form together and then categorize several different ones in a go

I would say the dashboard doesnt quite seem accurate, still had to use an external solution for that

It is a simple solution to create surveys and collect data in a fast and effective way. Its creation process is easy to start because of the ease of having templates already designed and you only have to ask the question. Its easy way of acquiring the results makes it possible to work on that data and analyze it better to have effective strategies.

I am a Product Designer and in every project, I have to do a ton of research and take a lot of surveys, Formaloo helped me optimize my surveys from generation to management and analysis, the best part is the automation it provides for all my survey needs. They have a lot of different features as well like the marketing suite, which helps as well for a lot of research.

The admin mode is most plans has just one access, which creates a little friction in collaborating while conducting research.

I like the mindset behind the app: take traditional forms and re-imagine how you could use the data. This is why the team bills Formaloo as a no-code builder (which it really isn't): because your form data can be piped around the Formaloo ecosystem in really interesting ways. The dashboard for managing submissions is quite impressive.

I both like and dislike the fact that Formaloo focuses on doing important things, even if they do them badly. They seem to prioritize features over flawless execution.

The form builder really does have every feature you need to set up forms to collect all the data you need in way that is unique to whatever you're using it for. I also really like the the ability to customize not only the form, but also the branding of the forms with your own domains and / or cname.I also like the fact that they put out ideas for you on their YouTube channel, to use their product in ways that you may not have thought of.

Inconvénients

The dashboard and UI are somewhat difficult to use, though once you get used to where all the features and controls are located, it's not that big of a deal.

You can have branded forms, buttons, different success messages, SMTP mails, logic, calculator, CNAME, You name it. Also, create portals with logins, not just forms. You can create contact forms, quizzes, games and more. Also, their built-in anti spam services make it a great overall product!

Inconvénients

The UXUI is not great dn sometimes difficult to use or go back or click on some sections. They mad improvements over the last year so I know they are working on this.

It is super easy to set up a survey or questionaire. Even apps for data management can be build with it.

Adapting a form to a different layout than the predefined one is way to complicated and insufficient. Also, the output of gathered data should be customizable.

One of the Pros of Formaloo form builder is that you can grant access to statistics of form responses, and even you can create client portals, internal tools for your company or business and online directories

Depending on how often you use the uploading files field, you might find that your disk space is consumed

Formaloo gives the beginner user confidence. They provide very easily customisable templates. They also have multiple templates for different purposes. I managed to create a CRM for my office. They also have an option of building an app for you.

The UI needed more improvement. It looks a little too cute to be professional.

This is just an excellent tool for creating and hosting beautiful online forms and many other features. It even has a free plan, so you can try everything before committing to a subscription. It makes my work a lot easier every day

One time they had a down-time that lasted a few minutes. I think it's important for these platforms to have near 100% uptime - frequent downtimes can cost users money (wasted ad budget)

The provided templates are great to get you started and give you ideas on how to structure a quiz. The set of usable user input controls is very rich

Providing a set of icons/cliparts to be directly insertable (esp. for quiz/survey) would be a very nice addition. Other than that, a few more font types would be nice, but that's a very minor thing.
