expensive but usually stable

a bit expensive for what I need; client's screen lags and I am often needing to reconnect because client screen freezes

Fair to Good I like that i actually login to the program I am using

Zoho Assist Review

Overall, Zoho Assist got the job done. It was a great starter tool or back up tool for remote support.

Avantages

Zoho Assist is a great starter tool to get your IT department moving in the right direction. It allows you to remote in and work on any PC on your network.

Inconvénients

The functionality is limited compared to other tools. You have to install software on the PC you are working on in order to connect. I prefer a lightweight tool.

its worth it just wish it could be billed better interms of numbers i only use it once a month or never

ZOHO Assist is going to be indispensable when it is perfect

Having only used ZOHO Assist for about 6 months, it is good. It is better than the horrendous prices that you need to pay for TeamViewer, and it integrates better than AnyDesk.

Avantages

I love that ZOHO Assist is part of the ZOHO One suite. This means that we can deploy the client to all of our support tickets. In this it integrates with the rest of ZOHO perfectly like ZOHO Desk and ZOHO CRM. It is really simple and allows us complete control over connections.

Inconvénients

The recording of the remote support does not work as much as we try. The second when connecting to a server for a client, it seemed like a memory leak was increasing the resource usage after a couple of hours. This meant that we had to restart the server and use AnyDesk rather. Not a great testimonial, but this should be easily fixable.

Great Cost, Easy to Use, Not a lot of Bells & Whistles

We do like Zoho assist, but as of right now, it seems fit to simply assisting individuals. The unattended access would be more useful with more enterprise management features.

Avantages

Zoho Assist is extremely easy to use. For connecting to one other pc to do remote support with a client on the phone, it's phenomenal. Non-tech savvy people can connect easily without questions, and the connection is always great.

Unattended access is a neat feature, and the price point is great. Plus, the best part of Zoho is the ability to integrate into their other apps.

Inconvénients

Main reason for reduction of stars is because Zoho unattended access does not really an 'enterprise' set of features. It takes longer to connect to a screen than other programs, the connection may not be a super great. It'd be nice if there were more data that can be pulled into the unattended list access, such as OS, processor, RAM, etc. It'd also be nice to select multiple devices and deploy an action (such as a reboot) to them all at once.

Zoho Assist a customer service tool that works well, when it works...

Zoho assist is a helpful tool in certain scenarios for customer support, but does have some noteworthy limitations. In conjunction with a customer service interface like zendesk, I often choose to use this over zoom since I am already in communication with customer. However, if we are scheduling a customer support session from scratch, zoom is a more versatile option

Avantages

The ability to share your screen and remotely control a user's computer is easy to do and allows for easier customer service interactions.

Inconvénients

Being able to connect with customers can sometimes be difficult because of individual user's firewall settings. Also, the lack of voice communication during the process is noteworthy as you need to use two programs concurrently to communicate with the patient. Zoom for instance can accomplish both tasks at the same time.

I recently started using Zoho Assist

Benefits of Zoho Assist include ease of use and integration options for CRM and customer support resource platforms.

Avantages

I like how easy it is to manage customer cases. The case layout is very simple and I'm able to review other Support Rep's drafts right from the case view as they edit. It makes it easy to work as a team.

Inconvénients

The sync with Zoho Assist and CRM isn't great. The duplication that occurs is not manageable, and some of the setup is difficult to complete. I didn't have a great experience with their Support Team, and in some cases I actually ended up having to explain functionality to their team after figuring out issues myself.

First Time Zoho User Experienced

It is fair but not sure if its worth the money because your limited. Any other features or functionality raises your monthly. Even increasing your storage increases your cost! So as your lists grow your cost grows. There are so many other crm's out there there must be a better one and better cost with more features available.

Avantages

The robust amount of features that they offer ! The dashboard has everything in one place. Very easy to upload and filter leads.

Inconvénients

There is an additional add on cost to use any extra features or functionality. The storage amount increases your monthly as well.

Fine, but flawed

If one is already using other Zoho products — and their suite is impressive — this could be a reasonable option, especially for occasional use. But it is too clunky to subject paying clients to.

Avantages

It is straightforward and uncomplicated, easy to sign up for, and lowcost.

Inconvénients

It required too much effort on this e part of the supported computer, including having to redownload and thus clean up multiple copies.

You can't expect more for that price.

It helped me to do my work from home (using a remote desktop) during the trial period but I am not impressed with it. There are much better and faster remote desktop apps.

I was using it as a remote desktop tool to work from home. It works well but not the best. It is easy to navigate through the app.

Inconvénients

It is not as fast as Teamviewer and its graphics have less quality than the competition.

Price is good.

Avantages

Google integration is the best and most important aspect of this software. I wouldn't buy it without this feature.Ease to get customers connected.

It takes a little too much time to get a customer connected but I'm working with it.

Good info - hard to find

Avantages

The amount of information there is available. Like the analytics feature the most.

Inconvénients

Organization of Leads / Accounts / Deals - can be confusing and the integration with the analytics side is a bit clunky at times.

Easy to use for tech AND for customer, affordable

Easy connections for remote support, fair price.

Avantages

I love how easy the software is to use for both parties, and the fact that there are multiple ways to easily get a client connected for support. Embedding the app into an existing website is a great feature.

Inconvénients

I know that the program is intentionally limited, but I do wish there were more options for technicians, or at least the ability to add more features at additional costs for those that want it.
