Okta meet all our digital identity needs so we have no complaints about it's functionality. This platform constantly updates it capabilities providing us with innovative and scalable features.

Their Identity Governance's product's features are easy to use and easy to configure. It took us only a short time to get everything setup, and we were able to do so by ourselves, mostly.

The product teams initially told us certain features would be ready within 6 months after our purchase. However, they could not live up to that promise and after using their product on ID Governance for 12 months, we gave up because critical features were not ready.

It is difficult to point fingers on anything I dislike about Okta because we have had no snags with Okta.

Okta has a single sign-on feature that help us to have quicker access to our systems by doing away the need to keep typing in the password. Okta allows us to automatically locks out any malicious sign in attempts. It allows us to set up biometric authentications that makes it easy and quick to access our systems. Okta advanced security features like multi-factor authentication help us to keep our data protected by preventing any unauthorized accesses.

Okta has given us no issues so far. It responds so well to our needs and we have not had any challenges to report.

I highly appreciate the SSO functionality. It consolidates identity management and allow us to access a wide array of portals, apps and services using a single login. Everything from online vehicle configuration tools, race tracking and heating car seats we are able to provide a consistent login for all devices. Okta also provide us with an email based OTP authentication which eliminate the need for traditional password and instead provide a quick and secure login experience. Additionally, Okta monitors our devices constantly from the moment any user logs in and ensure the device is secure before allowing the user to access downstream apps. I love that Okta has enabled us to customize our login pages to ensure consistent brand recognition. Supporting security and compliance is crucial to.our company and it ensures all our measures are up to standard

We really love Okta because it has introduced us to a new era of enhanced security, streamlined access management and 100% compliance.

At my company we use it for our SSO, being a conglomerate and having subsidiaries and related account ID's, Okta makes my life easier when it comes to logging in managing my access. Its like my personal vault. If I am logged into Okta I can pretty much login to any other apps, which I find is cool.

Inconvénients

Possibly cost is the only factor that I can think of, I do not face any other chalenges.

The first feature that I liked is the way in which Okta records any login attempt, this helps a lot since it is capable of detecting when unwanted people are trying to enter our system, this way we can be attentive to any suspicious login. Okta also throws in two-step verification codes, which are essential to maintaining security at every login. Okta allows me to generate one-time codes to log in so I don't use my default to access an account. Auth0 allows me to manage users, which helps me add or remove users whenever I want. Auth0 sends me notifications every time a user is going to access an account I receive those notifications on my mobile device and I like that because it keeps me informed of everything.

There isn't a single feature that I didn't like about Okta, it has been an extremely important platform to maintain proportional security in the login of all our employees in the company. Since we started using Okta, our login and authentication has benefited in a big way.
