What I most liked about it was it's integrity with the cloud, and was able to manage all of my devices seamlessly.

The pros are when you login you use your employee ID number form the employer and from there you'll see the tabs you need to work on.

I love how easy Okta is to use. Once you login, all the apps that you have access to are just a simple click away. It feels like an added level of security as I've tried to access some apps listed in Okta by just using the site's password and username, but was redirected to sign in through Okta instead.

Only real challenge is how often we are prompted to change our password. It can take some creativity to come up with new and unused passwords every couple months. (Although I fully understand and respect the frequent password changes as that is part of good security practices.)

Okta's ease of use and it's comprehensive features makes it our number one choice. Very flexible and automates workflows. Okta has been of great help to us due to it's ease of intergrations with MDM platforms for assessing devices. No other identify management tool that matches it's flexibility,go for it.

Okta has a very good security system like an in-built 2 factor authentication, also it has many tools which can be accessed using a single login, our organization has our own tool which we ll need to login and verify using Okta so that we have access to it so overall its a very good product with various ways to authenticate ourselves.

Sometimes the mobile app is not responsive, I think there is a need to improve that when we login through notifications the app will not sync or detect this particular login so we have to switch over to manually typing the code which shows on the app.

Single sign-on and password less login are Okta's strongest features that has integrating access across many work application software, adding extra security layers, and making the process to login easier especially when I use various type of tools for work operation. It really has making it easy to controlling user access and keep things secure from unauthorized access. Fast setup with assistance from customer support permit us to start use it in no time.

Still no option to access it from biometric of face recognition & verification. It will remove so much hassle to typing my password everything I am accessing different account. Some of the more advance tools take more time and effort to learn, but the guide documentation is complete and I can find the answer from the FAQ section.

Easy to use, browser automatically pops up prompting if I want to save my password with Okta. Push notifications 2 factor on my phone are very nice! It used to require you to type in the code, now you can use push notifications.

I only use Okta as an employee so I'm not sure how the backend is for administrators, but I don't dislike very much! It would be nice if old apps I no longer have licenses for through my employer disappeared off my dashboard

I love having all of my applications saved in one location so I can easily launch my applications without having to re-enter my log in credentials. I love that Okta saves my passwords for me and will update the saved password as needed.

There are times my Okta saves applications that I don't need or what to be saved. However, they are easily removed.
