Saving time tool for self prospecting
Avantages
Absolutely practical. It’s so easy to search and find prospects with Apollo. If you also integrate with outreach you can minimize drastically the time spent in this task.
Inconvénients
Sometimes Apollo gets dry and it can take some time for it to find new companies/ prospects. The filters could work better too.

Easy to use interface that has a high amount of the email addresses I desire.
Inconvénients
Having to unlock bits and pieces of information is a little annoying.

It’s very easy to keep track of prospects and create a pipeline for your sales machine w/ Apollo. Having everything in one place and leaving sheets behind for a specialized tool is a breath of fresh air.

Easy way for find out prospect.
Avantages
Apllo help me to finding contact information. Most of email are valid. Recommended.
Inconvénients
Overall CRM and other tools good working but customer support need to more fast solution.

Best in class
Apollo helps my team get perfect data and automate our reach outs. It is incredibly good software.
Avantages
Although the main use is to gather intel and data, Apollo has a sales enablement tool that is incredibly good.
Their support team is very fast and they are always open to suggestions.
Inconvénients
I miss a status page, Apollo doesn't go down at all, but sometimes we experience slowness and miss being able to check if something is wrong without having to check in with their support team.

Best tool to find prospect details
I have been using last 2 years and have good experienced. It's great tool to find the prospect details, quality is 100% and easy to use. When I'm not able to find prospect email ids from other sources then Apollo provide valid email id. so definitely I will recommend this to everyone. This tool is good for every organization to generate the lead and increase the revenue.
Avantages
I like very much this tool, User friendly interface and everyone can find the details easily. This tool provide email ids with accuracy.
Inconvénients
Nothing for me, but Apollo team can provide the direct or mobile number that would be great for every organization.

A fraud: Apollo is not like what they advertised themselves
Terrible! Never experience any aftersales service this bad!
Avantages
Quite easy to use, and seems to have a cost advantage compared to other software, but that's just their advertisement, not what they really offer customers!
Inconvénients
On all of Apollo's pricing pages, they advertise that when you purchase the software (any plan except Free package), you will receive unlimited email credit/month for lead generation. Only after you pay, in your account will show the notice that your plan only has 10.000 credits/month. Contact their helpdesk and they will say that due to Apollo's policy, which is stated in their Terms and Conditions, each account can only have 10.000 credits per month. Be careful when purchasing Apollo, because they feel no shame when cheating their customers, and even said that because this is their policy, they won't solve the issue and do not allow a refund. Don't even have the willingness to contact the customers themselves to give a proper apology and explanation!

My overall experience with the platform is good and I recommend this platform to other to generate leads.
