I only can say positive thing, easy to use, even the installation is easy for a non IT person.

Overall very happy with the solution and will continue to expand it across other branches.
Avantages
Simple and easy to get up and running. Great layout templates to start working off of. Support seems to be quick to respond and open to enhancement ideas.
Inconvénients
Inability to create a layout with a layout for a screen. This would be very nice to be able to keep a ticker running across a playlist.

Easy to use software with a lot of functionality
Nice product that everyone can use. Would recommend it to anybody that wan't digital signage. At a small but also bigger scale
Avantages
It is easy to use. But you still have a lot of options to do with in the software. You can make almost anything you want with having a lot of experience. Also is the support great if you need help it is easy to contact.
Inconvénients
I would love it to have streamdeck (companion) support. For example I use one setup for audio in the warehouse. I have a schedule for the radio on working time. And a jingle with its break time. But when people work after working hours there is nu audio. And I would love the option that with the click of a button you can extend the time or start the radio for some time.

Amazing platform and easy to use!

The versatility of being able to control what is shown on displays is amazing. The dashboard is very easy to use and makes it simple for every task and scheduling content.

There aren't any cons! It's honestly been a great experience and I wouldn't change anything.

Wonderfully intuitive platform
Fantastic. It has made our digital signage at school look so professional. We now provide useful information for pupils and we also use it as good PR for visitors.
Avantages
This is an incredible platform for our school signage. So easy to install and so quick to update. Functionality keeps improving and it is excellent value for money.
Inconvénients
Really not sure. There is very little not to like. The only thing possibly is I would like to know how to remove the accept cookies box from web pages that I display but that is probably my ignorance.

Yodeck tops them all
I manage the devices at our local private member club to keep members informed on all business and upcoming events. I have tried numerous other digital signage and have found this to be the easiest one to manage.
Avantages
Extremely easy interface. Very simple to schedule future events or news releases.
Inconvénients
I would like to see more Widgets or sports apps that display live scores. I know of other Yodeck users that would like to see the same.

Seamless Digital Signage Solution with Excellent Support
We switched to Yodeck from our previous provider to enhance our office digital signage solution, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The team at Yodeck was incredibly easy to work with and provided excellent support throughout the transition. Their digital signage solution was fantastic, offering a seamless and efficient way to manage our displays.
Avantages
We were particularly impressed by the extensive selection of add-on apps available, which added significant versatility to the platform. We look forward to incorporating integrations with Microsoft 365 SharePoint, VivaEngage and Teams over the coming months to further streamline our office communications. Overall, Yodeck delivered an exceptional solution with top-notch customer support, making the switch a great decision.
Inconvénients
One aspect we liked least about Yodeck was the inability to adjust the default time for uploaded content. Currently, the default duration is set to 5 seconds, which was too short for our business needs. Unfortunately, there was no way to increase this on a global level, requiring us to manually adjust the timing for each piece of content.

Avantages
The ease of deployment is amazing! I have deployed almost a dozen of these throughout our facility.
Inconvénients
Flexibility to add outside Apps and executables. Not a huge deal but a "would be nice" type thing.

Wow! Great product and great support
Product and support are fantastic. This product meets all of our needs.
Avantages
I love how easy it is to get up and running and how many features it has. The support is also awesome! I have asked questions and have answers back in less than an hour. I have brought forward issues and again the Yodeck team has been fantastic at fixing them.
Inconvénients
I would love it if more of my team members could put together content, but that's not a Yodeck problem.

Great product
We are able to communicate company events, policy information, celebrate birthdays/service awards and display company metrics all in real time. This platform is an easy avenue for communication with our employees across multiple divisions.
Avantages
I like the simplicity of the platform. I am a remote employee so being able to update 3 different Yodeck players in 3 different cities all from my computer is amazing.
Inconvénients
I did watch some tutorials on how to use the platform but mainly it was learning from trial and error. I wish there was more of an on-boarding or training platform that helped you learn and understand the platform before using it. I was mainly self taught.

Good product with many options
I think it is worth it, but I would recommend getting detailed instructions and meeting with a rep before committing. Due to the delayed response - we bought tv's that we didn't need.
Avantages
It is good to be able to use so many options such as links to internet, artwork, Powerpoint, photo's etc.
Inconvénients
The set up was much more difficult than it should have been. But I understand my situation was somehow unusual. It was also difficult to hear back from anyone for help in a timely manner. Due to the time difference in US, we sometimes have to wait overnight.

Great, cost effective digital signage platform with a generous free tier
We needed a cost-effective signage platform that did not have egregious on-going costs. Yodeck checked those boxes with its generous free tier, and the fact that the hardware was not custom (it runs off of a Raspberry Pi) it made set up and procurement very simple. Once the hardware was set up, it was a matter of assigning the schedule and content to the device and it has just worked perfectly since then.
Avantages
- The generous free tier. One screen gets you access to every feature in Yodeck.
- Implementation is easy. You just need an inexpensive Raspberry Pi.
- Customer support (even on the free tier) is very helpful.
- There is an API which allows for integrations to control the screens if needed.
Inconvénients
- Public/open API is very limited and does not have great documentation at the moment.

I enjoy working like this—simple and practical. I can do everything from home without having to be where the screen is. I really like it and can’t wait to set up more screens.

Great tool for promoting my restaurant! It works perfectly with the right devices, and updating the content is super easy and practical.
Inconvénients
Setting it up is a bit tricky at first since you have to read a lot to understand how it works. But once you do, it’s super easy. I didn’t know I needed to buy a device, but it’s definitely worth it.

Exceptional, I do my updates any time of day or night, at home or traveling abroad, as long as I have internet connection, I can upload content from anywhere!

Great tool, I love it.
It's been easy to setup, easy to create my account, I've been using a free account but I'll buy a Pro account because it can help me grow my business.
Avantages
I love that has a lot of integrations with a lot of different platforms. It's really easy to use, very intuitive, you can get your player going in less than 10 minutes.
Inconvénients
I maybe would want some other integrations like OneNote, but I can live without it.

Snagged free version to test, did everything I need pretty well. Web interface is fantastic so i can manage from phone or computer.

Easy to use tool to manage signage displays
Avantages
I like the versatility of Apps and devices that can be integrated / used with Yodeck. We can use decomissioned thin clients to get a new live as an output device for signage displays at our company. Native integrations to things like Grafana or Calendars make it easier to build layouts than embedding web pages.
Customer support (we only had to resort to them once) is helpful. We did not need to reach out more often because their documentation is detailed.
Inconvénients
The initial installation on a Linux desktop OS with Chrome was a bit hard because the provided PWA could not be automatically booted in full screen. This could only be resolved with support because it was unclear for us on how to do.

I like the ease of being able to upload photo's and easily push to screens.

It is easy to upload photo's. I have been using it for about 8 months now and have created several play list. I like that you can upload or drag photos.

All in one for relaying information
Very positive. We liked it so much at my work that we created an account and will use Yodeck to show relay information to a few hundred thousand people at a festival that I work with.
Avantages
Ease of use and customization. The ability to showcase many different forms of media to create a great and eyepopping presentation.
Inconvénients
Wish there was a way to add text to the countdown and not when the countdown is finished but the whole time to describe what the countdown is.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. It is also easy to train others.
I specifically liked how easy it was to generate a layout that included an active, transparent clock. I also liked how easy and fast it was to expand the number of screens I was displaying to.
Inconvénients
I do not have any complaints about the system itself other than as an American user, the dates and expirations are set to a Day, Month, Year rather than the American Month, Day, Year. The only other issue is to expire at a specific time of day, it is hard to identify AM/PM

Impressive for a small footprint
Well built platform; especially prebuild layouts that can be altered to fit my organizational standards; and yet look professional. Ease of use, even for a novice user.
Avantages
The setup was way easy; well build dashboard and navigations; drag and drop files and videos. I can run it on many different platform and manage it all from a single pain of glass; even for multiple locations. I used my old Raspberry pi and had it running in no time
Inconvénients
Had a small difficulty figuring out the schedule task and downtime.

Avantages
Very versatile and dynamic, usage is straightforward once you learn how to manage screens and schedules to your own liking. UX is very user friendly, and compatible with multiple/separate business units.
Inconvénients
None. Product exceeds expectations, maybe make "knowledge hub" button bigger/more accessible to encourage users to continually learn what are the optimal ways to navigate Yodeck.

Great product at an unbeatable price!
Avantages
This is such an amazing service, they give you the first screen with your own hardware for free. This alone is such a step above other services I have seen. This allows you the freedom to create and completely manage the entire system to your liking without having to pay first to get it set up. You then can purchase any additional screens you want by either utilizing your own hardware with a discount for the first year or by getting free hardware per additional screen.
Inconvénients
I have been working with Yodeck for a bit now and have not found anything that I dislike about the service or platform.

Very easy to use and inexpensive
Easy to use, decent prices, can get started with it straight away, even with a free trial to use with one screen.

Yodeck was extremally easy to use and setup in a matter of minutes, one thing that was really useful was when we ordered extra raspberry pi's the Yodeck team had automatically registered them to our account so we can get started with them straight away. We had given access to Yodeck for our Marketing department who required very minimal training on how to use it. This solution has allowed our business to advertise ourselves and make announcements throughout our buildings so our employees and visitors always know what's going on.

I haven't actually found a fault with this system so far.

Yodeck Has it All
Yodeck has fully replaced our old digital signage solution. The integration of external apps, feeds, and media make it a complete package that is budget friendly.
Avantages
I appreciate how user friendly the entire platform works. I am pretty technical when it comes to my work, but being able to show some end users how this works so that they can manage it themselves has made management of our digital signage a total breeze.
Inconvénients
I have used the player on multiple devices, and sometimes the app will require a restart after a crash (amazon firestick device) or ask if I am still viewing static content (which 100%) of the time I am still viewing.

I'm very positive about Yodeck, since it's very user-friendly and you can easily adjust it to your need. All kind of media can be uploaded and presented. Awesome tool for internal communications.

It's a very user-friendly tool that helps us to present all kind of campaigns to our employees. I always use if for safety campagnes. It's super easy to present presentations or videos.
Inconvénients
the pre supplied apps are not always what you hope them to do. For example the Google maps traffic update is not working fine. But I like the use Yodeck mainly for presenting information created by ourselves.

sometimes the scheduling feature can be clunky and there are alot of "clicks" I would also like the option to add a screen to my custom media that displays the current: time and weather/outside temperature

WYSIWYG Screen Content Manage Done Well

I love the simplicity of the publishing dashboard. You can literally work the user dashboard from concept to publishing within a couple of minutes in so many cases. I also love that updates can be done from my phone to prepare welcomes for arriving board members, surprise parties for employees who are celebrating high-year milestone service anniversaries, and even put up QR codes for pulse surveys that we need our employees to engage with immediately. Yodeck alsoo allows us to prioritize messages. It also allows us to toggle with how long we want a piece of content to appear on screen compared to another piece which can enable our employees with as much time as they need to receive the message. Multi-Location feature gives a level of detail that I didn’t even know I needed until it was presented to me. Some locations within our footprint don’t need to see certain messages, and this functionality allows us to skip publishing to their location’s device. Being able to customize what content you want to appear on screen is one thing, but the option to run a news banner, weather forecast, and the local time in the corner is icing on the cake. It makes for a dynamic experience, drawing eyes to the screen and creating an interesting and refreshing experience for our employees every time. Finally, sheduling is extremely helpful for initiatives, events and activities that are bound by a window of time, and also convenient for me because I don’t have to physically go back into Yodeck and remove the content myself. It helps ensure messages to our employees don’t get stale.
Inconvénients
Doesn’t include integrations into Microsoft 365 that we want our seamless employees to see or have access to. Also, does not use locations to auto-translate messages.

Great experience with Yodeck!
We've been using it for several years now to push content to several screens around our office. One of the main reasons we use it is to welcome customers when they walk into our lobby. They love seeing their name and the name of their company on the screen.
Avantages
We like the ease of uploading content and pushing it out to our digital signage. Being able to review the content online prior to pushing it out is a plus. I also like that I'm notified when one of my displays has lost connection. We use it every day.
Inconvénients
When slides change, there's a circle that pops up as the content loads. It'd be nice if there was a way the content could preload so it didn't have to process it every time.

Avantages
Yodeck is super easy to deploy and get set up from day one. Their customer support is amazing and helps you get any problem solved in a short amount of time. They support various devices for maximum flexibility in our organization.
Inconvénients
The media/layout editor can be annoying, and while it is user friendly, it is a bit too simple and you are better off using a PowerPoint or image slideshow for most use cases.

Great for small business!
I am very happy with Yodeck, it is a great digital signage option for our small business. It was easy to set up and start displaying messages to our customers.
Avantages
User Experience is good, easy to understand and follow. I was set up in minutes.
Inconvénients
Availability on more platforms and control. I am set up on a fire tv and the tv shuts off every two hours.

YoDeck is awesome and I hope they stay around!
It has been a very pleasurable experience with Yodeck. Uploading media, making a playlist, pushing the playlist to the device remotely, its all very intuitive.
Avantages
Its super easy to set up and the UI is absolutely excellent.
Inconvénients
Nothing. There's honestly no drawback to Yodeck that comes to mind.

Yodeck is a great value - not only the software but the Raspberry Pi players.

Review of Yodeck digital signage solution
Yodeck helped me to improve communication, benefitted me with timely content delivery and the cost effective perspective is always appreciated.
Avantages
The product was easy to use as it has very user friendly interface and helps me create good contents as well as helped me manage those contents effectively.
Inconvénients
All in all its a good bit of service however, the only downside i felt of yodeck is that it had occasional software glitches which required me to troubleshoot once in while.
