ECP est une solution cloud de DMP (dossier médical partagé) qui aide les entreprises d'aide à domicile et de soins aux personnes âgées de toutes tailles. Elle convient aux prestataires établis dans plusieurs régions et comprend des évaluations, des dossiers de soins, des alertes, des listes de tâches et des rapports. ECP est compatible avec les appareils mobiles. La solution comprend des fonctionnalités eMAR (electronic Medical Administration Record) qui incluent des alertes et des rappels pour le personnel à propos des régimes des patients. Les administrateurs peuvent recevoir des notifications lorsque les stocks sont insuffisants pour certains médicaments et comme ECP s'intègre à la plupart des grands éditeurs de logiciels pharmaceutiques, le processus de réapprovisionnement est automatisé. ECP is "User Friendly"

This is a very good, user-friendly and affordable product that has great value for the cost and good customer support. The software continues to improve and be updated per what we were promised. This is our 3rd. software in 3 years and is by far the best and a keeper.

Avantages

-Very user-friendly
-Exceptionally customizeable
-Good customer service
-Levels for types of users helps to make it easier to train on (there is not a lot of extra stuff that makes it confusing)
-Interfaces well with our pharmacy's software.

Inconvénients

-The customization process can feel daunting but is worth investing time into.
-Would be nice to have some sort of apartment tracking module (future update I'm sure : ).

Best web-based software for assisted living communities!

My overall experience with ECP has been great. Our staff enjoys all of the features available to chart effectively and spend more times with our residents and not centered around a computer screen.

Avantages

What I love most about ECP is being introduced to top leaders in the industry that developed a charting system that allows our staff to engage with our residents more within the community.

Inconvénients

What I least enjoy about ECP was them not introducing themselves sooner. ECP has allowed our staff the ability to engage more with the residents and their families within the community.

Honest Reviewer

Overall I am happy with ECP I could confidently recommend as a 2nd after QuickMAR however you are gaining on them since they got bought out by PCC.

Avantages

What I like most about ECP is the Support staff and the software is easy to navigate

Inconvénients

What I dislike the most is the way it automatically receives inventory. This creates frustrations for the facility and pharmacy because the facility is expecting things to automatically occur and they blame it on the pharmacy. For example the way it handle 2 part orders (scheduled and prn) and adding qty based on RF vs RE messages

A Bargain Product

It is ok, but a more robust program with more intuitive charting would be better. It is hard to locate information or find the correct place to document in some cases.

It is easy to set up users. Other features are ok

It is not as robust as other products I've used.

Easy to use

ECP Is a great and easy product to use that has helped this facility alot!

ECP was very easy to set up and start using in the facility I enjoy using ECP.

Avantages

I like the medication inventory which is very easy for staff to use. I also like the convenience of being able to look over multiple residents charts and information from my desk and not having to get up and grab multiple charts to clutter my desk.

Inconvénients

There are very few if any flaws at all, if something does arise I am able to contact customer support and resolve the issue right away.

ECP

I started using ECP when the idea came to fruition, our assisted living facility was the "guinea pig" for the launch so I have been able to see the ECP program grow and improve throughout the years.

Avantages

Ease of use, easy to train new staff with this system.

Inconvénients

The ECP back up is nice when the system is out but, would be more convenient if we were able to break down what we need as opposed to printing everything as it can be over 200 sheets. Also, if power is out, there is not much use for back up, unless I am not using it correctly.

My fourth EMAR and the best so far.

Smooth. Easy for caregivers to use with minimal training.

Avantages

Ease of use. Have a question? They have a video for that. I really like how I can find the answer quickly.

Inconvénients

Nothing yet after one month. We have zero complaints so far.

Make the switch!

Avantages

This product is very easy to use! Everything can be added into this program and makes it very easy to stay organized! The company is always willing to make something work to best suit our facility!

Inconvénients

The care plan was a little difficult to navigate at first but I think the quirks have been worked out!

Training, updates, customer service

Avantages

We use ECP for our eMAR, care plans, psych meds, charting, and a host of other items. Their program is user friendly and customer support is outstanding. The support team walk me through anything I do not understand.

Inconvénients

I would like to see a 'search' option for training. I sometimes spend 10 minutes or more looking for something. I would like to be able to enter a word and options show.

Technical support and follow up

We are an Assisted Living community that has been using ECP for years. We have now implemented using the ECP LEADS for our sales and marketing management and it is working wonderfully.

Avantages

Now that it has been adjusted, the ECP LeaDS IS SO eas;y to use and the features make it a great team support feature for Follow ups and marketing.

Inconvénients

I disliked that the system kept logging me out, but since I spoke to technical support they were quick to respond and solved the issue quickly.

User friendly

Avantages

The product is very user friendly, its easy to navigate and to update and add info

Inconvénients

Unable to navigate into other sections of the pt's chart while writing a note in the documentation section. At times its necessary to have access to other sections for reference. At present one is unable to do this without loosing the info written or saving and having to reopen note to edit. Not everyone in our facility has access to edit their notes.

Lots of little features that add to big savings.

I have used ECP with 3 employers now over my 20+ years in assisted livings. It has an easier set up, ability to make instant changes, and the support team is very responsive.

Avantages

Ease of setting up charting and tracking compliance.

Inconvénients

Inability to change types of incidents or add questions to incident reports and investigations.

Amazing product

It’s a 10!

Avantages

Training help was excellent but the vast resources within ECP is truly unbelievable!

Inconvénients

Too much al at once! I wish the trainers would offer more support on what/how to tackle first but continue regular training for an extended period of time to keep everyone on track!

Ease of use

Avantages

I like the medication administration setup. It is easy to use the six rights of medication with the database. I also like how I can figure out my daily tasks for the shift.

Inconvénients

I do not think any features were missing. I was able to use the software easily, as I used it before from other employers.

Excellent Customer Service

My overall experience has been very good, the customer service and help team are great.

Avantages

It is very easy for new staff to use, even staff that has never charted electronically.

Inconvénients

Our facility is geared towards mental health and it is missing some pieces that we need. That being said, ECP is very receptive to suggestions and has worked with us to develop some of the things we need.
