Ease of use. I was able to go on, pick times that were good for me and TravelPerk and my company took care of the rest. It was amazing.

The fact that the times for round trip were bundled. I could not vary my departure and my return times.

Booking is easy, everything is quite clear; had a flight cancelled for the first time recently, and the support was great!

Sometimes the loading period of each search takes a very long time to load. Sometimes I have no clue why some tickets were not visible when booking a two-way travel unless you specifically target a certain time and date for each travel date.

The company I work for has used TravelPerk and because I now travel more, they had me set up my account so I could do my own travel booking.My company has certain information I need to provide when booking and TravelPerk has specific areas for me to fill in and make it seemless for me to get all the information in.For the most part I like the simplicity and ease of using the app.

Since I've only been using TravelPerk for a short time, I haven't found any negatives to share. I like the App.

Easy booking journey. Excellent mobile iOS app with helpful notifications. I particularly like the chat feature that can be found directly on your booking, which allows the agent to know precisely which booking your have a query on. Just a super slick product.

Cannot seem to book Eurostar travel, which I was considering for a trip so had to opt for flying.

Your able to book your own flight. On the platform you can view all the various available flights and with few clicks you can book them.

Have worked close to 10y in big corporate, travelling a lot for work. We had a dedicated department just for booking and travelling but it was truly a pain to engage and very complex in general. My current employer uses Travelperk and it's beautiful. It gives you a very similar experience to skyscanner/google flights but with extra options like booking your trains and hotels. You manage everything yourself and then submit to the admins for approval. Beautiful, simple product. Love it

Maybe you can add an edit on the same booking, for example, if I reserved a flight, then I can go back to the same booking and add a hotel or another flight under the same confirmation reference.

Also, I did reserve a fair at night and it was around 450 EUR, but when you actually reserved the flights the fare went up to 490 EUR, so please make sure you book these flights on the spot somehow to reserve the avaliable fair

It's so easy to book a trip that matches my preferences and our company policy. You just put in the destinations and date range, and you get the biggest range of flight possibilities ever... The filters make it easy to narrow down based on price, time of flight, etc.

From there on you can easily add an hotel to the trip in an interface that looks like all the major consumer travel sites. For our company it's really made our life easier.

Whenever I have a problem, and I don't mean with the app, but things like getting stuck at an airport for example, the team at TravelPerk is always available to help me out, which is awesome! I've never had such an experience with any other travel company or airline before.

That I can't use it for my private trips :D Functionality is being added an improved week over week so it's always getting better.
