Entrata, overall, is very User Friendly even if you do not have much experience in property management software. It is easy to learn and easy to use!

Inconvénients

The modifications to existing leases are a bit more complicated. Perhaps a more streamlined process would be easier.

Avantages

Easy online payments for residents. Mobile website.

Inconvénients

There is always some glitch with posting rents or people have been saying they cant pay. Alos, theres no way to update residents address. We are getting a lot of complaints because of this.

Entrata is user-friendly and functions smoothly. The features offered by Entrata are enough to make it a company's only program for apartment rentals.

Troubleshooting Entrata and getting bugs fixed takes longer than expected. The software works beautifully when it is functioning properly but it can be incredibly frustrating for clients and companies alike when it isn't cooperating.

invoicing, Search function is great. I like that we can have our Entrata gurus make some changes for specific property needs.

Inconvénients

it's not super user friendly, alot of steps to do simple tasks. I don't like that you can't search for just your assigned properties batches. You have to scroll through all in the company.

It would best if Entrata would allow an administrator the ability to customize the level of access of information for its staff.

I like the functionality of everything. I believe it could be a great product but because of the limitations of the company there is a lot that is restricted that makes it difficult. Not sure if it's something that is really blocked by the company or if Entrata just doesn't offer that specific function. I learn new things every day .

Can edit the notices that are already generated. Can't upload more than one thing to the residents file at a time.

I like the ability to create financial packets and schedule reports with different options. There are a lot of features that we didn't have on our old accounting software system. We have a wonderful Accounting rep (Katie Branz) who has been awesome to work with during integration.

Definitely takes some work to get any understanding of the system. Less user friendly (set-up more like an accounting system).

I like the ease in using it. It was super easy to learn as well as navigate in my day to day work.

I have had a few issues working with lease renewals but whenever I have reached out to customer support, they are phenomenal and quick to help!

Leasing dashboard and workflow is great for tracking and following up on leads. Accounting module is very well built out as well, and has plenty of features, with more constantly arriving.

While the upgrades are great, sometimes the upgrade breaks something in the system, and a feature might not work for a day or two. Customer support seems to have gotten worse as the company has gotten bigger.

When creating a lease renewal - it automatically sends to the tenant without the chance to print and review it first. Same with the 10 day letters for Oregon. No chance to edit prior to them being generated. Also - when a lease rolls to MTM - I can not change the new lease start date - I can change on the paperwork but not in Entrata.

Having a software program that makes connecting to residents and applicants is great for on-site management. You are able to email multiple residents and sort by building, property wide or balance due.
It helps save paper for those times when property wide notices need to be distributed, instead of walking door to door.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a way to select the back button and go back to where you left off. For example, if I am sending a letter to apartment 220 and need to go back and select apartment 221, the system takes you back to apartment 100 and then you have to scroll down to where you left off. This becomes time consuming. Especially during lease audits.

The ease to post the rent in entrata to the residents account and find and correct posting errors

the difficult to do renewals manually if it has already been sent electronically to the resident and they at a later date decide to come in and sign it manually the steps to get it uploaded is time consuming

Ease of use and functions, I believe any student housing company in need of a total all around leasing product should use this one.

I dislike the updates that Entrata creates. Entrata will remove vital aspects of the program that benefit your company because they are trying to be more innovative and consequently it creates more work for the user.

Entrata keeps all of your leasing information in one place making it easy to find any and all resident information you may need

Customer support is less than helpful. If something is not working properly they generally say they are unable to fix it.

I like that it displays all prospects in one area and that it allows me to filter and sort prospects based of a variety of categories.

The main issue I experience when using Entrata is the speed of the software. Loading times are very long.

I like this software a lot, it makes my job much easier than it would be without it. The Software is very easy to use and it will send me updates through out the day of work orders that need done.

There is not much to dislike, it is by far better than any other software that I have used like it. However it could always be improved and I would need to use it for a while before I could give in depth feedback.
