Not Perfect, but Still a Great Software
Overall, my experience with Entrata has been a positive one. It's easy to use and is user-friendly. Even with the few things that I wish could change, it's been great as a whole.
Avantages
Overall the ease of use for Entrata is what I like most. When I first started, it didn't take long for me to get the hang of how Entrata works. The way everything is organized in the system as well is great and very user-friendly. The Entrata Help Center is very helpful, between the articles they have and customer support team they have.
Inconvénients
The part I like the least about Entrata is that when you're uploading documents or pictures, you can usually only upload one at a time. If it's just one or two documents, that's not too bad, but sometimes I'm uploading four or more items, and it slows me down when I'm trying to get my work done. There's also some times that Entrata is extremely slow, and it takes a long time for it to load a new page or load a document you're trying to look at or generate.

Entrata is user friendly, but still growing.
Very easy to work with. If a problem arises, the ticket team is there to help to the best of their ability and in an efficient timing.
Avantages
Very easy to use and intuitive. Corrections are very doable, and the Help desk data base is very useful for learning new processes on your own, or even requesting a meeting to clarify things.
Inconvénients
There is many quality of life items missing like consistent filtering options between different reports. There is not a place where we can put customer recommendations for the development or QA team. I have had a few technical issues that the ticket team could not be resolved beside just having our only admin person make a transaction or change, which did not resolve the initial issue of someone with the proper responsibilities being able to complete a task.

If You Want Zero Assistance and A Buggy System , Entrata is For You!
Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Again, I have been doing this for 12 years and I have never seen such a useless system with such inept 'help' staff.
Avantages
Nothing is any better about this system than any other system you would get, rather it's far far worse than you could even imagine. I've been in Property management for over 12 years and I have never seen such a useless terrible buggy system in my life. Worse though is their complete lack of interest in helping the customer and the staff's overall cluelessness in the system, their inability to read your help ticket thoroughly so they keep asking the same question you have answered a hundred times and after all the back and forth over an issue that didn't exist a day before and you have done everything exactly as you always have, they just say to start from scratch. That's their 'help' every time. Also, even if you set the ticket to 'urgent' you won't get a response during working hours, it will be overnight, so even 'urgent' matters take days to come to that 'start over' response/'fix'.
Inconvénients

I love it, and it is very user-friendly.
Avantages
The simplicity and the fact that you can learn to navigate without much direction.
Inconvénients
I would like to see a Unit mix report offered. In addition, it would be nice to see a quick snapshot of the community's performance. An example would be the occupancy, leased, trend, and trend added to the availability portion. Also, a financial box with delinquency and GPR-to-date collections would be awesome.

I have used Entrata since 2016 minus two years. I love the product over any other that I have used.
Avantages
The user friendly aspect of the platform and the amount of reporting available.
Inconvénients
It times out too quickly at times, and some of the reports do not make sense.

Great Product
I really like Entrata. It is user friendly, and it was easy to learn. I have not experienced very many issues but when I do the support team is really helpful and responds quickly. Overall, it is a great product!

I like the ease of use for most everything. Entrata is user friendly.

The transfers have caused some concerns as it was not working properly.

Best Apartment Management Platform Available
I love Entrata. It is a make or break point in regards to accepting a position as to whether or not they are using the platform. We are a 100% paperless office because of it.
Avantages
Entrata is very intuitive. I've used the main three property management software platforms available and Entrata is by far the best in regards to ease of use, options, and integration.
Inconvénients
The ability to create your own reports could use a little tweaking. It is not as easy to manage as the other parts of the program.

Entrata is great software for the maintenance side of management.
I have been using it for about a year now, and so far everything is great. It boots up fast and the interface of the program is easy to use and understand.
Avantages
I like the way the App is set up, I don't have to constantly log into it with my password each time i open it and it runs way smoother then the other companies Apps.
Inconvénients
There isn't a way to search people up in the App, I have to use the computer to look up someone's phone number for example. also, I wish that all of the history of the apartments' work orders transferred over to Entrata from the other programs we used before.

A Great Property Management Software
An overall positive experience. I find it to be user friendly and easy to navigate.
Avantages
It is easy to use, and makes it so that you only have to use Entrata to accomplish all of your many goals within property management.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of a dislike with Entrata. I have really only had a positive experience.

Amazing but complex system.
Positive. But it does take a lot of work to set it up the way you like. Usually permissions to edit are hard to obtain or take days for someone to get the help from Entrata to help change and edit things the way we like. The honeymoon period is certainly over. We can hair it efficiently but there are definitely ways it could be improved.
Avantages
Streamlines workflow and has built in app and inspections. Being able to pull reports is amazing.
Inconvénients
I would like to be able to call residents from the app on iPhone and have my number be blocked or something. There are issues with the inspections and charges that we have some across. We also have issues with the make readies being available or posted correctly in the app. I also think resident inspector should be housed in a different place than the maintenance/ staff inspections.

Very user friendly. Excited to have a PMS that doesn't take 10 minutes to navigate to one page. The reports are thorough.
Avantages
Its organization. Everything flows very well. The learning process was easy enough to understand where everything is very quickly.
Inconvénients
How sensitive the system is. Every slight lease modification requires a signed document. I am aware this could be changed in admin settings. Also, it would be super helpful if renewal was not a 2-step process. Or if residents could do their own renewal and it would be completed and sent back to staff to countersign and approve.

Property Excellence with Entrata
I really like entrata its been easy to learn and helpful with keeping up with traffic. entrata makes my day to day task easy breezy.
Avantages
easy to operate and understand. I like the fact my calls pop up on my computer screen while it ringing. multiple way to do task.

Great for Multi Family - Missing the Mark a Bit on Commercial
Mostly favorable! It's a great platform with a few bugs to work out, just like any other property management program.

Making Property Management Simple
My experience with Entrata has been wonderful. The program is easy to use, I can learn new things quickly with all of the different options for training, and the customer service is next level!
Avantages
I love how user friendly Entrata is! I utilized the trainings when I first was introduced to this program. I was impressed about how helpful my trainer was and how thorough it was. The trainer checked in with me after to make sure that I knew exactly what I was doing, and where to go if I needed any extra assistance. The customer service is spectacular!
Inconvénients
I have only run into one issue with Entrata. Several of my residents were charged extra for using a commissions based debit card not realizing that there was a difference. My issues were resolved quickly though.

Entrata is great and should be the industry standard.

I have been using Entrata at multiple properties with multiple property management firms, it really should be the industry standard with its easy to use interface and functions.
Inconvénients
Very rarely do I have any technical issues with Entrata, although the support team is the first point of contact to reach me before my in house IT support team.

You're gonna love it
Overall - love it. The Entrata team hosts regular webinars and calls for the system that are open to anyone, and are also available to help with tickets pretty quickly. It's rarely buggy for no reason - usually there is some other factor that makes sense, and it gets resolved quickly. I knew nothing when I started using Entrata, and through playing around with it in daily operations, I was able to learn a TON. Easy to find more and optimize, customize, and use the system to make the day easier.
Avantages
I love Entrata software, pretty much everything about it. It's easy to use, easy to adjust when errors occur, and super clear. It's easy to understand and navigate, and user friendly as well.
Inconvénients
Sometimes when asking for feedback, you'll essentially get spammed with requests. I don't super mind this because it happens maybe once a year for like a day, and then it resolves itself. But honestly, that's my only issue with it, which isn't bad at all and I am pretty okay with dealing with that haha.

I like how easy it is to navigate, and everything you need to work with in a daily operation can be found in your dashboard. No need to go searching!
Inconvénients
Sometimes the posting of charges or utilities do not line up on time, so there are delays in postings, which cause residents to have a residual balance after rent payments are due.

Our system syncs with Yardi so we have to wait overnight for some details to show in both programs. Our detailed ledgers only show in Yardi but we post the payments in Entrata

Inconvénients
Not being able to upload multiple documents at one time to the document tab or in an email.
