Avantages

I really enjoy the ease of use for Loomly for our business. I'm able to schedule out our social media across many channels for multiple accounts. I appreciate how I can 'set it and forget it' for the certain social accounts.

Inconvénients

The few things I struggle with the most are not having Loomly auto publish to Instagram. I understand that this is in the works and will hopefully happen soon. The other pieces are not being able to edit photos within the system such as cropping or minor adjustments to photo editing, and having an emoji feature to add to the content.

The onboarding process is highly appreciated. We took the recommendation to switch to Loomly after Fanbooster was acquired.

Edits to customized posts should show. The 6 step post creation process can be shortened and/or combined.

Avantages

Loomly to me is a well advanced social media manager because it helps me to upload custom image for each social media platforms unlike other software in this category will only allow one image for all social media selected, this has also helped me to write custom post for each social media platforms in the format they are suppose to be posted because all platforms don't work with same format, like the format you'll use on twitter is different from instagram, but other software in this category accept only one post format across all chosen social media platforms.
Loomly customer support is on point, I had an issue and they solved it without wasting much time.
Personally I feel Loomly delivers the service I paid for satisfactorily.

Inconvénients

Loomly email notification is really an headache for me, I wish I could disable it, but unfortunately there is no way to disable email notification unless I unsubscribe to the channel, actually social media app notifications is enough in this regard.

After clicking publish it takes longer time for the post to be published, I wish it could be more faster than how it is now

Enough - barely good analytics report.Easy to start using and gettiung used to it.

Not good conenction with Instagram.Calendars disconnected.Hassle to schedule posts.

It's so simple. Everything in Loomly is simple, from setting up the accounts to creating content calendars, and collaborating on their fine-tuning with clients.

Other than content calendar and functions around them it's not a very feature-rich tool at all.

- the fact that the platform helps you with ideas to create content that is relevant for that specific day or month,

- i can not post directly to instagram
- the stats are ok, but they could be a bit more detailed and they could include more comparison tools and the labels that one can use when preparing a piece of content.
- i would love if in the future we could manage tripadvisor and other review platforms
- i would love if in the future we could manage facebook events as this is something that generate the most revenue for our clients.
- I think that it is not possible to add extra accounts for a small price, instead you have to upgrade to a plan that might be way off my budget.
- i cannot upload images larger than 10mb and videos that are too large

This platform helped us get organized and get started in being more professional with our social media marketing, it does wht it claims to do

Inconvénients

We had found an alternative package that is much more cost effective for tiny companies like ours. We missed the deadline for canceling the subscription by less than 24 hours only to find out they have no refund policy, basically canceling the subscription, their policy says we can not get a single dollar refund, and we find this policy absurd, I did contact their support team to see if they are willing to refund us based on good will, however their policy clearly states that they do not give refunds. Truly dissapointed

This platform is affordable and so easy to use. It makes managing the social calendars for my clients so easy.

Inconvénients

They need to get Instagram to allow them to direct publish. Once that happens, the software will be amazing.

I switched to Loomly from another social media calendar tool because of the teamwork features, the @mention capability, and the detailed monthly reports. I really love how easy is for my team to use, collaborate on, and schedule out our posts for our social media clients.

Inconvénients

Overall, the cost is a little steep when paying month-to-month. (I had to upgrade to get the advanced reports.) It would also be nice to have a Google Chrome integration, as well as the ability to create custom reports. The biggest feature that's lacking is direct publishing to Instagram.

Ease of use. Scheduling features are flawless and easy to use.

Inconvénients

The constant bombardment of staff offering you advice and that advice popping up with no room to run it off as well as when something goes wrong with a post it's very hard to fix you just have to re-do whilst not knowing exactly what actually went wrong.

It makes it simple to manage multiple calendars, accounts, and lots of content.

There's not a great way to add or edit in bulk.

I would like the option for a customized URL shortener.
The posting limitations for LinkedIn, for example, posting multiple photos/videos are not allowed.
There is a slight glitch when loading 5MB photo images on Facebook and Twitter.

Loomly is very similar to Hootsuite as they are both social media mangers and help in posting content and making sure that posts are made consistently. What I really like about Loomly is how nice the interface is compared to many of the softwares that also serve as social media managers, such as Hootsuite. I had a great time using Loomly because it was very easy to navigate around when scheduling for content to be posted on our different soical media pages.

What I liked the least about this software is that there isn't anything particularly different about Loomly. There aren't any features that make Loomly any different from others and so I still think Hootsuite would be preferable to use as that is the industry standard.

It's very intuitive and simple to use. I like being able to schedule all in one place, so it makes handling social media across several clients and my own business easy. Having results metrics all in one place is another positive.

Inconvénients

I'd like to be able to download the calendars 'ungrouped,' so I can show clients when things posted, not when the posts were created; that's not meaningful to them. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to tag individuals on LinkedIn, not just businesses. It would also be nice to be able to group calendars together. For example, for a couple of clients, I run their personal Linkedin pages and their business pages, so seeing all the results aggregated would be helpful. Also, directly posting to instagram would help.

The application works as any content management system for social media. It's simple, great value for money and does what you want. Previous platforms are expensive when trying to integrate Instagram. For our current purposes this is great.

That analytics, even of a basic nature are not included in the entry level packages.

I've been having issues with the Facebook API not syncing with Loomly which is causing me to have to disconnect and reconnect just to publish a single post. This issue has been going on for several days, and I've been told they're working on it.

The mobile app stopped sending me notifications, so I'm missing Instagram posts I need to post manually. Hopefully someday soon it will be automated as well :)
