Avantages
It is super easy to use, helpful when I am working remote and I can still search for items in our inventory.
Inconvénients
I'm not sure if there is an option to pay yearly to save but that would be good. it was a lot of work to enter in all of our inventory so if payment ever became an issue its a pity to lose all the tracking info.

Great Product
Overall is this a great product and I would recommend it.
Avantages
Easy to set up. The history function is super useful for tracking down human error. Super easy and intuitive to use. Bulk adjust option was very helpful when we needed it.
Inconvénients
The PDF reports would be better with better cost information and cost summaries. Would be super cool if it integrated with Sage 100. Seems like the left side buttons and options could be organized and labeled slightly more intuitively.

Very easy to use! I like most that with each item we uplaod Sortly gives a serial number and it's easy to stay organized. I use it on my computer and also my phone.
Inconvénients
The camera through the Sortly app doesn't have the best quality. You can take pictures from your normal camera app and then upload it to Sortly.

Sortly - Review
Sortly is way better than how we tracked inventory before, eveything is clean and you can look up the item to see if it's in stock. if its not in Sortly then you can easily add new items. I would say Sortly is a very good inventory management service.
Avantages
Sortly is very easy to use and didn't take too long to get used to using.
I'm able to get all the information and reports I need for auditing purposes quickly.
Inconvénients
Lots of new features are in development but they will always go to the enterprise/Ultra level plans first before the mid/low tier levels get access to them, if at all.
At this point there are features I would like to use from the ultra level but it's not worth the cost of the plan upgrade

This is what I needed in an inventory app.
I've been pretty happy with it. It has pretty much all of the features that I was looking for and the price is definitely better than some of the other companies I was looking at. My biggest issue is figuring out how to best make it work for me, but that has nothing to do with the app itself.
Avantages
It has almost all of the features that I need. I was looking for something exactly like this app to help keep track of all of our inventory.
Inconvénients
I don't like that there is a limit to number of categories or total inventory pieces based off of the monthly price. I'm also not a fan of a monthly subscription - I would much rather pay for a lifetime license.

Small Warehouse Management
I have a very favorable opinion Sortly, and would recommend it to anyone not currently using any kind inventory system for tools and vehicles with inventory.
Avantages
Sortly helps keep track of tools and equipment for our small HVAC company. It allows us to keep track of inventory on multiple vehicles as well as what is in the warehouse. The ability to add pictures of the items is a great feature.
Inconvénients
When we loan out A/C's to customers, I am able to move it to a customer folder we created, and I write the customer name and job number in the notes. It would be nice if that note would come up on the screen when you clicked on the item, instead of having to look at a report.

Great software to make stock taking a breeze!
Avantages
Shortly has made inventory management so easy for us. we have had sorely for over 18 months now and it has brought great efficiency with stock management and keeping costs under control. Would highly recommend this to everyone.

Easy and effective Inventory System
Overall a positive experience - the system is useful, easy to use and does not overcomplicate a simple inventory management system as long as you are on top of your inventory.
Avantages
The interface is super user friendly and easy to navigate to get the information you need quickly.
Inconvénients
I would like more customization to made available for example when I am adjusting inventory, the options provided for reason never applies. It's usually a inventory count error or something to that degree but we cannot edit the dop down list of reasons.

Life Changing for our inventory management!
Overall very pleasant and satisfied. The system did what we needed it to do and it's very user friendly and easy to understand.
Avantages
No only is it very easy to use on both phones and computers, but the scanning options make it very user friendly and less time consuming.

The ability to organize your inventory the way you want (through folders, custom fields etc.), items can easily be found through search function (based on location, item name, photos etc.), different customized reports through applying filters, Product News tab where users can make suggestions and are up-to-date about the newest additions, friendly and fast customer service

Sortly is easy to use, easy to adjust quantities and upload new products to the inventory. I like that any member of my team can log on and adjust quantities / see what stock we have. I love that you can export it to a spreadsheet

Sometimes you can get a little lost amongst it - would be nice to have it all laid out in a spreadsheet to get an overview but you can do that which is good

I love sortly and I am so glad I discovered it!
Avantages
There is a very minimal learning curve, unlike other inventory tracking systems you can pick it up in less than an hour. Not only is it user friendly the customization options are exactly what I need! This allows me to add all of the information needed without having to cram it all into the notes section.
Inconvénients
I wish there was an integration for Shopify. As we use sortly to manage the inventory of our online store as well I would prefer to use Sortly soley for that purpose and not have to manually track the inventory in shopify!

I am happy with Sortly and have customized it to meet my needs.
Avantages
The ability to customize fields, import data and access your inventory data from your mobile device makes Sortly the best choice for my inventory data management.
Inconvénients
I use Sortly for my home inventory so I have a lot of items but not necessarily a lot of each item and my inventory numbers don’t change much. As much as I love Sortly, it is not necessarily designed for this so it can be a little awkward.

The ease of stock control make using Sortly a breeze. It has allowed my company to take control of stock levels. Since introducing Sortly, we have had many good reviews from other members of staff.
Avantages
Since using Sortly, I have really been impressed by the accuracy and ease of keeping track of my companies stock. It has saved a lot of time and money using this software.
Inconvénients
Since using Sortly, I haven't came across any issues. I have only used it for stock control and haven't used any other feature like the barcode/scanners. Therefore, I haven't had any issues.

Inconvénients
It costs extra to use a barcode scanner. Would make things easier to use a scanner in the inventory room but its not worth the added increase to yearly fee. We just leave an old cell phone in the room instead. Sometimes search doesn't work well or an item scanned says not found but it's rare

Overall SORTLY is very easy to use. I would recommend it to any small to medium-sized company for their warehouse/inventory needs.
Avantages
Sortly helps our company identify similar-looking materials, it helps us know when we are almost out of high-volume items, and it helps us know where in the warehouse each item goes after something has been taken out of inventory.
Inconvénients
The creating, saving, and printing of QR codes was difficult to understand, and is still not the easiest process to master.
