We made the right choice with CloudTalk
Our general impression of CloudTalk is quite positive and are so far very happy with the switch. I would recommend CloudTalk to any business looking to solve all things business phone related.
Avantages
We were looking for an alternative for quite some time and there were multiple options that popped out after a quick Google search. We decided to go with CloudTalk and can now confirm that it was the right decision. Call quality is superior and we are not locked in with an annual contract so our partnership feels much more flexible.
Inconvénients
We would like to see more integrations coming in in the foreseeable future

Simple cloud phone system with a reasonable pricing
Using CloudTalk as a could-based phone system for our sales and customer support.
Avantages
1. Providing local phone numbers in our country (not many competitors do that) for a reasonable initial payment and monthly fee.
2. Overall reasonable pricing.
3. All features we require were available in the basic plan.
Inconvénients
1. Mobile app functionality is a bit outdated
2. Interface could be more intuitive
3. Outbound calls are expensive in our region (though this is typical for all products on the market)

I had a sad experience with them. I did set up a trial perioad for 14 days. After 2-3 days I payed for esential plan ($30 /month). After another 2-3 days I discover a that on expert plan ($20 extra/month) it has one task that I might be need it. I asked them if they can let me try it for few days, considering that I still have free trial perioad. And they told me NO! Once you sign in we cant let you try anything for free. They reather lose a customer for $10 ..... very sad!

Simplicity and efficiency
Avantages
The simplicity of executing what is proposed with Cloudtalk is the strength of the tool. It easily meets the requirements for my day-to-day life, as well as offering additional resources that follow the same trait of simplicity and agility. In addition to having a very supportive support team, which only reinforces the efficiency of the platform.
Inconvénients
I just believe that, as a proposal for improvement, two points would be interesting: Localized support (by country) and the possibility of creating a caller ID. The latter, at first can be an obstacle.

Very easy to use.
In easy terms is good and better if you use a monthly fee.
Avantages
We have an integration with HubSpot and I can call straight from our CRM. It's very convenient because I can call from CRM, in my computer MacBook Air and with my Samsung Note 9, so is compatible with almost any ecosystem . Any call is tracked and recorded, so we have almost all the information updated in the meantime you talk with the customer.
I Highly recommend it.
Inconvénients
We have the version of payment by recharge and not by plan, so I think that the plan or monthly fee must be much better in terms of how the minutes of calls are consumed.

A Good All-rounder
Avantages
I really appreciate the ability to listen back to my calls. I also enjoy the functionality of forwarding calls to cellphones. On top of this, I really enjoy the user-friendly interface, and how cloud talk also has a great mobile app which can be coordinated with its desktop applicaiton.
Inconvénients
I find the lack of international use (calling foreign numbers), and certain restrictions on this front without an administrator modifying the settings quite frustrating when one works in an international business environment.

Intuitive platform
We're solving the hassle of having to worry whether our costumer gets a good experience or not. We know that someone is going to be available on the other end. That's a huge plus for us.
Avantages
We're able to implement this software within minutes and it just works. The design is very intuitive for us as a team.
Inconvénients
The iPhone app could use some more features in my opinion.

Highly Effective Low Cost Softphone for International Calls
I have been using Cloudtalk for a good quarter now and I am pleased with the service. The call rates are extremely competitive and I like the simplicity of the tool. It basically provides a simple softpad phone to make lots of quick-fire calls and I like the fact that they are recorded and logged - Perfect if you want to forward a copy of the call to a colleague or simply listen for your own benefit to extract some details - I like the fact there is a phone app too - useful if you are getting call backs if you are out of the office or away from the desk top app. Finally if you are patiant, then it integrates nicely with PipeDrive and provides lots of useful metric for senior management - a good all round tool
Avantages

- Very cost efficient
- Simple but effective dashboard with just want you need and not overkill of features that most people wouldnt need
Inconvénients
Sometimes you have to be patiant for the softphone to appear before you can dial out from your CRM system but it's nothing you cant live with.

Excellent Cloud Base Phone System
Cloudtalk gave us full flexibility over our incoming phone setup. We can easily switch between mobiles, computers, etc wherever we are and it connects with our CRM, so all calls our tracked and connected into our other workflows.
Avantages
I was very impressed with the customer support we received from Cloudtalk. From our first contact to the porting of our number (the reason why we had to leave our previous provider) went fast and smooth. It has all the functionalities you'd want from a cloud based phone system.
Inconvénients
If you're new to a cloud based phone system, the setup can be a bit confusing and the guiding documentation is quite complex.

Great call centre software for sales activities
We use it for outbound and inbound sales. Our organization is data-driven, all calls are tracked and recorded, hence we have all data we need to track our sales activities. Cloudtalk is integrated with Salesforce which is also very convenient. Furthermore, we have different phone numbers for different regions that we are targeting.
Avantages
Software is extemely convenient and very easy to use. I have it integrated with Salesforce, as an app on my computer and as an app on my phone. Thus, calling is super easy with this software.
Inconvénients
Currently, I did not face any problems with this software. We looked for other alternatives and it was the one that fit our needs. We'll see how it goes when our team will grow.

Easy to implement and use. Affordable for startup as well. Great customer support.
Avantages
CloudTalk is in my opinion good value for money. It has nicely done phone features, simple UI which is easy to navigate, and various integrations which you can use without any coding knowledge. Customer support is also very good and responds pretty quickly. High quality of calls, service and customer support for a reasonable price.
Inconvénients
Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome.There are only four packages to choose from without the possibility to use per user billing.

Not What I Thought It Was
Avantages
It’s great on paper, but the service hasn’t worked for the last two weeks. Quite disappointing.
Inconvénients
Customer Service inefficiency to resolve an issue. Can’t call out or send text messages.

Easy to start off and get it to the team. Easy for users to understand and use it. Overall my team was able to outbound and inbound calls on their programs.

Smart solution on cloud-based platform
Personally, as long as the software works, I like the interface of the solution. Easy to use and monetization of our calls is a big advantage. CloudTalk helps us with customer satisfaction, as well.

saves time for me and my reps, the integration with Pipedrive cuts down on sales admin and makes calling effortless.
Inconvénients
If you don't have a good wifi connection the call quality suffers which can be problematic, you are also encouraged to use wired headsets as wireless headsets don't work as well.

Overall Cloudtalk give us all the functions we need, but some features are not really looked after, like the App for example.
Avantages
Customer support helped us a lot in getting a German mobile number, which was quite hard to get with the competitors. Cloudtalk has all the functions we need to stay in contact with our clients.

The App is quite basic and has a lot of bugs, would love to see it updated.

Works well. Overall it is a great call center solution for a fair price.

It is very easy to configure, the interface is very simple with clean and straightforward design. It has impressive sound quality and solid amount of integrations for all major tools.
Inconvénients
Apart from small hiccups while installing some integrations there is nothing really to dislike. Their support is very responsive and we were able to resolve all issues.

Overall I had a positive experience. Cost fits our budget. It has all the features we needed. Number porting experience was great. The customer service for porting was great.
Avantages
Cloudtalk was pretty easy to set up once I got in. Very easy to set up the flow of how you want calls to be taken.
Inconvénients
Had a few teething issues with getting started. There is a verification process. I don't mind verification, just wish it was made clear on the website. Website needs a 'how to get started' or 'how it works' page/information.
Also, had some confusion over voice recordings that you can add - says it's available for Starter but it wasn't and had to upgrade to Essential.

I like mostly the international set up with available number globally. We use it in Norway, Sweden, Germany and now even Russia.

Purchased for the Pipedrive Integration
I am happy with the ease of use and definitely prefer using it over a phone. Creates a more streamlined sales process.

I went with Cloudtalk because it was one of the few services that allowed integration with Pipedrive. The integration is great because we can see the names of the clients calling us as well as quickly call clients from within Pipedrive. Calls are also logged so we can see if we have spoken to particular clients on the phone.
Inconvénients
Because it relies on an internet connection, there is sometimes a lag in the conversation or trouble connecting to people.

Great System for our Small Startup
CloudTalk is a much more affordable system that can get small businesses setup quickly and using the phone system. Although their staff is on a different timezone than the US, they are timely and responsible.
Avantages
CloudTalk is a simple to use system that works. We've gone between RingCentral and FreshCaller and unlike these companies, CloudTalk doesn't force you into a contract. We're looking forward to all of the new updates that CloudTalk is releasing Q3!
Inconvénients
CloudTalk currently does haven't SMS or a phone App which makes it inconvenient for people who have a lot of inbound activity. But these features are in the works and around the corner.

Overall Good Experience and Good Product
Overall it was a good experience. Initially we were told that few features will be available in our purchased plan. Although we paid for them they were not enabled. When we raised the issue to the sales person they fixed it.

When a user locks his PC system does not show him as unavailable. He needs to log out from Cloud Talk first and then lock his PC

What I like most is the user interface. It is intuitive and self-explanatory. As a call center agent, you don't need a lot of training and can get started immediately.

When importing the data, it was a little stuck. But the error was quickly fixed by the support.

CloudTalk has allowed us to implement a professional call handling capability for very little outlay. It also allows us to scale and expand simply, and work from anywhere in the world.

I love the way you can use a visual tool to plan exactly how you want the system to handle incoming calls. Also the integration with our CRM system was surprisingly easy to enable.

I wish there was more ability to choose from a selection of incoming numbers, but I ended up getting a great number. And they offered a path to change the number if I wasn't happy with the assigned number.

Helpfull application for sales development
The SDR takes a record of te phonecalls and when we have a client further is the sales process the account manager can easily listen to the record and know exactly what is said. Also we can use the records for learning development en onboarding.
Avantages
I'm really happy with the cloud talk phone. From your desktop it's so easy to call al prospect/client. We also use this with the API with Pipedrive, so we see directly all the history. So easy!
Inconvénients
The API with pipedrive the records are not always displayed. and the connection is an issue. sometimes the phone conversation is really bad

Really easy to use calling software for everyone!
Very good so far. The sound quality is good, the handling very easy so it does what it has/should do!

Reliability. When the Computer is in Stand-by mode and restarts again i also have to restart the software otherwise i get error messages when i want to make a new call. I guess this could be easily solved

Good support team and great insights and data
We've been able to centralise all our phone systems - our company all work remotely (across 7 countries) so it ensured we could keep costs down but be visible on the same number.

- software is obviously using the internet so if you have a weak connection then your calls will drop out

No landlines needed it is good to use with headphones and PC
I can do uncountable calls a day with one account and several agents.
Avantages
It is perfect to call, leaving a trustful record of calls and follow-up cases; it is possible to connect to your CRM so that you can link calls to clients. After proof cloudtalk, you won't try traditional calls ever again.
Inconvénients
In the beginning, it could be challenging to configure the software; you will have to request a support call.

Avantages
The software is good all around.
The UI for both the desktop and the phone looks and feels good.
Inconvénients
Can't create a Airbnb account using this phone number. As a Property Management company this would help. But we found a workaround.

It does what I need it to do with a fair price.
Inconvénients
I'd like the ability to see a more focused view on users tagged. For example, if I tag a user as "interested" - I would like to be able to filter out all of the people who aren't interested so I can just call those who I know I have a chance with.

efficient customer support
Avantages
Easy and intuitive user interface with efficient customer support.
They helped me setting up the system and understanding the product.
Everything went smooth.
We are using CloudTalk to enforce our chat support, and to provide high level support to our customer.
Inconvénients
They need to improve the payment methods (actually you can pay only by Debit or credit card).
And IVR managment page is not yet implemented, but I'm confident they will add soon everything in place.

Avantages
one pro that I like is that I can contact one of my employees by using cloud talk before transferring a call to them.
Inconvénients
the only downside right now is that i still have one number that hasnt transferred over from the other system so i am having to use two platforms. Other that that cloudtalk is great.
