Organimi est un outil basé sur le cloud utilisé pour créer et partager des organigrammes. Cette solution peut être utilisée par des organisations de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs. Pour commencer, les utilisateurs peuvent télécharger un fichier Excel/CSV avec une structure de reporting organisationnel et des contacts ou créer manuellement un nouveau graphique en faisant glisser les employés depuis l'outil Member Roster dans Organimi. Cette solution inclut des tableaux de photos et agit comme une base de données partagée des coordonnées des employés pour rationaliser la communication entre les équipes.

Easy to Use Org Chart Tool
Avantages
This tool is simple and easy to use. It allows me to create a basic org chart, allow other administrators to access, and to share with non-administrators. I was able to upload my current employee roster and easily create jobs, structure, and assign individuals to roles. Our organization has multiple companies, products, and departments and the tool allows me to easily reflect that in the chart.
Inconvénients
I would like to be able to keep a history of previous org charts within the tool. This either does not exist, or I haven't figured out how to use this feature.

Organimi has been a great org chart tool for our medium-sized business!
Avantages
We have found Organimi to be really easy to use - adding and removing employees is a breeze, uploading pictures and contact information is customizable, and reconfiguring the charts to reflect our constantly evolving organization is quick and foolproof. We were previously using another software that was clunky and time-consuming so this has been a great way to keep our organization's structure up-to-date and visible to everyone.

Avantages
it's a great tool for new hires to understand whose who in the company. It helps explain who does what in an organized way.
Inconvénients
I have experienced many glitches with the software which means updating it is sometimes impossible and makes the tool's usefulness obsolete.

Would Recommend, and Have Recommended
Overall, I would recommend Organimi to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and modern-looking organizational chart software. Our org charts even impressed our board of directors, which is high praise.
Avantages
I chose Organimi over the other org chart softwares for its aesthetics, ease of use, and because it had all the features we were looking for: photos, color coating, flexibility with formatting, ability to create infinite charts, and easily creating new charts using staff information that was already entered into the database. It's easy to use, easy to figure out how to make changes, and looks great.
Inconvénients
One thing I did have to go out of my way to do with all the charts (which in our case, we printed out multiple charts to be presented to the board of directors in their materials) was before saving as PDFs, I had to uncheck the Organimi watermark and page number as they are added as defaults, and add our own logo to each, as the logo size was not standardized, but instead was small, medium, large, etc., in relation to the chart. If the charts were different sized, the logo size would not be standard across all the charts. I had to edit them in Adobe Acrobat to make our details more uniform.

I'm in the midst of a restructuring and it's helped me keep track of frequent changes.
Avantages
The best thing about it is how easy it is to set up in the first place. I was up and running so fast. Making changes is very easy too (though I think it could be even easier!)
Inconvénients
Printing and exporting options could be a bit more varied and easier to figure out. I also find that moving people around is a little irritating. I have to click more times than I would like. Mobile experience could be a bit better too.

Great for Org Mapping in Sales
Avantages
Organimi was simple to use. I liked the ability to drag cards around and rearrange them as well as the LinkedIn integration. The different views are helpful for whether you want to focus on specific types of roles or just collapse it all into an easy to follow list.
Inconvénients
The LinkedIn integration for some reason doesn't always work very well. I also found myself wondering if other people were creating org charts for the same companies and, if so, why not allow me to view or buy access to updated, accurate org charts?

Useful but room for improvement
Overall positive but I do think they should make it a bit more user friendly. Not exactly simple to figure out.
Avantages
Convenient. Browser-based. The chart creation is pretty simple. Best of its kind for a good price point.
Inconvénients
It can be a little confusing to figure out how to establish roles that are transferred to the chart.

Dependable and Easy to use
Avantages
Simple import. Lots of flexibility in laying out teams and different structures. Ability to share with others is useful.
Inconvénients
It doesn't integrate with other directory systems. It would be nice to see integration with Confluence of O365 to allow for one-stop management of employee profiles.

Great Org Chart program
Overall this software has been a game changer for the organization I work for and Organimi has been very responsive with any questions or help I needed in getting set up.

easy use , but not enough function. need to pat more for upgrade.

Cant print with right scale at right size paper.

Organization Charts
This helps our executives and worldwide teams with knowing who we need to reach out to for a specific problem. We also use Organimi as a directory.
Avantages
I love how easy it is to move employees around. This is nice when we have people promoted or new positions created.
Inconvénients
I can't think of anything that makes me dislike the software. If there is, it would be small things that don't stick out to me.

Organimi is a functional, easy way to produce and update our organizational charts.
Please see review.
Avantages
Organimi provides me with an easy way to produce organizational charts and make amendments as needed. We are a growing company, and with new changes to roles/departments every month it's great to have a concise place to update charts quickly.
Inconvénients
There are typically some hiccups when it comes to changing the style of the org chart, for example it will make my customized layout the new default whether wanted or not.

Not a bad foundation, but does need a few tweaks and updates. I found myself frustrated often.
We were able to create a "skeleton" of an org chart which we then took and customized elsewhere. I do not believe we got our money's worth out of the software, but we were not left with nothing.
Avantages
I like that it is a cloud-based system and that the software is "smart" enough to assist when adding boxes, etc. I also like the price point.
Inconvénients
I do not like that the LinkedIn and other "integrated" features are not fully integrated just yet. I reached out to customer service and was informed that these features are not integrated due to a LinkedIn issue... but if that is the case, why advertise the integration? We wound up wasting money on this software because of things it promised and could not deliver.

Good product, not so intuitive
Avantages
I like the drag and drop feature making it easier to move the team around when simple changes need to be made.
Inconvénients
It's not very intuitive and a bit confusing when trying to setup a group with the same title. When a team member has changed roles and is no longer in a shared role, you have to delete them before restarting a new role for them. It would be much simpler to be able to just update their title and be able to drag them out of the grouping to the position where they are now needed.

Lifesaving organization chart builder!
This app has provided me a bigger (and organized) picture of how my company has grown and continues to expand, I appreciate the easy of use of the interface.
Avantages
I started using Organimi to create and keep an updated organization chart for my company. What I like the most about is how simple you can update or add a new position/member and keep everything organized and accessible.
Inconvénients
This has been a lifesaver, I recommended this to must of my clients with big companies that still had their org. chart in paper, a nightmare they shouldn’t be having now.

Great for basic org chart
Just needed a basic org chart for company with about 130 employees, uploaded a csv and I was good to go!
Avantages
Very easy and intuitive to use. Interface is easy to understand and easy to get from list of employees to finished org chart.
Inconvénients
Would have liked the ability to manually adjust the org chart after it is generated.

Great tool!
Overall the experience has been amazing and customer service has been great!!
Avantages
Our team had many different org charts floating around and we needed a centralized place to view them all. This is an amazing tool for our teams to use one place of access for all our org charts. We are even able to capture people’s information and send it to the appropriate people when needed.
Inconvénients
Only feature I don’t like is that you are unable to stack single and shared users in the org chatt

Good Org Chart Platform
Customer support is good and in general this is a good org chart platform.
Avantages
I really like the drag and drop functionality of this platform. This platform also has a easy to use import feature that is more intuitive than others I have used.
Inconvénients
If you have a larger org chart of more than 50 people it can be really challenging to print anything where you can actually make out the icons for each individual contributor.

I would say the easy to look at interface and overall user experience. From a managerial point of view it is definitely useful when trying to show how the organisation flows throughout all departments.
Inconvénients
Some of the features I wanted to use did not have obvious access and I had to spend some more time to find them than I would have liked.

Very difficult interface. I had to give up on the product.
I didn't get benefits as I invested a lot of time setting it up but ended up abandoning it for usability issues.
Avantages
Web-based was great. I like how it could be published to a website. I like how certain parts could be shared.
Inconvénients
Poor interface; couldn't get customer service help. I had trouble finding clear instructions on how to use.

User-friendly for the non-techie
We are using Organimi primarily as a way for our decentralized staff (schools) to identify and find people and functions to support them in the centralized office (school district). It's easily updated, and matching faces to names is incredibly helpful.
Avantages
As someone who is not techie and whose primary job is not technology, I find Organimi intuitive to use and visually accessible. I love the photos and LinkedIn connection features.
I like that I'll be able to embed the org charts in our website and our staff can use it as a Yellow Pages, as well, because of the function descriptions.
Inconvénients
I am new to the software, so I may have yet to discover that this capability exists, but I wish there was more room for differentiation in a shared role. For example, we have several people in the role of Head Custodian. It would be great to be able to offer a secondary description of what facility they serve.

It's very attractive, the results are stunning.

I wish the support documentation was more complete. I spend a while looking for an answer about a specific task (a fairly common one, I would assume) and never really found a satisfactory answer.

Nice tool for the price. Beta versions add needed features but also come with quirks.
Ability to create and update org charts more quickly than with other diagramming tools.
Avantages
I like that Organimi is targeted squarely at org charts and not trying to be a does-it-all diagramming tool. This makes creating and updating org charts quicker than the alternatives.
Inconvénients
Stability issues make using the tool difficult. I tend to use the betas because they are so much better and sometimes my changes fail to save or charts get messed up.
