Multi vendor feature is missing. A feature to add a car to a person/company and can be managed by that external person/company would be great.

What I like most about RentSyst is that I have access to the platform from both mobile and tablet/laptop but also the fact that we can digitally sign the rental contract on the tablet or on the client's phone.

having over 15 years experience in this business and having worked with different car rental programs. I can say now that RentSyst is the one I like the most. It's easy to use. It's very easy to learn. especially for those without any former experience. I recommend it without any hesitation. For those who were used to work, like me, to other more complex programs, RentSyst is surprisingly easy to work with and very effective.

I don't know ?! maybe the "view info" from the "timeline" sheet. I would prefer the customers phone information on it too.

I don't know what's best: if RentSyst's Wordpress plugin, which is SO EASY to implement and no code needed... or RentSyst's amazing support team. The support team always replies within less than 2h, they are friendly and they actually solved the issues we were having within a very short period of time. I have to say that this was the best customer support I had in years!

I'd be amiss if I failed to mention the pre-populated templates and easy-to-follow onboarding. RentSyst was able to make onboarding a new client very easy and fast, regardless of the customer's experience handling tech or software solutions.

Inconvénients

Hard to say. It would be great to have more independence to style the different templates available. But this is really minor - I believe RentSyst has a great product, which makes onboarding to the platform very, very easy.

Definitely the point that you have direct contact with a manager defined my process of integration in positive way. Very fast in response and very reactive to action.

One thing that really annoyed in integration process was the big gap in time difference between Auckland and Europe. However I managed it by my schedule.

Would like an option for clients to be able to see openings so that they could adjust their reservations accordingly to eliminate open gaps between reservations. Would like to be able to print the calendar view in full.
