Avantages

I think once you learn all the features and products of the Coastr system then its a developing and exciting product that becomes easier to use and manage. I am still far from knowing all what the system can do and there is regular updates which offer more to both me and the customer.

I have received hours of help from [sensitive content hidden]. These two people inparticular have been incredible and gone far beyond the level and time of help any user should need. I often e-mail or call when I have an issue and it gets resolved extremely quickly, often with advice and set out points in how to resolve the issue myself the next time.

I can honestly say the customer service I have received from these two people have kept me using the system.

Inconvénients

I think for my particular business with less customers but more long term contracts and high number of vehicles per customer it became harder to set up as I wasn't able to attach any initial phots to the bookings. This obviously makes life difficult when they come back and there is damage however I understand the reasons behind this. Everytime a new booking is made the process is simple and effective. I also really wish they could link PCN (penalty charge notices) to the site.

I like that they have thought about making it easy to use but have all feature the features other leading rental software platforms.

Can't say there are any as they always take on and feedback and suggestion and implement in a short time.

Great customer support to help you through the set up process. The software covers a lot of basses so will fit lot of different turps of setups.

Some areas can be confusing to use but the support team is very responsive and helpful.

The product is easy to implement into my day to day business. The fact all of my day to day softwares such as billing, vehicle tracking & inventory is all in one software which reduces my cost and run the business knowing I am only dealing with one company who is providing all of these services for a small fee.

Inconvénients

As I am a mobile company I may not have my desktop with me at all times and may need to process a booking from my mobile app which I believe they will be implementing this year.

Takes time to set up but is fine once all the hard work of initial input is done.

Time saving and all the information that can be collected and accessed with ease is priceless.

In the app when booking back in there is no reference to the miles out and miles back in , would be good if you could have this set up to take payment for excess mileage directly on the app and print receipt .

I have not experienced anything I do not like about the software as of yet.

The wholes system is very easy to use and I would definitely recommend this system to other rental firms.

There is nothing to dislike. I feel Coastr have identified pitfalls from competitors software to offer a slick system that is always evolving in new technology.
