If you want to offer online booking for your rental equipment. This is definitely the best...

Avantages

Easy to use, easy to setup, good value! Continued improvements

Inconvénients

At first, it didn't offer the ability calculate the ski DIN. I was pleasantly surprised when they added this.!

Best customer service out there

We have been very happy with our journey with Rentle. Most of the features we didn't have when we started is actually allready now part of the software. We really like working with a company who seems to care about their customers needs!

Avantages

Rentle is easy to use, does the job well and in case something goes wrong, the customer support is there for you, usually in minutes (if not in seconds!).

Inconvénients

Website integration is not quite ready yet (july 2020 but what I've heard quite a few different options should be there before end of summer 2020.)

Streamlined and organised

All the team have been very helpful helping me build my online shop initially and creating an inventory. There is no such thing as stupid question and even for me, an IT novice it was easy to set up.

Avantages

Very easy to use and has made the business more efficient.

Impressive Rental Software

The Customer Service of this product is fantastic. We have a very specific product that we're renting out in a very specific way, so we know we're not the easiest customer, but Rentle is very open to every question and is always thinking together with us for a solution.

Avantages

You can create ghost products (that use the same inventory), you can add service time, choose the rental duration, start dates, extra rules when rentals should be made and that for each category. Those were all impressive features that we really need

Inconvénients

Setting up the rental shop for the first time is a steep learning curve, but once you've got the hang of it, it is very easy to use. There are some other details that you need to set up beforehand because changing afterwards isn't easy, but the Customer Service and the openness that Rentle has makes it an always evolving product.

Great rental software and great service

Overall Rentle has been great to use for my business. There has been some issues for me integrating the software to my website, especially as it's the first website I have built, but whenever I encountered an issue Rentle helped fast and efficient. The updated features are great and they are constantly working to improve their service all the time.

Avantages

The various 'blocks' are a great choice of features to customize your online store.

Inconvénients

Setting up pricing templates with an awkward hourly timescale, as I don't have normal 24 hour booking rental periods.

Fast deploy solution

Overall we have seen beneficial to use Rentle, a way more cheap than the other if your business is smaall

Avantages

Easy to manage if all rentals are done with Rentle. Customer support has been excellent.

Inconvénients

If some rentals are for some reason done outside Rentle, it is not easy to manage those without making the reservation with Rentle (and paying the comission). Location management / shared products could be better.

Great rental software!

Compared to reservations that we have before (we used to take reservation via email and phone) We get huge growth in reservations after we started to use Rentle software.
Rentle also make a good rental experience for the customer (instore and online) and that is really important for us.

Avantages

It is really easy to set up and use.
Improving constantly by user feedback.
Helps managing rental inventory. No double bookings anymore.
Superb online booking capabilities.
Cloud based operations, works in any device that have web browser.
Really good customer service.

Inconvénients

Some of the functions are a bit slow at time to time. For example inventory availability updates when making a new rental or reservation.

Was searching for a bike rental software

rentle is easy to set up and can be testet for free. it works nice.

Avantages

Was was very easy to set up and put in our wordpress website with a plugin.

Inconvénients

You test rentle for free, but not with all functions. it would be easier to choose rentle if you could test all funktions.

Pricing model works very well for me, as I am a startup. The transaction based pricing will go up as my business grows, which is fine for me.

Inconvénients

Translation to German is sometimes a bit "rough", but team at Rentle is open for suggestions.

I had a look at several other companies, and have also started a trial with booqable. I like the interface from Rentle better, Rentle seems to better cover my core needs, and as I am a startup currently the transaction based pricing model of Rentle is better for me.

Rentle review for a small sound equipment rental

Avantages

What I love is UX it creates for my customers. It's very straight forward, functional and minimalistic and I think that is my clients are looking for. What I also really love is that I am able to create quite complex rental store with functional stock availability system, complex pricing etc. just on my own, without any previous experience with doing anything similar!

Inconvénients

There are few things I am missing but the customer support is awsome and I can see how the product is being developed very fast - so It s already really cool, and I really believe it will develop its potential further.

Great online rental booking system

Avantages

Very easy to use and integrate to you own webpage. Very helpful customer service. Overall very happy!

Inconvénients

Contract management missing. I would love to get feature to save rental contacts into system. Also would be superb if someday there is example integration between Rentle and Adobe Sign for automated rental contracts.

Intuitive and easy to set up

We have a furniture rental business. And Rentle helped us integrate the sales part of the business with the operating side. I found it extremely intuitive and easy to set up with a nice and clean (modern) user experience. Also, the dev team delivers updates regularly. Making it better as you go.

Inexpensive, Amazing customer support and ease of use!

Features will take time to develop, because it's a startup. However, they are agile and will add features customers want!

Good system

Working well and developing all the time. Customer service via chat is really helpful.

Connection between the Rentle and our ERP system would be great so that we wouldn't neet to do the booking or stock handling in two different places.

Very good experience so far

Still early in the process but Rentles support and willingness to get things done is great!

Avantages

Rentle is very intuitive, easy to use and has bunch of functionalities. You're good to go very quickly.

Inconvénients

Tricky to suggest an alternative location for a customer that is looking for a specific product in network of multiple near-by locations. If the location preferred by customer has no inventory, by default customer needs to check other locations manually.

Excellent. Highly recommend the team and the product.

Customer Support was phenomenal! We were walked through everything. The system is pretty easy to learn, and has been very effective.

Rentle Usage

Avantages

I like how this is the only Rental software that has a FREE subscription option.

Setting up your store and product is very easy and straightforward.

Inconvénients

It does not have the best integration with WordPress iframe. Customers are still able to make purchases but I am having trouble getting my shop to view as a full screen on my WordPress site.

love it, so far, looking forward to using it more.

Avantages

inventory management is what I needed, Rentle was easy to setup.

Inconvénients

the interface could be more modern, with simple auto add products and self generating code

A great service

Rentle has been super helpful, any times I have had questions or needed help with anything the team have always been helpful and got me sorted very quickly.

Avantages

I love that I can intergrate this with my shop to offer my customers the choice between renting and buying. The set up process is really simple and intuative. It has been so helpful that delivery has been offered as an option, and this is ideal for businesses in the current economic situation.

Inconvénients

The only thing I wish I could do with this software is have it intergrate bettwer with my squarespace website. I currently have it embedded into my website, however it would be better if i didnt have to have a window in a window situation.

Rentle offers lot of features in a simple easy to use package

Rentle offers easy to use software with massive time saving in our rental shop via option for customers to book equipment in advance. Overall Rentle helps us to serve our customers better!

Avantages

Software is easy to use, lots of features, fast updates/bug fixing, good statistics and as customers learn to use Rentle/booking in advance the software will provide even more benefits for our company.

Inconvénients

Few bugs from time to time and missing some features.

Still Learning, but not sure if it will work in the long run

It's been ok. Hard to make it work for the company I'm setting it up for, but glad we have [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to help us through.

Avantages

I loved that we had customer support to help us through the issues we were having, but I noticed that there are a few things that are necessary for us an an event rental shop that won't work with this system.

Inconvénients

Not being able to utilize some of the features because we are based in the US.

Inconvénients

The vast needs to be included in the price thats a bummer, but not a problem because the feature will be added later.

Great to start, should be scaleable too!

Avantages

Contains all the features required without very high costs. The blocks concept to addon features is great and the license model is perfect for startup.

Inconvénients

A fee more core features around visibilty of the hires would be good. More customisation over the emails sent to hirers also.

Easy to get started

Good option for product rental services and a small webshop.

Avantages

User-friendly dashboard, language options, integrated payment options, website embedding possibilities, easy to use in general

Inconvénients

The free version does not have all the features and there is no free trial to set up the deliveries, packages, discount codes etc Not a big con, it's just hard to get a full grasp of how everything will work out with the free version.

Missing some translations when using different language than english.

We have been renting costumes for 2 decades and now just starting to do it in web. Hopefully it goes well

Inconvénients

I would love to have bigger pictures of products and company logo. More pictures of the products should also be possible to add for example in additional text field, likely 3 extra pictures or you tube videos.

Best i've ever found

Avantages

I was searching for this so long, that one day i decided to write my own rent system from scratch. Every other products was so awful. Suddenly i found Rentle, and it was perfect. Clean and simple, really focused on every rent company owner needs. Love it.

Inconvénients

May be too pricey for a small companies.

Perfect fit for rental company

Avantages

Fast customer service from developers. Quick to act on bugs and other missing features we might need.
Easy to use and learn.
Can be run on any computer platform as it only needs a browser. No softwares needed.

Inconvénients

Minor inconveniences during rental process that still need fixing but the dev team is quick to address the issues.
No sell feature yet. Only rental.

Avantages

with short period of using rentle, I like the most that it is easy to use.

Inconvénients

It is sooo slow to use , takes time to get the overview of the rental situation.
Also would be great to get an overview of rental situation something like a "calendar style", to see maybe more clear the situation. Maybe I am old-fashioned but I am missing more visible picture of rental situation.

Happy with Rentle

Inventory is well on time.. we haven't got any double bookings or missing customer details since we start with Rentle.

Avantages

Easy to use, saves a lot of time when customers can do on line booking. Inventory works well even with specific products (bike models and sizes).

Inconvénients

We wish to get shorter way to make our own bookings when we need to use our rental gears on our safari tours.

Rentle in small E-bike rental business

It suites all our needs, we are just waiting for Polish language support.

It has all the features needed. It is a dedicated system that covers most use cases in bike rental business.

There is no support for Polish language. @Rentle we are waiting for it!!!

Small footprint rental software

Allows me to manage my equipment and prevents that I rent products that are already rented to others or reserved for tours.

Avantages

Creation of products and sets is very easy. Nice usability and low maintenance necessary.

Inconvénients

There is no detailed per-equipment availability overview. If a customer wants to rent a specific equipment and asks me "when is it available", I do not have an easy way to find out. Integration with Wordpress not that optimal yet.

Great product for startups in the rental business

Easy to use, intuitive, and does everything I need to get bookings online.

It doesn’t generate vouchers. The front end on our website could look better

Great product for small business

Avantages

Takes care of everything for you so there is not a lot of admin for a small business owner. The user experience for customers is top notch.

Inconvénients

There is not test or uat site so you need to test everything in the live site and hope your customers don't see it.

Good.

Avantages

The setup has been easy and it seems intuitive.

Inconvénients

We are only using the free version at this time and it lacks many features we would like access to. Once we get things setup, we will be upgrading to see what else it offers.

Rentle Makes a Simple Idea Even Simpler

It's really been great. I haven't found a better software for renting things under your own brand.

Avantages

Rentle is slick, the user interface is flawless and it makes you want to figure out new rental business ideas.

Inconvénients

I wish you could use Stripe payments on the free plan, to test a new business ideas.

Bike Rentals are way better organised then they had been

Customising should be a bit easier for example there should be options to lodge individual confirmation emails to Customers booking
