un très grand outil de controle et d'assistance à distance simple dans ses foctionnalités , efficace pour le télétravail. Son installation est simple et Il ne nécéssite pas d'avoir un logiciel particulier préinstallé pour être installer. il permet de gagner en temps et meme en energie car sans se déplacer on peut intervenir n'importe où l'on se trouve son interface est épurée. je l'utilise pour aider à distance les collègues bloqués dans leur projet, les amis et les parents qui ont besoin d'assitance informatique. c'est un logiciel qui me permet de voir ce que mes enfants font dans leur ordinateur quand je ne suis pas là.

Inconvénients

il ne memorise pas les ID des anciennes cessions, la version payante est un peu couteuse

Je pense que c’est l’un des outils les plus facile d’utilisation, je l’utilise aussi avec des personnes âgées et elles arrivent à l’utiliser parfaitement

En tant qu’utilisateur macOS parfois lors de grosse mise à jour, l’app met du temps à suivre et parfois il y a des bug avant que celle ci soit mise à jour

Leider sind die Preise konstant gestiegen und natürlich hat man auf ein Abomodell umgestellt. Insgesamt kommt aber aber auf seine Kosten und Nachfragen nach Rabatten wurden bisher immer positiv beantwortet.

Il prodotto è estremamente facile da usare … se si utilizza la barra di ricerca in alto è veramente immediato trovare il pc per effettuare il controllo remoto … un vero standard anche da telefono e iPad … Nulla da dire….

La nuova interfaccia grafica può secondo me essere migliorata, soprattutto sulla barra di ricerca del pc per l’assistenza remota che è la feature principale del prodotto … prezzi un po’ alti per una versione Corporate con 3 canali …

Mi è utile perchè spesso mi trovo impicciata con il computer e basta aprirlo comunicare il numero e subito si connettono al mio pc senza modifiche a firewall rete etcc, condividendo lo schermo e vedendo quello che accade a schermo. Davvero utile per fornire assistenza remota
