La gestion du multi écran est incroyable ! Et la palette de choix de mise à l'échelle est très complete. Avec un appareil mobile, on peut prendre le main soit en mode souris (utilise le tactile comme PAD souris qui déplace la souris à droite et à gauche) soit en mode tactil (ou deux doigt déplacent et zoom l'écran et le TAP permet de cliquer). Le système de mémorisation de compte et de permission rapide m'est aussi extrêmement utile.

Inconvénients

Le transfers de fichier est super lent ! Même si les deux utilisateurs ont de bonnes connection internet, le transfert de fichier de quelques Mo est d'une lenteur torturante...

le fait de pouvoir enregistrer une session, mais aussi le transfert (assez rapide) des fichiers en version explorateur,

The features that I like the most was remote desktop as software engineer sometimes we need to access those servers which can be access only inside the office so with the help of team viewer I can access those software out side the office in my home also that can save my time

TeamViewer consente di collegarsi da remoto, conoscendone l'ID e la password, a PC collocati fisicamente in un altro luogo. Il Software è semplice da usare e non richiede competenze pregresse, risulta inoltre stabile e sufficientemente veloce per svolgere su un desktop remoto tutte le attività lavorative. TeamViewer, inoltre permette il trasferimento di file tra più PC, elemento molto importante quando si ha necessità di elaborare determinati file su macchine che si trovano distanti (ad esempio in azienda quando si lavora da casa) ed è in grado di controllare gli accessi a determinate macchine limitandoli, ad esempio, a membri di uno specifico Team. Elemento, quest'ultimo, molto importante quando si lavora con dati sensibili, come nel mio caso lavorando nel sistema bancario. Il software, inoltre, risulta utile particolarmente utile per il reparto IT, in quanto, tramite esso può lavorare su macchine distanti, come se fosse lì, e risolvere tempestivamente le richieste effettuate dall'utente.

Inconvénients

Le funzionalità del software sono semplici, senza fronzoli e non presentano particolari punti critici. TeamViewer, ovviamente, necessità di una buona connessione per lavorare: sia per la macchina a cui si vuole accedere sia per la macchina da cui si sta accedendo.

It has a great infrastructure that allows us to streamline remote support maneuvers to the rest of the group. In this sense, as I am in charge of the development work teams, I can understand that my knowledge and advice is crucial after work hours.

Support for hours of connection drops precipitously at night, which I think is when everyone connects, without forgetting that the other problem is price fluctuations, they increase the price treated with total arbitrariness.

Currently we are in a work-from-home set-up and every time I have an issue, IT will resolve it using the TeamViewer. Just give them the code and off they navigate your computer remotely. There is also a chat box available in case we may need it.

The software is very user friendly, and enables me to access different documents quickly and efficiently. As a large organization, we rely heavily on the ability to collaborate remotely, and TeamViewer provides us with a safe, secure and reliable platform for us to do so. The recent updates to the software have made it even easier and faster for us, and I would highly recommend it.

The only negative side I can see to using TeamViewer is that it can be a bit slow at times. We have recently experienced some slowdown in the software which has been somewhat frustrating, although overall it has performed well.

I wish there was a call or audio feature so that when someone is remote viewing your screen you can chat through with them instead of typing everything out and using the chat feature which is slower and can sometimes being difficult to use when someone else is controlling your mouse, computer screen, etc.
