Avantages

I switched from Eventbrite and love using Corsizio. It is faster to set up new events and easier to administer existing events. I like that it connects with Zapier into my CRM system.

Inconvénients

I don't like the fact that Corsizio does not let me pass on the ticket fees to the buyer. I can raise the course price to offset the cost, but the buyer sees it as a higher price. Would be nice if the buyer saw the fees as a line item on their ticket receipt. This would save me thousands of dollars per year. I also don't like the fact that there are no affiliate marketing capabilities. And some minor user interface changes are desired on the course registration page. It would be nice if Corsizio could work with Affirm or some other company that could enable a student to pay over time. Eventbrite used to offer this feature where students could pay over time using Affirm but they removed it and used Paypal instead, which is not as good as Affirm was.

Easy to set up and use for simple events. Tracks registrations, easy to adjust as needed on admin side.

Inconvénients

Doesn't allow much room for typing words or directions that affect events. Add-ons wording or directions is too short. Invoice sent once registered for an event is spam looking, would like to be more professional.

the calendar feature, and easy to use as an admin and user. I also like that I can add multiple people as a user so they can manage their own events.

Very difficult with multi-session events, and difficult to track registrations and attendance

We have a good-looking online offering that is affordable and easy to use. Our customers like the ease of clicking, seeing many photos, reading all the details, and being able to register and pay right there.

Avantages

Corsizio is so easy to use and keeps track of all registrant information. We appreciate that it sends out notifications about classes starting and ending. We have gotten very positive feedback from those notifications. When running a non-profit there is not always a lot of time. This platform takes care of many of those 'chores'. Thank you Corsizio!

Setting dates for classes it keeps defaulting back to our old dates. It thinks it knows what dates you want. Calendar is a bit wonky.

In 2020, while other senior centers closed due to Covid-19 Pandemic, here in Laguna Beach, we switched to offering online classes using Corsizio for all online registrations. Seniors adopted the system with ease and enjoyed being able to connect virtually. Corsizio was a lifesaver for us, and assisted us to stay in touch with our clients making sure they stay engaged and connected while sheltering in place.

Corsizio has helped our registration tremendously. We have not experienced anything in the system that needs improvement.

Corsizio is affordable and easy to use. It does everything we need for our events and tracks the finances really well so we know exactly how much we have.

Corsizio registration forms can't be capped for certain genders. We want 40 girls and 40 guys at our event, but we had to make 2 registration forms to make sure we wouldn't get too much of one.

It would be nice for instructors to be automatically sent full rosters or for instructors to be able to email their students through Corsizio without having to make them back-end users.

I found Corsizio very easy to learn, and I am basically "self-taught". If I have any questions, I email the support team and they get back to me very quickly with just the information I was looking for. They are smart, kind and extremely helpful.

Inconvénients

The only thing our organization could benefit from that is not available with Corsizio is a "cart" system for families that are registering multiple kids in our classes.

We are a small language school and this has been a very affordable way to stream line our class registration process. Corsizio allows us the ability to post class schedules, registration, and payment processing online.

The only complaint and it's small is that it took us a little time to figure it out. However, the customer service is great and helped with the process.

I still wish that there was a shopping cart feature, as my users will not necessarily bak a pre determined pack of classes, rather they can choose any combination of classes that suites them. When they use the '5 or more' discount code, they need to register for each class separately.

So easy to add a booking link to my website and save all the time and trouble I used to spend emailing students with payment details and losing enrolments in the process.I love the automated flow of course payments into my account via stripe.

The picture at the top of the course page. I'd like a simple way to slice / fit my images into the long banner shape for a better aesthetic.

This software makes my business look professional. Customers enjoy the experience of filtering classes and making selections easily. Confirmations, feedback, and reminders are automatic and crucial to good communication. I’ve saved 3 hours of my day from tedious registration work because of Corsizio.

I would love it if the participant page could be printed with a grid for attendance. I have to add my own lines with a pencil and ruler after printing.

Easy to use. Checks so many of our registration necessity boxes. We needed a user-friendly registration system that handled everything from enrollment, payment, communication, and more. This does the trick for the most part.

Inconvénients

1. Not a shopping cart- which we understand -but still causes grief with many of our users, especially during summer camp.
2. You have to put an end date on a class which confuses some who are registering for classes that repeat indefinitely.
3. You have to create a separate class description for classes with multiple dates. rather than just have one class description and multiple dates. I've used the nonconsecutive date feature and just added an option for date and time on the registration form, but the system will notify everyone of the same start date instead of the separate dates. So you have to keep them separate so not to confuse the enrollee.

Our team manages online registrations for two business units within our company for financial system training. Each business unit uses their own learning management software, so we couldn't do central registration and management for our training. Corsizio was the perfect low-cost solution that is easy to use, customizable and readily accessible to all of our users.

The only thing we haven't been able to do is bulk-load our classes from a spreadsheet, but we haven't explored that capability.

I particularly value the Event Cloning function, use that all the time as I have the same types of events on a regular basis
I also really value the ability to have add-on features on events (I use this extensively when a customer wants to rent equipment from me for the event or book extra time)

Inconvénients

With the event add-ons, I would like it if there was a special type of add-on which was extra time, for which I could supply a unit price etc (as I can do at the moment), but when selected, this option would automatically extend the finish time of the event (e.g. basic appointment is 1.5 hours, customer selects optional add-on of 1 hour of coaching time and this automatically extends finish time by the appropriate amount). Absence of this feature frequently causes extra admin for me to update finish time.

Avantages

We have been using it for a few years and the simple and intuitive UI continually stands out, even as they add more functionality to the system, the screens are overcluttered, it is easy for our admins and customers to use. I recently got a new system admin started and they needed almost no training as the system is very intuitive to use. Customer support is also excellent and quick to respond.

Inconvénients

Each event seems to be a unique registration. It would be nice to enable users to register once in the system, and then pick the events/classes they wish to attend, rather than registering multiple times.

Avantages

Class registrations are made simple and easy for us and many of the features are very help. In particular, we are pleased to have the automatic feedback prompt for class registrants which allows us to gather important information without having to send out surveys ourselves.

Inconvénients

Perhaps we haven't found this feature yet, but we run several classes within the same program, and it would be wonderful to aggregate the date from each program, gathering registration information from all of the classes within that program into one place, as opposed to having to go through each class individually.
